PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER

NOTE: Recommended mounting height is 48"
from the floor to bottom of dispenser.
NOTE: Ensure that proper mounting hardware
is used for appropriate wall composition as
enclosed hardware may not be compatible
with wall surface.
1. Hold mounting template up to wall at desired
dispenser location. Make four marks where holes
will be drilled. (See Figure 1)
2. Remove template from wall. Drill holes at previously
marked locations. Insert wall anchors if necessary.

LOADING
LOADING THE DISPENSER WITHOUT A STUB ROLL
1. Load towel roll into the upper roll holders. Ensure that
the paper feeds down from the back. (See Figure 4a)
2. Lift the black transfer bar and place the leading
edge of paper under it. Lower the transfer bar.
(See Figure 4b)
3. Press the feed button until the paper exits the
module.
4. Tear off paper and close cover securely.
NOTE: Once cover is closed, there is a
four-second delay before unit is activated.
LOADING THE DISPENSER WITH A STUB ROLL
1. When main roll reaches approximately 2.6" in
diameter, the "Low Product" light will begin to flash,
indicating the roll may be moved to the stub roll
position.
2. Without disengaging sheet from drive mechanism,
remove stub roll from upper roll holders and
temporarily hold in front of the upper roll holders.
(See Figure 5)
3. Lift the gray transfer bar so it is positioned against
the back wall of the dispenser. (See Figure 6)
4. Load the stub roll into the lower roll holders.
3. Align dispenser on wall with previously drilled holes.
Insert four screws. (See Figure 3)

5. Slowly lower the gray bar until it is seated on the
paper. Do not slam bar down. (See Figure 7)
6. Load the new towel roll into upper roll holders so the
paper feeds down from the back. (See Figure 8)
7. Lift the black transfer bar and place the leading
edge of the paper under it and on top of the
existing paper sheet. Slowly release the transfer bar.
(See Figure 8)
8. Wrap the leading edge of the paper up and around
the black transfer bar and pierce the paper on the
center hook on the transfer bar so it is held in place.
(See Figure 8)
9. Leave some slack in the main roll to ensure proper
transfer. Close cover securely.
NOTE: Following cover closure, there is a
four-second delay before unit is activated.
10. The stub roll will continue to dispense until it is empty,
at which time the main roll will begin to feed.
LOADING BATTERIES
1. When battery power is low, the red "Low Battery"
light will flash.
2. Grasp battery box tab and pull upward.
(See Figure 9)
3. Remove spent batteries if present.
4. Insert new "D" size batteries and close battery box
cover securely. (See Figure 10)

OPERATION
ADJUSTING THE ACTIVATION SENSITIVITY
To adjust the activation sensitivity, set the switch to the
upper (low sensitivity) or lower (high sensitivity) position.
Do not set the switch in the middle position as the unit
will turn off. (See Figure 11)
NOTE: For installations over counters, trash
receptacles, etc., the activation sensitivity must
be set on the low setting.
ADJUSTING THE SHEET LENGTH
To set the length of the sheet that is dispensed, set the
slide switch to the upper (8"), middle (10") or lower (12")
position. (See Figure 11)
SETTING THE OPERATING MODE
The dispenser is designed to function in either
the "Hidden" or "Hanging" mode. To select the hidden
mode, slide the switch to the upper position. To select
the hanging mode, slide the switch to the lower position.

INDICATOR LIGHTS
The "Low Battery" indicator light will begin to blink red
when the battery life is getting low and the batteries
should be changed soon. The light will glow red
constantly when the batteries have reached the end of
their useful life, and should be changed immediately.

The "Low Product" indicator light will blink yellow when
the product roll can be moved to the stub roll position.
(See Figure 11)
JAM ALERT
In the event of a paper jam, the "Low Battery" and "Low
Product" lights will flash red and yellow alternately. While
it may be possible to clear a jam from outside, the
dispenser may need to be opened to clear the jam.
LENS INSTALLATION
1. Clean the area around the circular opening on the
outside of the dispenser cover with an alcohol wipe.
2. Remove the red adhesive liner from the lens.
(See Figure 12)
3. Press the lens onto the cover and maintain pressure
for 10 seconds. (See Figure 13)

TROUBLESHOOTING
OPERATING ISSUE RECOMMENDATIONS
Unit will not dispense. Ensure cover is closed and securely latched.
Replace batteries if LED indicator light is flashing.
Ensure batteries are installed and oriented properly.
Remove and re-install batteries.

NOTA: La altura de instalación recomendada
es de 48" del piso a la parte inferior del
despachador.
NOTA: Asegúrese de utilizar la tornillería de
instalación adecuada para el tipo de pared
en la que se realizará la instalación ya que la
tornillería incluida podría no ser compatible
con la superficie de la pared.
1. Sostenga la plantilla de instalación contra la pared
en la ubicación deseada del despachador. Haga
cuatro marcas donde perforará los orificios.

