1. Flip support plates upside down and adhere four
rubber pads on corresponding holes of each support
plate. (See Figure 1)
2. Place two support beams on a smooth, non-marring
surface parallel to each other with center brackets
facing up. Align left and right support plates with
ends of support beams and attach using eight
"A" Allen head bolts and 4 x 4 Allen wrench.
(See Figure 2)
3. Flip assembly so that center brackets are now
facing down. Place lifting columns onto ends of
support beams, aligning holes in lifting column
plates to threaded holes in support beams. Attach
using 16 "C" Allen head bolts and 4 x 4 Allen wrench.
(See Figure 3)
NOTE: Rear lifting columns have a mounting
plate welded to their sides. These columns
must be installed on back support beam.
4. Place feet onto lifting columns, aligning holes
in feet to threaded inserts on bottom of lifting
columns. Attach using 16 "D" Allen head bolts
and 4 x 4 Allen wrench. (See Figure 4)
5. Place tabletop on a flat, non-marring surface
with pre-drilled hole side facing up. Place frame
assembly onto tabletop, aligning two back corner
holes on each support plate with two pre-drilled
holes on back sides of tabletop. (See Figure 5)
NOTE: Only back two holes on each side are
pre-drilled to match this frame. Remaining
holes are for other products.

NOTE: Support beams may need to expand for
the holes to align. To expand, loosen eight
pre-installed Allen head bolts. (See Figure 5a)
Adjust length of support beams. (See Figure 5b)
Evenly expand both sides, ensuring there is
metal material under holes for bolts to attach.
NOTE: Re-tighten

6. Using 12 "E" Phillips head screws and drill with Phillips
head drill bit, fasten frame assembly to tabletop.
(See Figure 6)
NOTE: Use shaded circles as guide for
attachment points. Holes are not pre-drilled.
7. Using shaded circles as a guide, drill eight holes fully
through tabletop with 1/4" drill bit. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: These holes are drilled to allow mounting
of uprights on page 5.
8. Center control box between support beams.
Secure control box to underside of tabletop
using two "E" Phillips head screws and drill with
Phillips head drill bit. (See Figure 8)

9. Position handset at front edge of tabletop in desired
position. Secure to tabletop using two handset screws
and drill with Phillips head drill bit. (See Figure 9)
NOTE: Screws are packaged with handset.
10. Flip table upright. Place "F" Allen head bolts into side
mounting plates on one rear lifting column.
(See Figure 10)
IMPORTANT! Do not
fully tighten. Leave
large portion of
threading to allow
for installation of
stringer.
11. Place stringer between rear lifting columns, aligned
with side mounting plates. Access hole in stringer
should face the back side of the workstation. Loosen
Allen head bolts on bottom of stringer to expand to
width of lifting columns. (See Figure 11)
12. Place keyhole slots on
end of stringer onto
previously installed
"F" Allen head bolt
threads. Push stringer
down so bolts are in
smaller hole on slots.
Tighten "F" Allen head
bolts to secure.
(See Figure 12)
13. Align opposite end of stringer with side mounting
plate. Insert two "F" Allen head bolts through stringer
and into side mounting plate. Tighten "F" Allen Head
bolts to secure. (See Figures 13a-13b)

14. Place stringer cover over holes on stringer. Tighten
Allen head bolts on bottom of stringer to secure.
(See Figures 14a-14b)
15. Connect ethernet style cords to M1-M4 ports on
control box and lifting columns. (See Figures 15-16)
16. Connect handset to part labeled "HS" and power
cord to power port labeled "AC" on control box.
(See Figure 16)
NOTE: Cable ties may be used on underside
of tabletop to hide cords.
UPRIGHT ASSEMBLY
1. Carefully set table upright and recheck all nuts,
bolts and screws for tightness.
2. Position upright on back corner of tabletop. The
mounting plate should be positioned directly over
the previously drilled holes. Fasten four 2⁄" bolts
and washers through uprights, tabletop and support
plates using 10 mm wrench. Secure with flange nuts
on underside of table. (See Figure 17)
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for remaining upright. (See Figure 17)

3. Place shelf on brackets. Install to brackets with
four 5/8" bolts and flange nuts. (See Figure 20)
PEGBOARD AND LOUVERED PANEL
ASSEMBLY
1. Position panel mounting bars at desired height on
the uprights. There should be eight open holes on
the upright between the top and bottom bar to
allow for panel mounting. Secure bars to upright
with four 1⁄" bolts. (See Figure 21)
NOTE: The holes on the face of the mounting
bars should be facing the inside direction.
2. Attach panel brackets to pegboard panel or
louvered panel. Align holes on bracket with the four
holes on the ends of the panels. Attach four 5/8"
bolts and flange nuts on the center holes only.
(See Figure 22)
3. Install panels (pegboard and/or louvered) to the
mounting bars. Align holes on the top and bottom of
the panel with the holes in the bar. Secure using four
1⁄" bolts and flange nuts. (See Figure 23)
4. Repeat for additional panels. The 48" workstation
holds up to two panels, 60" and 72" workstations
hold up to three panels, and the 96" workstation
holds up to four panels.
5. Assembly is complete. (See Figure 24)

