Place a Crossbar end (C2) upside down as shown. In-
sert a Leg (C1) so that the back of the Leg and the
back of the Crossbar end are ush.
To avoid cross-threading and to ensure all the screw
holes are lined up, start four M6x10 Machine screws
(H1) by rotating each for only a few turns through the
Crossbar end holes into the Leg as shown, but do not
tighten them all the way.
Once all four screws have been started, tighten them
all the way using the 4mm Allen wrench (H6).
Repeat this step for the other 3 Legs.

Table ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Count all pieces and keep like parts together. Before
disposing of any packing material, ensure you’re not
throwing away any hardware (some bags are small
and easy to miss). Inspect the top surfaces of table
sections for damage. To avoid any damage to your
oor or your table, assemble on top of a debris-free
carpeted area or blanket.
Before assembly, consider where you want your table
to be located. A nished Conference or Ping Pong
table is heavy, so assemble it near the location it will
ultimately be located. If you need to move the table
a long distance, adding casters to the feet will make
this easier, and it’s highly recommended.
Also, since your new table is height adjustable, you
will want it located a safe distance away from window
frames, furniture, radiators, or anything else that could
obstruct the table from raising or lowering. Do not
place any objects underneath the table that are taller
than 21”.
The table will be assembled upside down, so you can
access all of the parts and points where screws will
be. For ease and safety, we recommend using two
people for assembly, and four people to ip the table
right-side up.
Note: These instructions will be showing you the Conference Ping Pong table assembly.
The same assembly steps apply to the Bamboo Conference table assembly.

Step 3
Place one of the Main table sections upside down
on a debris-free carpeted area or blanket. Make sure
the tabletop is upside down before you continue.
Your tabletop has pre-drilled holes and threaded in-
serts that should be visible and facing up. Align the
holes in one Side bracket (C4) with the threaded
inserts on one side of the tabletop.
Note: Be careful to not overtighten screws, as this
could cause the threads on the Machine screws to
become stripped. Rotate each screw by hand for
only a few turns to avoid cross-threading.
Attach it in the orientation shown with four #10-
24x3/4’’ Machine screws (H4b) and four Washers (H5).
Step 4
Slide two Leg assemblies from Step 2 onto the tabs
of the Side bracket. Connect them to the Side bracket
with four M6x10 Machine screws (H1).
Rotate each screw by hand for only a few turns to
avoid cross-threading. Once the four screws are start-
ed, tighten all the way using the 4mm Allen wrench
(H6).
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 with the other Main table sec-
tion and the remaining Leg assemblies.

Step 5
Orient all the Crossbar rails (C3) so that the Center
indicator marks are facing up. When pairing two rails
together, make sure the slots are facing towards each
other.

Note: The Leaf table section is not required for Bam-
boo Conference tables, but it is required for Confer-
ence Ping Pong tables. If you are assembling a Con-
ference table without the Leaf table section, the same
basic assembly steps will apply.
Position the two Main table assemblies and the Leaf
table section (if used) with the four Crossbar rails on
the blankets, as shown.
Slide the table top sections together ensuring that the
four Crossbar rails are inserted into the Crossbar ends
on each side.

Slide each Crossbar rail (C3) until the Center indicator
mark is at the center of the Table assembly. Once this
is done, the Crossbar rail will be centered and in the
proper position.
Insert four M8x8 Set screws (H3) into the holes on
each Crossbar end and tighten using the 4mm Allen
wrench (H6).

Choose where you’d like your Keypad to be mounted.
Remember that you’re assembling your table upside
down, so the nal location of the Keypad will be op-
posite of what you’re seeing during assembly.
At each corner, there are two sets of holes to accom-
modate different Keypads. Line up your Keypad (C6)
with the appropriate pre-drilled holes and attach it to
the table top with two #10x5/8’’ Wood screws (H14).

Step 8
Make sure that the table top sections are as close
together as possible with no visible gaps and that
the side edges are aligned. Also, be sure that there
is nothing caught between the table top sections
like carpet or blanket material.
Align each of the three Support brackets (C9) as
shown.
Insert six #10-24x3/4” Machine screws (H4b) and
six Washers (H5) in each Support bracket. Rotate
each screw by hand for only a few turns to avoid
cross-threading.
Once all screws from Step 7 and Step 8 are start-
ed, nish tightening all 18 screws. Be careful to not
overtighten screws, as this could cause the threads
on the Machine screws to become stripped.

Once all components are in place and aligned as
shown, attach each Crossbar end to its Main table
section using one #10-24x3/4’’ Machine screw (H4b)
and one Washer (H5).
Make sure each screw is started but do not complete-
ly tighten until Step 8. Rotate each screw by hand for
only a few turns to avoid cross-threading.

