CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
You are now ready to assemble the KD unit

Assembly Instructions
NOTE: DO NOT fully tighten all cam locks and bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once
assembled, go back and fully tighten all cam locks and bolts.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Drawer Front Panel (H) using a
Phillips screwdriver.
3. Insert the Small Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes on the Drawer Back Panel (I) at both end and
attach it between the Drawer Side Panels (J and K) with four 30 mm Screws (6).

4. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (L) into the grooves until fully inserted into the Drawer Back Panel (I).
5. Fasten the Drawer Bottom Support (M) to the Drawer Back Panel (I) with two 30 mm Screws (6).

6. Stand the previous assembly at its back panel and insert the Small Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes
on the Drawer Side Panels (J and K).
7. Position the Drawer Front Panel (H) onto the inserted Wood Dowels (4) and fasten it in place by engaging
six Small Cam Locks (1). (Refer to page 2 on Cam Lock system operation supplement). Make sure that
the Drawer Bottom Panel (L) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Front Panel (H).
8. Fasten the Left Slide Runner (DL) to the Drawer Left Side Panel (J) using three 14 mm Screws (7).
9. Repeat the same procedure to fasten the Right Slide Runner (DR) to the Drawer Right Side Panel (K).

10. Attach the Drawer Pull (9) to the front of the Drawer Front Panel (H) with two 10 mm Bolts (8).
11. Using the pilot holes as a guide, fasten the Left Slide Track (CL) to the Left Side Panel (B) with three 14
mm Screws (7).

12. Repeat the same procedure to fasten the Right Slide Track (CR) on the Right Side Panel (C).
13. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Top Panel (A) and Side Panels
(B and C) using a Phillips screwdriver.

Locks (2).
15. Fasten the Bottom Panel (E) to the Back Panel (D) using two Large Wood Dowels (5) and two 30 mm
Screws (6).