LIGHT KIT ASSEMBLY
1. Line up light brackets with uprights at desired
height.
2. Secure to uprights with four 2" bolts and flange nuts.
(See Figure 25)
3. Place light steel beam at desired depth
underneath brackets. Fasten to brackets with
two 4¾" bolts and flange nuts. (See Figure 26)
4. Place two "S" hooks at desired mounting points
along the steel beam and secure with two
flange nuts. (See Figure 27)
5. Attach hanging chains to LED shop light and mount
to "S" hooks. (See Figure 28)
SHELF DIVIDER ASSEMBLY
1. Line up front "C" channel of divider with front lip of
shelf. Insert divider into front lip at angle. Once in
place, allow divider to drop and magnetize to back
shelf lip. (See Figure 29)

TABLETOP POWER STRIP ASSEMBLY
1. Choose desired location for power strip. Place two
supplied mounting clips roughly 32" apart (clip side
up). Using an electric drill, fasten to tabletop with
two supplied wood screws. (See Figure 30)
2. Secure power strip by snapping into the mounting
clips. (See Figure 31)
MONITOR ARM ASSEMBLY
1. Align monitor arm mounting bracket with uprights
at desired height.
2. Secure to uprights with two M6 x 35 mm or M6 x 50 mm
Allen head bolts, two small flat washers and two hex
nuts using an Allen wrench and 10 mm wrench.
(See Figure 32)
ATTACHING MONITOR
NOTE: Ensure monitor has a VESA hole pattern of
100 x 100 mm or 75 x 75 mm. (See Figure 33)
NOTE: If monitor is attached to a fixed base,
remove monitor from base.
CAUTION! Be careful not to scratch screen
during installation.
1. Easy-adjust monitor mount includes a built-in
counterweight system for free-range motion. Arm in
mount may need to be adjusted to allow monitor to
stop at desired position. Attach monitor to plate.
(See Figure 34)
2. To adjust the counterweight, use 5 x 5 Allen wrench
on screw above middle joint. Turn toward "–" if
monitor raises up. Turn toward "+" if monitor lowers.
Adjust until mount can be stopped at desired
position. (See Figure 35)

CABLE MANAGEMENT
1. To remove covers, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove
the two screws securing covers to the monitor arm.
This allows user to slide cables through covers. Once
complete, re-secure the covers to the monitor arm
using the Phillips head screws. (See Figure 36)
FAN ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Fan comes with 6" and 10" bracket.
Choose desired bracket based on application.
1. Slot 6" or 10" fan mounting bracket between opening
in fan upright mounting bracket. Align holes of each
bracket and attach using two M6 x 12 mm hex bolts
and two M6 flange nuts. (See Figure 37)
2. Align hole on the opposite end of fan mounting
bracket to the hole on the crescent fan bracket.
Attach using M12 x 20 mm hex bolt, M12 washer,
M12 lock washer and M12 hex nut. (See Figure 38)
3. Align fan assembly with upright at desired height.
4. Secure to upright with two M6 x 40 mm hex bolts
and two M6 flange nuts. (See Figure 39)

ATTACHING KEYBOARD TRAY
1. Attach keyboard tray to gas spring arm using four
M4 Phillips head bolts and four M4 lock nuts with a
Phillips screwdriver and 7 mm wrench. (See Figure 40)
2. Align keyboard arm mounting bracket with upright
at desired height.
NOTE: Keyboard arm can be mounted to
outside or inside of upright.
3. Secure to upright with two M6 x 45 mm Allen head
bolts, four washers and two hex nuts using Allen
wrench and 10 mm wrench. (See Figure 41)
ADJUSTING TENSION
1. Keyboard tray mount includes two built-in
counterweight systems for free-range motion. Arm in
mount may need to be adjusted to allow keyboard
tray to stop at desired position. (See Figure 42)
2. To adjust the counterweight, use Allen wrench on
screw above middle joint. Turn toward "–" to make
arm easier to move. Turn towards "+" to make arm
more difficult to move. Adjust until mount can be
stopped at desired position. (See Figure 43)

CABLE MANAGEMENT
1. Remove bottom cover by pulling down until it
separates from arm. This allows user to slide cable
through bottom cover and continue through gas
spring arm cover. Once complete, strap bottom
cover back onto bottom arm, covering cables.

