The BPM Core allows you to take two types of
measurements:
- Blood pressure which uses the cuff as a sensor.
- ECG and Stethoscope signal recording which
uses the three electrodes (two inside the cuff, the
other on the metal tube) and the stethoscope (the
circular white sensor on the cuff).
NL Met de BPM Core kunt u uw bloeddruk op twee
manieren opmeten:
- Bloeddruk opmeten middels de manchet als sensor.
- Elektrocardiogram en digitale stethoscoop-registratie
middels drie elektroden (twee aan de binnenkant van de
manchet en één op de metalen buis) en de stethoscoop
(de cirkelvormige witte sensor op de manchet).

How to take a measurement
Voordat u gaat meten

Before each measurement, make sure that you:
- Use the product on the left upper arm
- Rest 5 minutes before the measurement
- Sit down in a comfortable position, legs
uncrossed, feet flat on the floor, arm and
back supported
- Do not speak or move during the
measurement
- Wear only one layer of clothing but it should
not cover your left arm. The electrodes
should be in contact with the skin.
- Take the measurement in a calm and quiet
area

NL Zorg er vóór de meting voor dat u:
- het product op de linkerbovenarm gebruikt
- 5 minuten voor de meting rust
- in een comfortabele houding zit, de benen niet
gekruist, de voeten plat op de vloer, de arm en de rug
ondersteund
- tijdens de meting niet praat of beweegt
- slechts één laag kleding draagt, maar deze mag
uw linkerarm niet bedekken. De elektroden moeten
contact maken met de huid.

For both measurements
Voor beide metingen

Tighten the cuff around your arm. The
stethoscope should be facing the rib cage,
with the metal tube about one inch above the
elbow.
NL Bevestig de manchet om uw arm. De stethoscoop
dient in de richting van uw ribbenkast te wijzen,
waarbij de metalen buis zich op circa 2,5 cm boven
uw elleboog bevindt.

For blood pressure measurement:
Place your left arm on a table with the cuff at
heart level and palm facing up. Make sure the cuff
is not touching the left side of your chest. Your
arm should be resting comfortably on the table
without making any effort. Do not speak or move
during the measurement.
NL Voor bloeddrukmetingen:
Plaats uw linkerarm op tafel met de manchet ter
hoogte van uw hart en de handpalm naar boven. Zorg
ervoor dat de manchet niet de linkerkant van uw borst
raakt. Uw arm dient comfortabel en ontspannen op
tafel te rusten. Praat en beweeg niet tijdens de meting.
