CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES
El sistema de conserjería digital de ALCAD le va a permitir de una manera cómoda y sencilla controlar el acceso al edificio o
urbanización. Posibilidad de:
Centralizar las llamadas provenientes de la placa de calle.
Recibir las llamadas de las viviendas.
Llamar a las viviendas.
Poner en comunicación la vivienda con la persona que realiza la llamada desde la placa de calle.
Registro de llamadas no atendidas
Si la conserjería dispone de un monitor le permitirá, además, identificar visualmente a la persona que realiza la llamada desde la
placa de calle.
Podrá activar y desactivar la placa de conserjería tecleando en la propia placa un código CONSERJE.
Nota: Alguna de las características descritas podrían estar deshabilitadas. Para saber cómo está configurada la placa de conserjería
consulte la tabla de configuración de la conserjería, página 36.
El funcionamiento del sistema presenta unas funciones y temporizaciones determinadas. Lea detenidamente este manual para conocer
el funcionamiento y aprovechar totalmente las funciones de la conserjería.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE LA CONSERJERÍA

Las teclas con funciones múltiples dependen de la configuración de la placa de conserjería y del estado en que se encuentre la placa
de conserjería en el momento de pulsarlas.
1  Auricular del teléfono / monitor.
2  Pulsadores auxiliares.
Permiten realizar funciones adicionales (activar accesorios,...).
Consulte al instalador.
3  Pantalla de visualización de imagen.
Permite visualizar la persona que realiza la llamada desde
la placa de calle.
4  Indicador del estado del monitor.
Con indicador encendido, monitor operativo.
5  Interruptor para desactivar el vídeo.
6  Control del contraste de la imagen.
7  Control del brillo de la imagen.
8  Display numérico.
 Tecla para:
Retomar llamada.
Permite retomar la comunicación de la llamada realizada
desde la placa de calle con la conserjería.
Desplazarse por el registro de llamadas no atendidas.
10  Tecla para:
Llamar a las viviendas.
Permite llamar a la vivienda cuyo código está visualizado
en el display.
Establecer comunicación.
Permite establecer la comunicación con el teléfono/monitor
o placa de calle que realiza la llamada.
11  Tecla para:
Pasar llamada.
Permite poner en comunicación la llamada realizada desde
la placa de calle con la vivienda solicitada.
Acceder al registro de llamadas no atendidas.
Desplazarse por el registro de llamadas no atendidas.

atendidas.
Finalizar la comunicación.
Finaliza la comunicación establecida con cualquier equipo
del sistema.
Activar/desactivar la conserjería.
Después de pulsar esta tecla, permite introducir el código
que activa o desactiva la placa de conserjería.
Cambiar el modo de funcionamiento.
Manteniendo la pulsación, permite alternar entre el modo
normal y modo sólo viviendas (según configuración de la
placa de conserjería).
17  Tecla de apertura de puerta.
Permite abrir la puerta de la placa de calle desde donde
se realiza la llamada.

Las llamadas realizadas desde las viviendas a la conserjería no serán atendidas, pudiendo quedar almacenadas en la placa de
conserjería, en función de la configuración de la placa de conserjería. Para saber cómo está configurada la placa de conserjería
consulte la "tabla de configuración de la conserjería", página 36.

En este estado, las llamadas no son controladas por la conserjería, por lo que las llamadas suenan directamente en las viviendas.

AJUSTE DEL CONTRASTE Y DEL BRILLO DE LA IMAGEN
Puede ajustar en el propio monitor el contraste y brillo de la imagen. Para realizarlo, mueva los controles (6) y (7) del monitor.
CÓMO DESACTIVAR EL VÍDEO
Mueva el interruptor de desactivación del vídeo (5) hacia la derecha. El indicador de estado del monitor se apagará. En esta posición
recibirá las llamadas, pero no visualizará en el monitor la imagen de la persona que llama.

CONSERJERÍA ACTIVADA
Activando la conserjería
El indicador verde se encenderá o parpadeará, en función de la configuración de la placa de conserjería (ver "Conserjería activada").

