IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and
non-abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 5 and 6 of this instruction manuals.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit.

DIRECTIONS IN ORDER ON THIS INSTRUCTIONS), TO PROVIDE PROTECTION
AGAINST THE UNEXPECTED TIPPING OF FURNITURE DUE TO IMPROPER USE.
THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY A DETERRENT. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROPER
ADULT SUPERVISION. USE OF TIP-OVER RESTRAINTS MAY ONLY REDUCE,
BUT NOT ELIMINATE, THE RISK OF TIP-OVER.

 ALWAYS install tipover restraint provided.
 NEVER put a TV on this product.
 NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hang

Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce,

Tools required (not included): Phillips screwdriver, stud finder, pencil, tape measure, power drill and 1/8 in drill bit.

Assembly Instructions
NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go
back and fully tighten all bolts. This will make the assembly easier.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Drawer Front Panels (G) using a
Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT over tighten the cam bolts.
3. Fasten the Drawer Back Panel (H) between the Drawer Sides (I and J) with four 38 mm Screws (5).
4. Complete the step once again for the other drawer.

5. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (L) into the grooves on the Drawer Sides (I and J) until fully inserted into
the Drawer Back Panel (H).
6. Complete the step once again for the other drawer.
7. Fasten the Drawer Bottom Support (K) to the Drawer Back Panel (H) with two 38 mm Screws (5).
8. Complete the step once again for the other drawer.

9. Stand the previous assembly at its back panel.
10. Align and attach the Drawer Front Panel (G) to both Drawer Sides (I and J) and Drawer Bottom Support
(K). fasten it in place by engaging six Small Cam Locks (1). (Refer to page 2 on Cam Lock system
operation supplement). Make sure that the Drawer Bottom Panel (L) fits securely into the groove of the
Drawer Front Panel (G).
11. Complete the step once again for the other drawer
12. Turn the assembled utility drawer upright and attach one Handle (7) to the front side of the Drawer Front
Panel (G) with two 12 mm Screws (6).
13. Complete the step once again for the other drawer.

14. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Top Panel (A), Drawer Box Side
Panels (C and D) and Back Panel (F) using a Phillips screwdriver.
15. Glue the Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes on the Drawer Box Side Panels (C and D), Partition Panel
(E), and Back Panel (F) as shown.
NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels.