2. Retire la plantilla de la pared. Perfore los orificios en
las ubicaciones anteriormente marcadas. Inserte los
taquetes si es necesario. (Vea Diagrama 2)

CARGA
CARGA DEL DESPACHADOR SIN ROLLO AUXILIAR
1. Cargue el rollo de toallas en los soportes para rollo
superiores. Asegúrese de que el papel caiga por la
parte posterior. (Vea Diagrama 4a)
2. Levante la barra de transferencia negra y coloque
el extremo inicial del papel debajo de ella. Baje la
barra de transferencia. (Vea Diagrama 4b)
3. Presione el botón de alimentación hasta que el
papel salga del módulo.
4. Arranque el papel y cierre la cubierta de manera
segura.
NOTA: Una vez que la cubierta esté cerrada,
hay un retraso de cuatro segundo antes de
que se active la unidad.
CARGA DEL DESPACHADOR CON ROLLO
AUXILIAR
1. Cuando el rollo principal alcance
aproximadamente 6.6 cm (2.6") de diámetro, la luz
de "Producto Bajo" empezará a parpadear, lo que
indica que el rollo se puede mover a la posición de
rollo auxiliar.
2. Sin desenganchar la hoja el mecanismo de
transmisión, retire el rollo auxiliar de los soportes
para rollo superiores y sosténgalo temporalmente
frente a los soportes para rollo superiores.

3. Levante la barra de transferencia gris de modo que
quede posicionada en contra de la pared posterior
del despachador. (Vea Diagrama 6)
4. Cargue el rollo auxiliar en los soportes para rollo
inferiores.
3. Alinee el despachador en la pared con los orificios
anteriormente perforados. Inserte cuatro tornillos.

5. Baje lentamente la barra gris hasta que se asiente
en el papel. No baje la barra de golpe.
(Vea Diagrama 7)
6. Cargue el nuevo rollo de toallas en los soportes de
rodillo superiores, de forma que el papel caiga por
la parte posterior. (Vea Diagrama 8)
7. Levante la barra negra de transferencia y coloque
el extremo inicial del papel debajo de ella y
encima de la hoja de papel existente. Libere
lentamente la barra de transferencia.
(Vea Diagrama 8)
8. Envuelva el extremo inicial del papel alrededor de
la barra de transferencia negra y perfore el papel
en el gancho central de la barra de transferencia
de modo que se fije en su lugar. (Vea Diagrama 8)
9. Deje algo de margen en el rollo principal para
asegurar una transferencia adecuada. Cierre la
cubierta de forma segura.
NOTA: Después de cerrar la cubierta, hay un
retraso de cuatro segundo antes de que se
active la unidad.
10. El rollo auxiliar continuará despachando papel
hasta vacio, luego el rollo principal comenzará
a funcionar.
CARGA DE LAS BATERÍAS
1. Cuando la batería esté baja, la luz roja de
"Batería Baja" parpadeará.
2. Sujete la pestaña de la caja de la batería y jálela
hacia arriba. (Vea Diagrama 9)
3. Retire las baterías gastadas si están presentes.
4. Inserte nuevas baterías de tamaño "D" y cierre la
caja de la batería de manera segura.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
AJUSTE DE LA SENSIBILIDAD DE ACTIVACIÓN
Para ajustar la sensibilidad de activación, configure
el interruptor a la posición superior (baja sensibilidad)
o posición inferior (alta sensibilidad). No configure el
interruptor en la posición intermedia ya que la unidad
se apagará. (Vea Diagrama 11)
NOTA: Para instalaciones sobre mostradores,
receptáculos de basura, etc., la sensibilidad de
activación debe fijarse en la configuración baja.
AJUSTE DEL LARGO DE LA HOJA
Para fijar el largo de la hoja que se despacha,
configure el interruptor deslizable a la posición
superior (8"), intermedia (10") o inferior (12").

CONFIGURACIÓN DEL MODO DE OPERACIÓN
El despachador está diseñado para funcionar en
modo "Oculto" o "Colgante". Para seleccionar el modo
oculto, deslice el interruptor a la posición superior. Para
seleccionar el modo colgante, deslice el interruptor a
la posición inferior. (Vea Diagrama 11)
LUCES INDICADORAS
La luz indicadora de "Batería Baja" comenzará a
parpadear en rojo cuando la vida útil de la batería
esté baja y las baterías se deben cambiar pronto. La
luz brillará en rojo constantemente cuando las baterías
hayan alcanzado el fin de su vida útil y se deban
cambiar de inmediato. (Vea Diagrama 11)
La luz indicadora de "Producto Bajo" parpadeará en
amarillo cuando el rollo de producto se pueda mover a
la posición del rollo auxiliar. (Vea Diagrama 11)
ALERTA DE ATASCAMIENTO.
En caso de un atascamiento de papel, las luces
de "Batería Baja" y "Producto Bajo" parpadearán
en rojo o amarillo alternativamente. Aunque pueda
ser posible eliminar un atasco desde afuera, este
despachador podría necesitarse abrir para eliminar el
atasco.
INSTALACIÓN DEL LENTE
1. Limpie el área alrededor de la abertura circular en
el exterior de la cubierta del despachador con una
toallita con alcohol.
2. Retire el forro adhesivo rojo del lente.

3. Presione el lente en la cubierta y mantenga la
presión por 10 segundos. (Vea Diagrama 13)

PROBLEMA DE
FUNCIONAMIENTO RECOMENDACIONES
La unidad no despacha. Asegúrese de que la cubierta esté cerrada y bien asegurada.
Cambie las baterías si la luz indicadora LED está parpadeando.
Asegúrese de que las baterías estén instaladas y orientadas
correctamente. Quite y vuelva a colocar las baterías.
