Low battery warning
When symbol appears in the upper left hand corner of the
LCD display, the internal battery needs to be recharged.
If the battery is not recharged and the battery symbol appears ,the
scale will switch off automatically after approximately 2-3 hours of
additional use.

II. Special Remarks
1. Put the scale on a firm level surface for accurate weight
readings.
2. Please use independent AC outlet to avoid the interference of
other electrical appliances; Please don't place anything on the
scale pan while power on.
3. Avoid the machine near the exhaust port of ventilating system.
4. Please warm up the machine 15-20 minutes before operation.
5. All goods weighed should be placed in the centre of the platform
for a accurate weighing. The overall dimensions of the goods
being weighed should not exceed the dimension of the plaster.

IV. Connection between Sensor and Instrument
Instrument and sensor are connected by the five core aviation
plug. The function of each pin is as follow:

value.
This scale can save 5 set of high and low limit value.
V. Units Switch
Press twice to show “Centr “ and before it disappear ,press
to show “Unit”, then
Press to exit ,
Press to select unit g
Press to select unit lb
Press to select unit kg
Note: The units is confirmed when turn on the scale next time.
VI. Unit weight preset
(1) Save the unit weight
1.Under counting mode, the unit weight window shows the unit
weight value.
2. Press twice to show “Centr” and before it disappears,
press to show “Un S”, then
Press to exit
Press to show “SAVE”, press 1-5 numeric key to save the
value. .
(2) Read the unit weight
Press twice to show “Centr” and before it disappears, press
to show “Un S”, then
Press to exit

Press : to show Hi, that’s high limit value.
Press :to show Li, that’s low limit value.
(3) Clear the preset quantity
Press to clear all the pre-set value.
(4) Save the quantity preset
(1) input the preset quantity in the unit weight window.
(2) Press twice to show “Centr” and before it
disappear ,press to show “Er P”,
Press to exit
Press to show “SAVE”,
Under this condition,
Press show “Hi” ,press 1-5 numeric key to save the
high limit value,
Press to show “Lo”, press 1-5 numeric key to save
the low limit value.
(5) Read the preset quantity
Press twice ,it will show “Centr” and before it disappear,
press to show “Er P”
Press to exit
Press to show “rEAd”
And under this condition,
press to show “HI”, then press numeric key to read the high
value storage.

V. Keyboard Function
:Use this key to set and confirm the quantity
: Use this key to preset the quantity
:This key is used for weight accumulation
:Use this key to set and confirm the unit weight
:Use this key to eliminate the pre-set value
:Use this key to clear the readings entered.
:Use this key to clear the total accumulated weight under
ACCUMULATION mode
:Decimal point key
～ ：Numeric key used for the entry of weight limits
: If there is a minor weight displayed without anything on

the pan ,hit the this key to clear the display
:
Use this key to subtract that the current weight readings is net weight.
VI. Operation
(I) Backlight
Press key two times to show “Centr” and before it
disappear;
1. AUTO: press ,when the weight is over 5 divisions, the
backlight will be switched on.
2. ON: press , display backlight is on all the time.
3. OFF: press , display backlight is off.
Note : the backlight will be stored and be confirmed when you turn
on the scale next time.
(II)Calibration
Press key two times to show “Centr” and before it
disappear, press , for example:
Put on the weight of 5000g,it shows as follow when stable
The calibration is finished.
Note: press numeric key to input the weight value, press key
to confirm, press to clear the value, press to exit.

(III)Recover the factory Set
Press key to return the display to zero ,then press
key to show “Centr” and before it disappear press key to
recover the factory set. Press to exit.
(IV) Preset Quantity
(1) Two methods of preset quantity
1. After get the sample(the unit weight window show the unit
weight),add the sample until the quantity meet the preset quantity.
2. Input the numeric key to preset the quantity
(2) Operation
After preset the quantity, press to show “Pr.AL”,
Press : : to exit.
Press : to show “Pr.AL –H “, that’s high limit alarm
Press : to show “Pr.AL –L”, that’s low limit alarm
Press :to show “Pr. ALIN”, that’s between Hi & Li alarm
Under this condition,
Press :to exit
Press : to show Hi, that’s high limit value.
Press :to show Li, that’s low limit value.
Press : to show “Pr. ALOU”, that’s beyond Hi or Li alarm.
Under this condition,
Press :to exit