Step 11
Plug the Power cable (C7) into the power socket on
the Control box (C5) marked “AC”.
Line up your Control box (C5) with the pre-drilled
holes in the Leaf table section*, and attach it to ta-
ble top with two #10x5/8’’ Wood screws (H14) each.
There is a port on one of the long sides of the con-
trol box. Be sure that this port is facing away from the
Crossbar rail if you plan to use the UPLIFT Desk Con-
nect dongle and app with your table.
*If assembling a Conference table without the Leaf
table section, you will use one pre-drilled hole on each
of the Main table sections.
Step 12
Plug each Leg into a Leg cable (C8), and then plug
the Leg cable into the white ports on the Control box
marked “M1”, “M2”, “M3”, and “M4”. It doesn’t matter
which leg is plugged into each port.
Plug the Keypad (C6) into the port labeled “HS”.
ACCESSORY INSTRUCTIONS
Now is a good time to install accessories such as casters, wire management, or any other item to the
bottom of your table. This section covers accessories that are included with this Frame.
Table Cable Management:
Use the included Cable mounts (H9) to organize your
wires, keep a clean presentation, and prevent any wires
from snagging on anything when adjusting height. The
Cable mounts work best when stuck directly to the
metal table frame. Attach Cable mounts to the inside
of frame parts. You might want to save some for once
you have everything on your table plugged in.
Installing the Wire Management Tray:
You can install the Wire Management Tray (C10) while
you’re assembling your table. Find the placement you
want, and make a pencil mark at each mounting hole
location.
Attach the tray to your table using two #10x5/8’’
Wood screws (H14).
If you own a drill, you can make this a little easier by
drilling pilot holes where you’ve made your pencil
marks using a 1/8” diameter bit.
Note: DRILL NO DEEPER THAN 1/2”. To ensure
this, we recommend wrapping a piece of tape
around your drill bit 1/2” from the tip. Stop drill-
ing just before the tape touches the desktop.

Step 13
Double check that all accessible screws on the table
are secure and not loose.
And then check all screws again and make sure they’re
tight. This isn’t a typo, it’s important and it’s far easier
to tighten them with the table upside down than it is
later.
We’re pointing out all the screws to check in this dia-
gram.
Step 14
In order to avoid injury, or damage to your new ta-
ble, we STRONGLY recommend that no fewer than
four people ip the Table upright.
To ip the table over, position two people, evenly
spaced, along the long side of the table that has the
Keypad attached to it.
The other two people should
position themselves on the short sides of the table, at
the corners nearest to the other two people (see g 1).
With all four people lifting at the same time, raise the
table gently until it is perpendicular to the oor, with
the keypad facing up.
The two people who were on the long side of the
table can now move to the ends of the table. The
other two people can begin to ease the table legs
down towards the oor while supporting both the
frame and the tabletop (see g. 2).
As the legs on the long side opposite the keypad
make contact with the oor, the two people origi-
nally positioned on the keypad sideshould grab a
hold of the corners near the oor and help support
the table, to avoid putting undue stress on the legs
(see g. 3).
All four people can now continue to lower the table
until all four legs are on the oor.

Step 15
When positioning your table, make sure the power
cord can reach an outlet and does not cause a tripping
hazard.
Also, as discussed in Step 1, make sure the table is away
from obstacles that may interfere with or obstruct it
when it’s raising or lowering.
If your table has casters: Moving is easy! Make sure the
casters are unlocked and roll the table to the desired
position. Once the table is in its new location, be sure
to lock the casters so it stays in place.
If your table does not have casters: Using four people,
lift the table (do not drag it), and carefully move it to
the new location. Try to lift the table by the frame to
avoid putting too much stress on the screws. It may
be easier to do this if the table is raised a bit before
moving.
Step 16
Check your table’s surroundings to make sure there
are no obstacles in the table’s path and that all cords
are long enough to accommodate the motion of your
table.
Plug your table’s power cord into a 120V outlet.
Before using your table, you’ll need to perform the re-
set procedure...
Initial Reset Procedure
Press and hold the DOWN button for approximately
10 seconds, then release the button.
Press and hold the DOWN button again, the table will
lower a little, then rise a little, and then stop. Release
the button. Your table is now ready for use!
If you are using an Advanced keypad, see additional
keypad instructions for further information on how to
use your keypad.
MEMORY SETTINGS
Save up to four commonly used table heights and recall them quickly.
l. Use the UP or DOWN button to move the table to the desired height.
2. Press the “M” button.
3. Press the “1, 2, 3, or 4” button to assign the current height to a number on the keypad.
4. To recall any of those heights, press the numbered button to bring table to assigned height.
HEIGHT CALIBRATION
Make sure the numeric display matches the actual height of the table top in its lowest position.
1. Hold the DOWN button on the Keypad until the table reaches its lowest height, then release.
2. Measure the height from the oor to the underside of the table top. If the displayed height does
not match your measurement, follow the next steps.
3.
Hold the DOWN button again until the LED display reads “RST”
4. Press the “M” button until the numeric display begins ashing.
5. Press the UP or DOWN button to set table to the measured height.
6. Once display changes back to “RST”, Hold the DOWN button until the table top lowers slightly,
then rises slightly and the display changes back to the numeric height setting, then release.
*Note: “RST” will look like
“ASr” on the display
CONSTANT-TOUCH & ONE-TOUCH
These steps allow the table top to be set to either One-Touch or Constant-Touch. One-Touch requires
only a single touch of the “1, 2, 3, or 4” button to move the table top to a preset memory location. Con-
stant-Touch requires a continuous touch of the “1, 2, 3, or 4” button to move the table top to a preset
memory location. Constant-Touch is the default setting.
Change between One-Touch and Constant-Touch:
l. Hold the DOWN button on the Keypad until the table reaches the lowest height, then release.
2. Hold the DOWN button again until display ashes “RST”.
3. Press the “1” button until display shows “10.1” (One-Touch) or “10.2” (Constant-Touch)
and goes back to “RST”.
Note: While “RST” is still ashing, you can press the “1” button as many times as you’d like
to toggle between the two settings.
4. Hold the DOWN button until the table top lowers slightly, then rises slightly and the display
changes back to the numeric height setting, then release.
These UPLIFT Desk programming instructions
are compatible only with Advanced keypads.

