IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, i entify an count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat an non-
abrasive surface. You will nee the parts i entifie on page 4 an 5 of this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threa e inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre- rille hole on the en of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre- rille large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out an points towar s Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screw river an rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
You are now rea y to assemble the KD unit.

Utility Drawer Assembling
1. Unpack the unit an confirm that you have all the har ware an require parts. Assemble the unit on a
carpete floor or the empty carton to avoi any scratch.
2. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the esignate small holes on the Utility Drawer Front (H) using
a Phillips screw river.
3. Glue the M6 x 30 mm Woo Dowels (4) into the inner holes of Utility Drawer Si e Panels (J an K).
NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both en s of owels.

4. Attach an align the Drawer Si e Panels (J an K) to the Drawer Front (H) by engaging 4 Small Cam
Locks (1) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).
5. Sli e the Drawer Bottom Panel (L) all the way into the grooves.

Utility Drawer Assembling
6. Fasten the Drawer Back Panel (I) to the Drawer Si e Panels (J an K) with four 38 mm Screws (6). Make
sure that Drawer Bottom Panel (L) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (I).
7. Turn the assemble rawer upright. Attach the Han le (10) to the pilot holes on the Drawer Front (H)
with two 12 mm Flat Hea Screws (7).

File Drawer Assembling
9. Glue the M6 x 30 mm Woo Dowels (4) into the inner holes of File Drawer Si e Panels (O an P).

8. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (3) into the esignate small holes on the File Drawer Front (M) using
a Phillips screw river.

File Drawer Assembling
10. Using the pilot holes as a gui e. Align an attach the Caster Support (S) to the bottom si e of the Drawer
Bottom Support (R) with two 38 mm Screws (6), as shown.
11. Fasten one Swivel Caster (X) onto the Caster Support (S) with four 15 mm Pan Hea Screws (8), using the
pilot holes as a gui e. Tighten the screws with a Phillips screw river.