LED Display Lift/Lower Presets Save Remind
HANDSET USE AND SETTINGS
HEIGHT MEMORY FUNCTION
1. Press "M" key to save current height.
Display will show 5-.
2. Press "1", "2" or "3" key to save height to
corresponding number. Display will show
5-1 , 5-2 or 5-3 .
REMINDER FUNCTION
1. Press REMIND button "A" to activate function.
LED display will show ON.
2. Press and hold the "A" button for three seconds to
turn off the long-time sitting reminder. LED display
will show OFF.
3. After two seconds, press the or button to
adjust the reminder time when the display screen
flashes.
NOTE: The default time of the reminder is 45
minutes, which is shown as =45.
4. Press any button to save the time setup or wait
five seconds and system will save the time setup
automatically.
IMPORTANT! During the countdown, any
operation will lead to a restart of the timer.
5. When the countdown finishes, display screen will
show =00. Buzzer will activate with a 10-second tone.
Within the 10-second tone, press any button
to reactivate time countdown
NOTE: If no operation during the 10-second
reminder buzz, there will be another reminder
buzz after five minutes. No operation during
the second buzz will turn off the long-time
sitting reminder.

• To protect the motor from overheating, the height
can only adjust consistently for two minutes.
• If E01 or E02 error code shows on display panel,
workbench has reached its usage limit. Allow 18
minutes for motors to cool down and code will
automatically be removed.
TROUBLESHOOTING
OPERATING ISSUE RECOMMENDATIONS
Desktop will not function. Check power cord connections. Ensure power cord is properly
plugged into the power outlet.
Check power source.
Desk rises at low speed.
Desk moves downward without any operation.
Desk automatically self-resets.
Check if overloaded. Max loading: 500 lbs.
Remove load on table.
Desk only moves in one direction. Reset.
Overload.
(Duty cycle: Max –2 min on/18 min OFF)

• Check carefully to ensure correct and complete
assembly before using.
• Be familiar with all functions and program settings of
product before first use.
• Keep away from children.
• Slight noise caused by V-ribbed belt of brake system
will not have any effect on use of equipment.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive materials to
clean equipment.
• Unit can be used by children eight years old and
above, people with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or people with lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
• If any cord is damaged, it must be replaced in
order to avoid a hazard.

1. Pegue cuatro protectores de goma al reverso de
cada una de las placas de soporte en los orificios

2. Coloque dos vigas de soporte en forma paralela sobre
una superficie lisa que no deje marcas con los soportes
centrales hacia arriba. Alinee las placas de soporte
izquierda y derecha con los extremos de las vigas de
soporte utilizando ocho pernos de cabeza Allen "A" y
una llave Allen 4 x 4. (Vea Diagrama 2)
3. Voltee el ensamble de modo que los soportes centrales
ahora estén hacia abajo. Coloque las columnas de
elevación en los extremos de las vigas de soporte
alineando los orificios de las placas de las columnas
de elevación a los orificios roscados de las vigas de
soporte. Fije utilizando 16 pernos de cabeza Allen "C" y

11. Coloque el larguero entre las columnas de
elevación posteriores alineado con las placas
de instalación laterales. El orificio para acceder
al larguero debe dar a la parte posterior de la
estación de trabajo. Afloje los pernos de cabeza
Allen en la parte inferior del larguero para
expandirlo al ancho de las columnas de elevación.

12. Coloque las ranuras
perforadas en el extremo
del larguero sobre las
roscas de los pernos
de cabeza Allen "F"
previamente instaladas.
Presione el larguero
hacia abajo de modo
que los pernos estén en
el orificio más pequeño
de las ranuras. Apriete
los pernos de cabeza Allen para asegurarlos. Repita
para el lado opuesto. (Vea Diagrama 12)
13. Alinee el lado opuesto del larguero con la placa
de instalación lateral. Deslice dos pernos de cabeza
Allen "F" a través del larguero e insértelos en la placa
de instalación. Apriete los pernos de cabeza Allen
para asegurarlos. (Vea Diagramas 13a-13b)

14. Coloque la cubierta sobre los orificios del larguero.
Apriete los pernos de cabeza Allen de la parte
inferior del larguero para asegurarlo.

15. Conecte los cables estilo ethernet a los puertos
M1-M4 de la caja de control y a las columnas
de elevación. (Vea Diagramas 15-16)
16. Conecte el control manual a la pieza con la etiqueta "HS"
y el cable eléctrico al puerto de alimentación con
la etiqueta AC de la caja de control. (Vea Diagrama 16)
NOTA: Puede usar cinchos en la parte inferior
de la cubierta para ocultar los cables.
ENSAMBLE DE POSTES
1. Coloque con cuidado la mesa de forma vertical y
revise que todos los tornillos, pernos y tuercas estén
apretados.
2. Coloque el poste en la esquina posterior de
la cubierta. La placa de instalación debe
posicionarse directamente sobre los orificios
previamente perforados. Fije cuatro pernos y
rondanas de 2⁄" a través de los postes, cubierta
y placas de soporte utilizando una llave de 10
mm. Asegure con tuercas con reborde en la parte
inferior de la mesa. (Vea Diagrama 17)
3. Repita los pasos 1-2 para los separadores restantes.
(Vea Diagrama 17)
