1. INTRODUCTION
Three wheel steel rollator with footrest, equipped with two xed rear wheels
with brake and locking the wheels and the one front wheels swivel. It lets you
easily navigate through any surface, inside and outside the building. Handles
anatomical made of polyethylene, steel frame.

3. INDICATIONS
Rehabilitation supports are an ancillary equipment to facilitate tilting and moving
of patients with di󰀨erent types of motor disorders. They can be used as an aid for
patients after surgery (lower limbs) who are unable to use crutches, showing no
coordination disorders, patients with mild dysfunction of the lower limbs or weakness.
They are used in patients with in patients with impaired balance preventing them
from independent vertical position and locomotion, as well as various types of
circulatory dysfunction (e.g. intermittent claudication). Supports can also be used as
an aid for geriatric patients.
4. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Contraindications to the upright position, injuries and dysfunctions of upper limbs
preventing the patient from supporting themselves, impaired coordination and
perception.
5. USAGE
• The product is packed In folder position.
• After unpacking the package, check if it contains all parts in accordance with the list of
elements set out above.
• Ensure that all components have no visible damage. If any doubts, please contact the
manufacturer.
• Do not use the rollator until all parts are properly connected.
• Installation - Please refer to illustration 1.
• Unfolding rollator should start from unfolded the side frames in the outside of then
block the horizontal hinge strut. (Illustration 6)

• In the holes of the side frames should be mounted handle (Illustration 7). From the
inside side of the frame, should put the screw, while from the outer side, should put pad
and then tighten the knob. (Illustration 8.)

• Basket for small items, should mount on the xing hooks. Basket should be mounted,
as shown in illustration 9.
• Then on the basket, should place the tray.
• In order to fold the rollator, should proceed in reverse order.

• Before using the rollator, refer to this manual and keep it for future reference.
• At standstill and the use of seat should apply the locking rotation of the wheels both
rear wheels.
• The stand will not replace the wheelchair, the seat is used only for temporary resting
or transport the patient on a short distance.
• The rollator is used only to provide rest to one user. Do not stand on it..
• The rollator should be used on even surfaces at an incline less than 5%
• With the rollator you can only use on surfaces where all four wheels touching the
ground are to use all of four wheels.
• Use of the product on the icy, wet, greasy, strongly gritty surfaces is unacceptable - it
creates a risk of falling.
• Before each use of this product:
- Perform visual inspection of all structural components of the product,
- Check the operation of the braking system. Squeeze the brake handles to
see if the brake pads are t properly to wheels and are able to stop rollator
press the handles down to activate the parking brake and check if it works
properly.
- Carefully check the stability and condition of the support frame.
• Do not use the support in the event of any visible or perceptible damage (e.g. cracks
in the frame). It may cause an accident.
• The rollaror is designed for users with a maximum weight of 110kg.
• Maximum weight that can be moved in the bag- 5kg.
• Do not leave the stroller with the user close to open sources of re.
• Be aware that the surface temperature of the upholstery and the frame parts may
be increased after exposure to the sun or other heat source. Furthermore, with low
temperatures there is a danger of overcooling metal parts of stroller. It may cause
burns or frostbite parts of the body.
• All repairs must be carried out by qualied personnel. And during the warranty period
only by the manufacturer’s service.
• Do not exceed the maximum height of the handles to push, rollator will lose stability.
• Push the rollator with both hands simultaneously in the direction of travel.
• Before using, make sure that all screws are tight.
• Make sure that the lock used to folding and unfolding that product work properly.
• Due to the possibility of jamming the ngers put extreme caution in the area of
horizontal hinge strut, fold-out footrest and side frame hinge.
• Longer edge of the holder has to be parallel to the direction of movement.

7. EVERYDAY USE AND MAINTENANCE
• Handles should be located at a height that will provide comfort and a sense of security
for the user. It is important to ensure that both hands are positioned at the same height.
• To change the height of the handles unscrew the knob for xing handles, remove
washers, the screws and depending on the needs extend or shorten the frame handles.
• Illustration 10 shows the handle height regulation range.

• After adjusting the appropriate height put the screw on the inner side of the side frame,
while the outer side on the screw put pad, and then tighten the knob. (Illustration 8.)
• Make sure that the handle is properly tightened, so that it prevents movement of the
handles.

• In order to fold rollator for ease of transport, you must rst block rotation of the wheels

FOLDING

• To adjust the brake, rst, loosen a nut located above an adjusting bolt of the brake just
over the wheel.

