K 2 Fog Light Spacing strap
L 4 M12x1.5x35 Bolts and 4 off Disc Spring Washers (Note: 1.5 Pitch Bolts used for fixing to chassis rail only)
M 2 M12x1.5x35 Bolts and 2 off Disc Spring Washers (Note: 1.5 Pitch Bolts used for fixing to chassis rail only)
N 2 M12x1.75x45 Bolts, 2 off Washers (OD 25mm) and Nyloc Nuts
P 8 M12x1.75x45 Bolts, Washers (OD 25mm) and Nyloc Nuts
Q 2 M12x1.5x35 Bolts and 2 off Disc Spring Washers (Note: 1.5 Pitch Bolts used for fixing to chassis rail only)
R 2 M8x1.25x20 Bolts, Nuts, Washers and Lock Washers
S 2 M6x1.00x25 Bolts, Washers, Spring Washers, Nuts
T 1 10mm Coupling Packer
U 2 Bushes 12mm Long, 13mm OD
V 1 M10x1.5x25mm Bolt, Flat Washer (20mm OD) and Nyloc Nuts
CB 2 M16 x 50mm Coupling Bolts, Nuts, Lock Washers
FITTING: to a 2.W.D. model
Before starting, check materials list to ensure that all parts are present.
1.Lower spare wheelusingthe supplied wheelbrace. (Often located behind the rear seats.)
2.Disconnectthe rearfoglamp. Removeanddiscard themounting bracket.
3.OfferupSidePlates(B) totheouterfacingedgeof the chassisrail andlooselyattachusing discspringwashersandBolts(L).
Note:Ifforward holes(Q) are presentinthechassis rail, slideCaptive Straps (C) through thechassisrailand fixusing Bolts (Q).Howeverif
holesare not alreadypresent in the chassis rail eitherdrill through the side of thechassis railusing Side Plates (B) as a guide andfixas
above orcontactWitter Towbarsfor further advice.(Note:BendCaptive Strap(C) to preventvibration noise).
4.Remove existingbolts in thechassis at(M).Alignbrackets(H) and loosely attachusingBolts(N).Ensurewashers(OD 25mm)are
sandwiched betweenBrackets(H) and Sideplates(B). Also attachbrackets(H) tothe verticalmountings usingBolts and discspring
washers(M).
5.PlaceCrossbar(A)betweensideplates(B), andattachinits uppermostpositionusingbolts (P).
6.Fixthe FogLighttobracket (E) using the originalbolts,and fixBracket(E)toSidePlate (B) using bolt(V).Note: Ensure Fog Lampisvisible
whenviewedfrombehind.
7.Raisethe sparewheel (may deflectforwardsslightly) and fullytighten everybolttothe recommendedtorque.
Note: Thistowbar mustbe usedwith eithera Witter Towball (partnumberZ11)orClass A50-1 orA50-Xtowballdimensionally
ConformingtoA50-1with a‘D’ and 'S'valuegreaterthanorequaltothatof thetowbar.
Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which must be observed.
Recommended torque settings: M8 - 27Nm, M10 - 53 Nm, M12 - 95 Nm, M14 - 150 Nm, M16 - 214 Nm

FITTING:to a 4.W.D. model
Before starting, check materials list to ensure that all parts are present.
1. Lowersparewheelusingthesuppliedwheelbrace.(Oftenlocatedbehindthe rearseats.)
2. Disconnect therearfog lampfrom the bumper. Temporarilyremovethe rear under runbar andremovethe 2 pressed under run mounting
bracketsfromthevehicle chassis.(Handunder-runmountingbracketstothecustomer)
3. OfferupSide Plates (B)tothe outer facingedge ofthe chassisrail andlooselyattachusing discspringwashersand Bolts (L).
Note: If forwardholes (Q) arepresent inthe chassis rail, slide Captive Straps(C) through thechassis railand fixusing Bolts(Q). However
ifholes are not alreadypresent inthechassis rail,eitherdrillthroughthesideofthechassisrail usingSidePlates(B) asaguide and fixas
above orcontact WitterTowbars forfurtheradvice.(Note:BendCaptiveStrap (C) toprevent vibrationnoise).
4. Remove existingbolts in thechassisat(M). Alignbrackets(H) and looselyattachusingBolts(N). Ensure washers(OD25mm)are
sandwiched between the Brackets(H)andSideplates (B). Alsoattachbrackets(H) to thevertical mountings using Bolts and disc spring
washers(M).
5. PlaceCrossbar(A) between sideplates(B),and attach initslowestposition,along withBumperBrackets(F & D) usingBolts(P). Note:
See additional diagram below to determine the position of the bumper supportbrackets(F&D) when fittingtoanXLT/Thundermodel
(Circular chrome under-runbar)orstandard model(rectangularunder-run bar).
6. Refit the underrun bar totheoriginalfixingsand BumperBrackets (D & F) using bolts (R).
7. Forthe XLT/Thundermodel,re-attach the Fog lighttotheSpacing Straps(K) using theoriginal boltsandthen connectthe spacingstraps to
the
underrunbarusing bolts (S) andbushes (U).Forthenon-XLT/Thundermodelfixinits originalpositionusingtheoriginalmountingbolts.
Note:
EnsureFog Lampisvisible whenviewed from behind.
8. Raisethespare wheel(maydeflectforwards slightly)and fullytighten everybolt to the recommendedtorque.
Note: Thistowbar mustbe usedwith eithera Witter Towball (partnumberZ11)orClass A50-1 orA50-Xtowballdimensionally
ConformingtoA50-1with a‘D’ and 'S'valuegreaterthanorequaltothatof thetowbar.
