CARE INSTRUCTIONS
BLACK FINISHES SHOULD BE CLEANED WITH MILD SOAP AND WATER
5. Now take the front cross bar and insert it into the left and right sides of the truck rack and loosely secure using (2) M10 hex
head bolts, and (2) M10 lock washers.
6. Now take the truck rack and flip it upside down so the leg stubs are facing upwards.
7. Take the truck rack legs and insert them into the leg stubs, loosely secure using (4) M10 Hex Head Bolts, and (4) M10 lock
washers.
8. Once all the legs are secured, tighten all fasteners on the perimeter of the truck rack, except for the leg bolts.
9. Take the right bed rail and attach it to the right hand side of the truck rack using (2) M10 x 75mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) M10
flat washers, and (1) M10 nylock nut. Repeat this step for the left side.
10. Next with assistance, flip the truck rack onto the legs and position on the bed rails of the vehicle it will be installed on.
11. The truck rack bed rails have slots that allow for adjustment of the rack to your desired fit. Once all adjustments have been
made tighten down all remaining hardware. Torque all M10 fasteners to 35-40 ft lbs. see the following steps below for secur-
ing the truck rack to your vehicle.
For customers using clamp kit 57-6102. Four clamps total (quantity of two 57-6102) are used on standard beds. Six clamps
total (quantity of three 57-6102) are used on long beds.
1. Take the “u “shaped bottom clamp and place it underneath the bed rail so that only the threaded portion is showing (Fig 3),
next take the top clamp and place it on top of the truck rack bed rail. Align the threaded hole in the bottom clamp with the
hole in the top clamp and attach them both together using the supplied M10 hardware (Fig 4). Anti seize is suggested for these
fasteners as the bottom clamp is aluminum, and will prevent the bolts from becoming seized over time. Torque the fasteners to
25 ft lbs.
2. Repeat this step for the rest of the clamps.
For customers NOT using the clamp kit 57-6102.
1. The bed rails of the truck rack come with (4) pre drilled holes Fig 5, these holes have been provided if you would like to drill
your bed and mount the truck rack using 1/2” hardware or metric equivalent. (Note: theses fasteners have not been provided in
the kit and must be supplied by the end user).
2. Check underneath the bed rail of the vehicle to make sure the provided holes in the truck rack bed rail are not blocked, if they
are other holes will need to be drilled by the end user.
Once the truck rack has been secured to the vehicle, the adjustable cross bar can be installed if desired. The adjustable cross bar is
mounted using (2) M10 carriage bolts, and (2) M10 wing nuts.