KEYPAD LOCK
The Keypad can be locked to prevent accidental activation or movement of the table and to pre-
vent table settings from being accidentally changed by children or coworkers.
To lock: Press and hold “M” button. The display will rst show “S-”, then it will
change to the current numeric height setting of the table and nally will change
to “LOC”. Please continue to hold the “M” button until “LOC” is displayed.
To unlock: Press and hold “M” button until display changes to numeric height setting.
NOTE: If a power outage occurs, the program will automatically return to the unlocked setting.

MINIMUM & MAXIMUM HEIGHT SETTINGS
The table frame ships defaulted to its minimum and maximum height limits. These steps allow the
upper and lower limits to be adjusted to your preference.
Note: If memory settings were previously set outside of the new minimum and maximum height
settings, they will default to the new minimum and maximum settings. To set new minimum and
maximum height settings outside of the current settings, you will need to rst remove the current
minimum and maximum settings.
To Set a new maximum table height:
l. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to bring table to the desired maximum height.
2. Press the “M” button once, and “S-” will appear on the display. Immediately follow by
pressing the UP button once, so the “S-” ashes once.
3. Hold the “M” button until the Display shows “999” then changes to numeric value of new
upper limit.
To Set a new minimum table height:
l. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to bring the table to the desired minimum height.
2. Press the “M” button once, and “S-” will appear on the display. Immediately follow by
pressing the DOWN button once, so the “S-” ashes once.
3. Hold the “M” button until the Display shows “000” then changes to numeric value of new
lower limit.
Removing adjusted maximum and minimum heights:
l. Press the “M” button once and the display will show “S-”.
2. Hold the “M” button again until the display shows “555” then changes to the current
numeric height setting.
DISPLAY UNITS
Change the numeric display to show heights in either inches or centimeters.
l. Hold the DOWN button on the Keypad until the table reaches the lowest height, then release.
2. Hold the DOWN button again until display ashes “RST”.
3. Press the “2” button until display shows “10.3” (centimeters) or “10.4” (inches) and goes
back to “RST”.
Note: While “RST” is still ashing, you can press the “2” button as many times as you’d like
to toggle between the two settings.
4. Hold the DOWN button until the table top lowers slightly, then rises slightly and the display
changes back to the numeric height setting, then release.
If your table does not respond when you try to raise it or lower it, or if the Keypad displays error messages
(“EO1” through “EO12”), check to make sure all the cables are secure (Legs to cables, cables to Control box).
If the problem persists, perform the reset procedure below.
If the error message persists after performing the Reset procedure, or if there is a height difference between
the legs which exceeds 1.5’’, contact UPLIFT Desk at the email address or phone numbers listed at the bot-
tom of each page of these instructions.
*Note: “RST” will look like
“ASr” on the display
RESET PROCEDURE
1. Unplug the power cord and hold the DOWN button on the Keypad for 30 seconds.
2. Plug the power cord back in.
3. Hold the DOWN button until the table reaches its lowest height, then release.
Hold the DOWN button again until the LED display reads “RST”
(or for about 10 seconds on non-LED keypads), then release.
Hold the DOWN button again until the table lowers a bit more,
then
slightly rises and stops, then release.
Your table is now ready to use.
4. The Advanced Keypad will then display the current height, and you should be able
to operate the table.
5. You may also need to do this if the table top is ever unplugged or loses power.
TROUBLESHOOTING

H01 Overheated
The table motor has a 10% duty cycle to protect from overheating. For
example, in a 20 minute period if your table motor is activated for 2 minutes
you will want to let it rest for 18 minutes. Otherwise you may see an H01
code on your keypad.

Check all cables to ensure they’re all rmly plugged in, and perform Reset
