2. Insert the AA orAAA size Ni-MHrechargeable
batteries into the charger, ensuring proper alignmentof
the + and -terminals. The batteries shouldbe inserted
into the correct compartmentaccording to their size.

2 Plug the AC adapter into the power sources.
3. When the batteries are fully charged, this charger begin
to work in trickle charger mode.

5. When this charger continuously works at normal charging
status for 1.5 hours, charger will turn off automatically.
Notes :
?If the LED indicator continuously flashes in red during
the charging process or does not turn on, please refer
to the troubleshooting chart.
?The batteries must be inserted before the charger is
plugged into the power sources.
?The batteries should be fully discharged before they
are recharged.
?The batteries should never be stored in the charger

Possible Cause
Rechargeable battery is damaged. Insert new rechargeable battery.
Charging incorrect types of batteries.
Rechargeable battery is not inserted
properly.

Charge only AA or AAA Ni-MH or Ni-Cd
rechargeable batteries.
Insert Ni-MH or Ni-Cd rechargeable
battery properly. Align + and - terminals.
Clean the + and - terminal of the
rechargeable battery and charger.
Unplug from the power sources first.
Clean the plug. Try another power
sources.

Warning
Use only AA or AAA size Ni-MH rechargeable
batteries.
Never charge other types of batteries, such as Alkaline
or Carbon Zinc as this may cause them to become hot,
leak or rupture, causing personal injury or property
damage.
The charger and batteries may become hot when
charging. This is normal. Use caution when handling.
Use the charger properly to avoid electric shock.
Caution
The battery charger is for indoor use only. Never
expose the charger to rain or snow.
The charger should be disconnected from the power
source when the charging process is complete or when
the charger is not in use.
Do not drop, place heavy weight on, or allow strong
impact to the charger.
Do not disassemble or reassemble the charger.
Children should only use the charger under adult
supervision.
Operating Temperature: 0°C - 35°C. To optimize
charging capacity, charge the batteries in
temperatures between 10°C - 30°C.
Do not expose the charger to direct sunlight. Keep away
From high temperatures.

Instructions for the Ni-MH rechargeable batteries
The batteries included are not charged. It is necessary to
charge the batteries before using them for the first time.
The contact surface of the batteries and the charger must
always be kept clean.
Do not expose the batteries to water. Do not heat the
batteries or dispose of them in fire.
Do not tear off the jacket label. Do not disassemble or
reassemble the batteries.
Do not short-circuit the batteries. To avoid short-
circuiting, keep the batteries away from all metal
objects (e.g. coins, hair-pins, keys, etc.)
If the batteries are stored without use, either partially
charged or fully discharged for 6 months or longer, they
may require several cycles of charging and discharging in
order to attain their original charge capacity.