Los pasos para activar y desactivar la conserjería son los mismos. Con la conserjería desactivada ésta se activará y con la conserjería
activada ésta se desactivará.
Desactivando la conserjería
El indicador verde se apagará.
Con el sistema ocupado, la placa de conserjería estará bloqueada y aparecerá en el display el tiempo de bloqueo restante. Espere
hasta que el sistema se desocupe. Comience por el paso 1.
Con código incorrecto la placa emitirá un pitido de error y destellará el led rojo. Comience por el paso 1.
Modo normal: Indicador verde encendido.
En este modo es posible alternar entre "modo normal" y "modo sólo viviendas" pulsando la tecla y manteniéndola pulsada unos
segundos hasta ver que el indicador verde cambia de estar encendido a parpadear o viceversa.
Con la placa conserjería en reposo, pulse la tecla .
A continuación introduzca el código CONSERJE.

Unos segundos antes de finalizar el tiempo de conversación, oirá una serie de pitidos anunciando el fin del tiempo de conversación.
Es posible prolongar la temporización desde la propia conserjería, pulsando y soltando el pulsador de colgado de teléfono/monitor.

Realizada la llamada desde la placa de calle, sonará en el teléfono/monitor de la conserjería. En caso de disponer de monitor
se encenderá la pantalla, mostrándole la imagen de la persona que ha realizado la llamada. En el caso de existir más de un
acceso, el tono de la llamada podrá ser diferente dependiendo de la placa que se utilice para realizar la llamada. El display de
la placa de conserjería mostrará la letra P indicando que la llamada se ha realizado desde una placa de calle (de P00 a P99).
Descolgando el auricular y pulsando la tecla establecerá comunicación con la placa de calle. El indicador rojo se encenderá
y la información del display cambiará indicando el código de la vivienda a la que el visitante quiere llamar.
Nota: si desde la placa de calle se llama a la conserjería directamente la información del display no cambiará al establecer la
comunicación con la placa de calle.
Para abrir la puerta de la calle, pulse la tecla . Para activar una segunda puerta o elemento adicional pulse la tecla .

Nota: La opción de almacenar las llamadas no atendidas puede estar deshabilitada. Para saber cómo está configurada la placa de
conserjería consulte la "tabla de configuración de la conserjería" página 36.

Realizada la llamada desde una de las viviendas, sonará en el teléfono/monitor de la conserjería. El indicador rojo se encenderá.
El tono será diferente a las llamadas realizadas desde las placas de calle. El display indicará el código de la vivienda desde donde
se ha realizado la llamada.
Nota: Dispone de una tabla al final de este manual donde puede anotar los códigos de las viviendas con la vivienda que le
corresponde. ("Directorio de viviendas" página 37).
Descolgando el auricular y pulsando la tecla establecerá comunicación con la vivienda.

Recibida la llamada desde la placa de calle, contéstela tal y como se indica en este manual.
Si desea pasar la llamada a la vivienda con el código que indica el display, pulse la tecla . De esta manera, la placa de calle
quedará a la espera, indicando el tiempo restante de bloqueo, mientras se realiza la llamada a la vivienda. En caso de disponer
de monitor en la conserjería, se apagará la pantalla y se encederá la pantalla del monitor de la vivienda que recibe la llamada
mostrándose la imagen de la persona que realiza la llamada desde la placa de calle.
Nota: Es posible cambiar el código de la vivienda indicado en el display mediante el teclado numérico, mientras mantiene la
comunicación con la placa de calle.
Una vez descolgado el teléfono de la vivienda, desde la conserjería se podrá solicitar al vecino si desea atender a la llamada
realizada desde la placa de calle.
En caso afirmativo, pulse la tecla . Así, el teléfono de la vivienda establecerá comunicación con la placa de calle que inicio
la llamada. Cuelgue el auricular del teléfono/monitor. La placa de la conserjería permanecerá bloqueada durante la comunicación
entre la vivienda y la placa de calle. El display visualizará el tiempo restante de bloqueo.
En caso contrario, pulse la tecla . Así, volverá a establecer la comunicación con la placa de calle.
Nota: Si la vivienda cuelga el auricular del teléfono/monitor durante la consulta de la conserjería, la comunicación entre placa
de conserjería y placa de calle se establecerá automáticamente.

