Bitte lesen Sie vor Gebrauch des Gerätes die
Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch und be-
wahren Sie diese zur weiteren Nutzung auf.
Halten Sie den Allesschneider immer außer
Reichweite von Kindern.
Warnung: Das Schneidblatt ist sehr scharf!
Gehen Sie sowohl beim Ein- und Ausbau des
Schneidblattes für Reinigungszwecke als auch
bei der Benutzung zum Schneiden von Le-
bensmitteln immer sehr vorsichtig vor. Nutzen Sie beim
Schneiden immer den Restehalter mit Handschutz, um
sich vor Verletzungen zu schützen.
Reinigung:
Reinigen Sie das Gerät vor dem ersten Gebrauch. Zur Vor-
bereitung für die gründliche Reinigung klappen Sie die
Auflagefläche herunter.
1 Nehmen Sie das Schneidblatt vorsichtig heraus und
reinigen Sie es.
Die separaten Elemente des Führungsschlittens und Res-
tehalters können ebenfalls in Spülwasser gereinigt wer-
den. Wischen Sie das gesamte Gerät mit einem feuchten
Lappen gründlich sauber.
Zusammenbau und Nutzung:
2 Setzen Sie das Schneidblatt vorsichtig wieder ein und
schrauben Sie es fest.
3Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine glatte Oberfläche. Betä-
tigen Sie den Hebel für den Saugfuß, um es zu fixieren.
4 Montieren Sie den Führungsschlitten samt Restehalter
und setzen Sie ihn in die Führungs-Rille der Auflageflä-
che.
5 Legen Sie Ihr Schneidgut in den Führungsschlitten
und drücken Sie dieses mit dem Restehalter gegen die
Schneideinheit. Betätigen Sie nun die Drehkurbel im
Uhrzeigersinn, und schieben Sie das Schneidgut lang-
sam vorwärts.
6Bestimmen Sie die gewünschte Schnittstärke mit dem
entsprechenden Einstellhebel.
Bitte reinigen Sie das Gerät nach Gebrauch.

Keep this universal slicer always out of reach
of children.
Warning: the slicing blade is very sharp! Make
sure that you exercise extreme caution when
you mount or demount the slicing blade for
cleaning purposes and when you use the ma-
chine for slicing food. Always use the food holder with
hand guard to protect yourself from injuries.
Cleaning:
Clean the machine before first use. In order to prepare a
thorough cleaning please turn down the base unit.
1Carefully remove the slicing blade and clean it.
The separate elements of the sliding table and the food
holder with hand guard can also be cleaned in soapy wa-
ter. Clean the whole machine thoroughly with a damp
cloth.
Assembly and use:
2Remount the slicing blade carefully into position and
screw it tight.
3Put the machine on an even surface. Use the lever for
the suction pad to fix it.
4Mount the unit with the sliding table and the food hol-
der with hand guard and put it into the guide channel of
the base unit.
5Put the food on the sliding table and use the food hol-
der with hand guard to press it against the slicing unit.
Now turn the handle into a clockwise direction whilst
pushing the food slowly forward.
6Determine the slicing thickness with the correspon-
ding lever.
Please clean the machine after use.
