1. With the undershelf on its side, push the legs through
the collars. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: In order for the tabletop to sit flush, the
distance from the bottom of the leg tube to the
bottom of the shelf leg collar, must be 6". To
ensure exact height, mark desired height on
each leg with magic marker or grease pencil.
2. Secure legs to undershelf with set screws using 5/32"
Allen wrench. Place set screw covers over screw
opening. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: Bottom shelf set screws located on
corner legs must be covered in order to meet
NSF standards.
NOTE: Undershelf must be level. Use care not to
overtighten screws or failure will occur.
3. Insert short legs into center collars. Secure legs to
undershelf with set screws using 5/32" Allen wrench.
(See Figure 2A)
4. Stand table upright and place side panels over legs
with long lip facing down. Secure to bottom shelf
with two large Phillips head bolts per side panel.

5. Place door bracket onto side panels (at front of
table) and secure using six large Phillips head bolts.
Two bolts should be used on the outside and one
bolt on the inside of each side of the door bracket.
(See Figure 4)
6. Place tabletop onto legs, inserting legs into
tabletop gussets. With a 5/32" Allen wrench, tighten
set screw on each gusset. (See Figure 5)
7. Insert leg covers inside of cabinet, covering leg and
side panel. Fasten to leg and side panel with six
large Phillips head bolts per cover. Three bolts on the
inside and three on the outside. (See Figure 6)

8. Place back panel onto shelf with lip facing down
and out. Attach to side panels with six large Phillips
head bolts. Attach to side of lower shelf with three
Phillips head sheet metal screws and three washers,
and to center of the top with one Phillips head sheet
metal screw and one washer. (See Figure 7)
9. Place door slide between side panels at front
of cabinet and line up with pre-threaded holes.
Attach to cabinet shelf with three small Phillips head
bolts. (See Figure 8)
10. Install left sliding door into rear track first by
inserting top of door into back slit in door bracket,
then insert bottom of door on to door slide.
(See Figure 9)
11. Install right sliding door into front track by inserting
top of door into front of door bracket, then insert
bottom of door on to door slide.

Nylon Bushing
1. Flip the cabinet onto its back on a smooth,
non-marring surface. Place flat head screwdriver
in between leg and foot. Gently tap end of flat
head screwdriver with a rubber mallet to remove
adjustable feet from tube legs. (See Figure 10)
2. Hold caster base and rotate nylon bushing
clockwise. This will cause the rubber piece to
expand. (See Figure 11)
3. Expand the rubber enough so that it will fit snugly
into the tube leg.
4. With caster fully inserted into the leg, turn clockwise
until caster is secured to tube leg. (See Figure 12)
NOTE: If too loose, pull out caster and tighten
further. Repeat step 2.

1. Con la repisa inferior de lado, empuje las patas por
las ranuras. (Vea Diagrama 1)
NOTA: Para que la cubierta de mesa quede al
ras, la distancia de la parte inferior del tubo
de la pata a la parte inferior de la ranura para
patas de la repisa debe ser de 15.2 cm (6"). Para
garantizar la altura exacta, marque la altura
deseada en cada pata con un marcador de
agua o lápiz litográfico.
2. Asegure las patas a la repisa inferior con tornillos de
ajuste usando una llave Allen de 5/32". Coloque las
cubiertas de los tornillos de ajuste en la abertura
del tornillo. (Vea Diagrama 2)
NOTA: Se deben cubrir los tornillos de ajuste
de la repisa inferior para cumplir con los
estándares NSF.
NOTA: La repisa inferior debe estar nivelada.
Tenga cuidado de no apretar los tornillos de
más o de lo contrario puede averiarse.
3. Inserte la patas cortas en las ranuras centrales. Asegure
las patas a la repisa inferior con tornillos de ajuste
usando una llave Allen de 5/32". (Vea Diagrama 2A)
4. Ponga la mesa de pie y coloque los paneles
laterales sobre las patas con el reborde largo hacia
abajo. Asegure a la repisa inferior con dos pernos
grandes de cruz por panel lateral. (Vea Diagrama 3)

5. Coloque el soporte para puerta en los paneles
laterales (al frente de la mesa) y asegúrelo usando
seis pernos grandes de cruz. Se deben utilizar dos
pernos en el exterior y un perno en el interior en cada
lado del soporte de la puerta. (Vea Diagrama 4)
6. Coloque la cubierta de mesa sobre las patas e
inserte las patas en los refuerzos de la cubierta.
Con una llave Allen de 5/32", apriete el tornillo de
ajuste de cada refuerzo. (Vea Diagrama 5)
7. Inserte la cubierta para patas dentro del gabinete
y cubra la pata y el panel lateral. Fíjelas a la pata y
al panel lateral con seis pernos grandes de cruz por
cubierta. Tres pernos en el interior y tres en el exterior.
(Vea Diagrama 6)

8. Coloque el panel posterior en la repisa con el reborde
hacia abajo y afuera. Fije a los paneles laterales con
seis pernos grandes de cruz. Fije a la parte lateral de
la repisa inferior con tres tornillos de cruz para lámina
de metal y tres rondanas, y al centro de la parte
superior con un tornillo de cruz para lámina de metal y
una rondana. (Vea Diagrama 7)
9. Coloque el riel para puertas entre los paneles
laterales al frente del gabinete y alinéelo con
los orificios prerroscados. Fíjelo a la repisa del
gabinete con dos pernos chicos de cruz.

10. Instale primero la puerta corrediza izquierda en el
riel posterior insertando la parte superior de la
puerta en la ranura posterior del soporte de la
puerta, luego inserte la parte inferior de la puerta
en el riel para puertas. (Vea Diagrama 9)
11. Instale la puerta corrediza derecha en el riel frontal
insertando la parte superior de la puerta en el
frente del soporte de la puerta, luego inserte la
parte inferior de la puerta en el riel para puertas.

1. Voltee la mesa sobre una superficie lisa que no
deje marcas. Coloque el desarmador de cabeza
plana entre la pata y la base de la pata. Golpee
suavemente el extremo del desarmador con un
mazo de caucho para retirar las patas ajustables
de las patas de tubo. (Vea Diagrama 10)
2. Sostenga la base de la rueda y gire el balero de
nylon en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj. Esto
ocasionará que la pieza de caucho se expanda.
(Vea Diagrama 11)
3. Estire el caucho lo suficiente para que quepa
perfectamente en la pata de tubo.
4. Con la rueda completamente dentro de la pata,
gire en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj hasta
que la rueda quede fija en la pata de tubo.
(Vea Diagrama 12)
NOTA: Si queda muy floja, saque la rueda y
apriete más. Repita el paso 2.