• Then turn the adjusting bolt anticlockwise till a proper brake force is achieved.
• When the brake force is adjusted, tighten the nut.
• After adjusting the braking force, it is important to check the operation of the braking
system.
• Make squeeze the brake handle to check that the brake pads properly adhere and are
able to stop rollator. Then pull the handles down to apply the parking brake and check if
it works properly.
• The rollator is equipped with multi-functional brake. The brake handle is located under
the rollator handle. It can operate as a standard brake as well as parking brake
• To use the standard brake, lift up the brake handle.
• To use a parking brake, push down the brake handle to the point where you can hear
the distinctive sound of inclusion brake (You should use in that same time both the right
and left brake).
• You should use in that same time both the right and left brake.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean the frame with a damp cloth, clean the seat with damp cloth with mild detergent.
• Remove all soiling from the movable components of the support (wheels, clamping
screws, locks).
• In order to maintain the walker’s parameters, it is very important to keep all elements
clean and stored properly. Storing the walker in damp places (baths, laundry rooms,
etc.) or outdoors, combined with lack of hygiene will quickly degrade the performance
and aesthetic of the wheelchair.
• Do not expose the wheelchair on to extreme weather conditions (rain, snow very
strong sun), because certain parts can change color.
You must not use:
• solvents,
• toilet detergents,
• sharp brushes and hard objects,
• detergents that contain chlorine,
• corrosive detergents,
Do not clean the rollator with pressure or steam aggregates!
• In order to drive the rollator onto the threshold or curb should set the rollator
perpendicularly to the edge of the obstacle. Holding the handle, tilt the rollator in rear
raise the front wheels up.
• Then drive the rear wheels to the edge of the obstacle and holding the rollator handle,
lift slightly up and enter rollator on the obstacle.

3. WSKAZANIA
Podpórki rehabilitacyjne są sprzętem pomocniczym ułatwiającym pionizację i poruszanie
się pacjentów o różnym typie zaburzeń motorycznych. Mogą być stosowane jako pomoc
dla pacjentów po zabiegach chirurgicznych (operacje w obrębie kończyn dolnych) nie
mogących posługiwać się kulami, nie wykazujących zaburzeń koordynacyjnych, pacjentów
z lekką dysfunkcją kończyn dolnych lub ich osłabieniem. Są stosowane w przypadku
pacjentów z zaburzeniami równowagi uniemożliwiającymi samodzielną pionizację i
lokomocję oraz różnego typu dysfunkcjami krążeniowymi (np. chromanie przestankowe).
Podpórki mogą być również stosowane jako pomoc w lokomocji pacjentów geriatrycznych.
4. PRZECIWWSKAZANIA
Przeciwwskazania do pionizacji, urazy i dysfunkcje kończyn górnych
uniemożliwiające wspieranie się na podpórce, zaburzenia koordynacji.
5. UŻYTKOWANIE
• Produkt pakowany jest w pozycji złożonej.
• Po wyjęciu z opakowania należy sprawdzić czy zawiera ono wszystkie części zgodnie z
wykazem elementów zamieszczonym powyżej.
• Należy upewnić się, że wszystkie elementy nie posiadają widocznych uszkodzeń
mechanicznych. W przypadku wątpliwości należy skontaktować się z wytwórcą.
• Nie używaj podpórki dopóki wszystkie części nie zostaną właściwie połączone.
• Montaż – proszę zapoznać się z Ilustracją 1.
• Rozkładanie podpórki należy rozpocząć od rozsunięcia w kierunku zewnętrznym ram
bocznych następnie należy zablokować poziomy zawias rozporowy. (Ilustracja 6.)

• W otworach ram bocznych należy zamontować rączki (Ilustracja 7.). Od wewnętrznej
strony ramy bocznej należy włożyć śrubkę, natomiast od zewnętrznej strony należy na
śrubkę nałożyć podkładkę, a następnie dokręcić pokrętło. (Ilustracja 8.)

• Na hakach mocowania koszyka należy przymocować koszyk na drobne przedmioty.
Koszyk powinien być przymocowany, tak jak to przedstawia Ilustracja 9.
• Następnie na koszyku należy umieścić tacę, tak aby wycięte końce znajdowały się od
strony rączek
• Aby złożyć podpórkę należy postępować odwrotnie, do przedstawionego schematu
rozkładania.
