To Set the Upper-Limit Position:
UsetheUP/DOWNbuttonstomovetheframetothedesiredmaximumheightposition.
MakesuretheUPbuttonwasthelastbuttonyoupushed.Pressandholdthe“M”button
untiltheLEDdisplayashes“S-”onceandletgoofthebuttonThenpressandrelease
thebutton2moretimesinquicksuccession.TheLEDdisplaywillchangeto“999”onthe
thirdpush,andthenautomaticallyreturntotheselectedheight.Thenewupperlimitis
nowset.
To Set the Lower-Limit Position:
UsetheUP/DOWNbuttonstomovetheframetothedesiredminimumheightposition.
MakesuretheDOWNbuttonwasthelastbuttonyoupushed.Pressandholdthe“M”but-
tonuntiltheLEDdisplayashes“S-”onceandletgoofthebutton.Thenpressandre-
leasethebutton2moretimesinquicksuccession.TheLEDdisplaywillchangeto“000”
onthethirdpush,andthenautomaticallyreturntotheselectedheight.Thenewlower
limitisnowset.
To Remove the Upper/Lower Limit Positions:
UsetheUPorDOWNbuttontomovethedesktoanynewposition.Pressandholdthe
“M”buttonuntiltheLEDdisplayashes“S-”onceandletofthebutton.Thenpressand
releasethebuttoninsuccessionuntilthedisplaychangesto“555”(ignoreanyinterim
readings).Afterafewseconds,thedisplaywillautomaticallychangebacktothenum-
beredheightposition.Theupperandlowerlimitsarenowremoved.
ARESETprocedurerequiresthedeskframetofullyretract(beyond
anylowerlimitset).Pleaseensurethatyouhavetheproperclear-
ancebelowthedeskframe.
Aftertheupperandlowerlimitsareset,thepreviousmemorypositions(l,2,3,4)maybeoutside
thenewrangeofmovement.Ifso,simplyresetthememorypositions.
Ifyouattempttoreviseapreviouslysetupperorlowerlimitanditisoutsideoftheexistingrange,
youwillneedtoremovethepreviouslysetupper/lowerlimitsrst.

--Reset Instructions--
IfexperiencingerrormessagesshowingontheKeypadornoresponsewhentryingtoraiseorlower:
• UnplugthepowercordandholdtheDOWNbuttonfor30seconds.
• Plugthepowercordbackin.
• PressandholdtheDOWNbuttonontheKeypaduntilthedeskreachesitslowestheight.Releasethe
DOWNbutton.PressandholdtheDOWNbuttonagainuntiltheLEDdisplayreads“RST”orabout10
seconds on non-LED keypad models. Release the DOWN button. Press and hold the DOWN button
againuntilthedesklowersalittlebitmore,slightlyrisesandstops.ReleasetheDOWNbutton.Your
deskisnowreadytouse.
• TheKeypadwillthendisplaythecurrentheight,andyoushouldbeabletooperateitnow.
• Youmayneedtodothisifthedesktopiseverunpluggedorlosespower.
IftheLeypaddisplayserrormessages“Er1”through“Er13”,conrmthatallwiredconnectionsaresecure
(legstocables,cablestocontrolbox).Thenperformtheresetprocedureabove.Iftheerrormessageper-
sistsaftertheresetprocedureoriftheheightbetweenthelegsexceeds1.5’’stoptheresetprocedureand
IftheKeypaddisplays“Hot”,letthebasecooldownfor20minutes.
Ifthedeskseemstobeuneven,trytheresetinstructionsabove.Ifthatdoesnotworkyoumayneedto
adjust the levelers at the bottom of the foot.
