External Key Locking and Non-Locking

Fit exterior handle
Place exterior handle on outside of door and lock body on
inside and hold in place.
Using the appropriate length mounting screws for the door
stile thickness (as detailed in the components section) secure
the lock body to the exterior handle through the door.
Fit strike body - Side Fixing
• Drill 4mm pilot holes centrally in mounting slots
• Fix the strike body to the door jamb using
2 x 10Gx8 screws
• Fit the strike cover and secure using 1 x 8Gx7.5 screw

Fit strike body - End Fixing
• Punch out the two “knock out” mounting slots in the end of
the strike body.
• Drill 3mm pilot holes centrally in mounting slots
• Fix the Strike body to the door jamb using 2 x 8Gx25 screws
• Fit the Strike Cover and secure using 1 x 8Gx7.5 screw
Fit internal handle
Fit the Internal handle to the Lock body and secure using
2 x M4x25 screw.
Fit strike body
Fit the strike body to the lock body by depressing the
antislam button and flicking the snib so that the lock
beaks protrude and catch the strike.

Adjust Strike
The strike can be adjusted vertically by loosening the two
strike mounting screws and moving the strike body up or
down on the mounting slots.
For horizontal adjustment, partially unscrew the strike plate
fixing screws. Adjust the jacking screw height as required and
re-tighten the strike plate fixing screws.