REGISTRO DE LLAMADAS NO ATENDIDAS
La placa de conserjería permite el almacenamiento de hasta 125 llamadas no atendidas. Se considera llamada no atendida a las
llamadas que realizadas desde una vivienda no consiguen establecer comunicación con la conserjería.
Se registra una llamada no atendida en caso que:
El tiempo de contestación se agote.
La llamada de la vivienda se interrumpa antes de contestar.
La conserjería esté desactivada.
En urbanizaciones, la conserjería esté ocupada con una vivienda de otro edificio.
Las llamadas no atendidas se almacenan en un registro por orden de entrada. Si una vivienda realiza varias llamadas no atendidas,
sólo se almacenará la primera de ellas.
Nota: La configuración de la placa determinará si el registro de llamadas no atendidas está deshabilitado, habilitado y el modo de
funcionamiento. Para saber cómo está configurada la placa de conserjería consulte la tabla de configuración de la conserjería, página
36.
CONSULTAR EL REGISTRO DE LLAMADAS NO ATENDIDAS
Si el indicador rojo parpadea indica que existe, al menos, una llamada no atendida almacenada.
Con la placa de conserjería activada y en estado de reposo, pulse la tecla . Le aparecerá en el display el valor del código
de la vivienda que ha intentado establecer comunicación con la conserjería. Las teclas y le permitirán moverse entre
los diferentes códigos de viviendas almacenados.
Nota: En caso de visualizar el último o el primer código de la lista y pulsar o respectivamente, saldrá automáticamente
del registro.
Para llamar a la vivienda mostrada en el display, descuelgue el auricular y pulse la tecla . Descolgado el auricular del teléfono
de la vivienda, establecerá comunicación con la vivienda. Finalizado el tiempo de conversación (ver temporizaciones página 10)
o colgando uno de los dos auriculares, se interrumpirá la comunicación y el código de la vivienda se borrará automáticamente
del registro, mostrando el display el siguiente código almacenado. Si no existieran más códigos de viviendas almacenados en el
registro, la placa saldría automáticamente de dicho registro.
Nota: Si no se consigue establecer comunicación con el teléfono/monitor de la vivienda, el código de esta vivienda seguirá
mostrándose en el display, permaneciendo almacenado en el registro de llamadas no atendidas.
Para borrar del registro el código mostrado por el display pulse la tecla . El display mostrará el siguiente código almacenado.
Si se borran todos los códigos del registro, la placa saldrá automáticamente de dicho registro y el indicador rojo permanecerá
apagado.
Nota: Si durante la consulta al registro de llamadas no atendidas pulsa una tecla del 1 al 9 o no pulsa ninguna tecla durante 5
segundos, saldrá de dicho registro.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
ALCADs digital concierge system provides a simple, handy way of controlling entry to a building or to a housing compound. The system
can:
Centralize calls made from the entrance panel.
Receive calls from dwellings.
Call the telephone in a dwelling.
Connect the dwelling and the person who is making the call from the entrance panel
Record of unanswered calls.
If the concierge unit is equipped with a monitor, it is also possible visually to identify the person making the call from the entrance panel.
The concierge unit panel can be activated and deactivated by entering a CONCIERGE code in the panel itself.
N te: Some of the features described may be disabled. To find out how the concierge unit panel is configured, see the concierge unit
configuration table, page 36.
The running of the concierge presents several timers. Read this manual carefully to find out how the concierge system works and to
take full advantage of its range of features.

In this state, calls are not controlled by the concierge unit: therefore, a call rings directly in the dwelling which has been called.
ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS OF THE MONITOR
ADJUSTING THE CONTRAST AND BRILLIANCE OF THE IMAGE
The characteristics of brilliance and contrast of the image can be adjusted from the monitor. To do so, simply adjust the controls (6)
and (7) of the monitor.
HOW TO TURN THE VIDEO SYSTEM OFF
Turn the video ON/OFF switch of the monitor (5) to the right position. The indicator of the status of the monitor will turn off. In the OFF
position you can receive calls from the street but you will not be able to see on the monitor the image of the person who is calling.

If the system is busy, the concierge unit will be temporarily blocked: the time that it will remain blocked appears in the display. Wait
until the system becomes free. Begin again at step 1.
If the code is incorrect, the panel will emit a beep indicating that an error has been made and the red led will flash. Begin again at
step 1.

The steps required to activate and deactivate the concierge unit are the same. When the unit is deactivated, the steps will activate it;
when the unit is activated, the same steps will deactivate it.

The green indicator will light up or blink, depending on how the concierge unit panel has been configured. (See "Concierge unit
activated").
Deactivating the c ncierge unit
The green indicator will turn off.

In this mode it is possible to toggle between normal mode and dwellings only mode by holding down the key for several seconds
until the green indicator changes from shining steadily to blinking or vice versa.

In this mode, it is not possible to toggle between normal mode and dwellings only mode.

Several seconds before the time allowed for conversation expires, a series of warning beeps will be heard. It is possible to prolong
the conversation time from the concierge unit itself, by pressing and releasing the hang-up push-button on the telephone/monitor.

When a call is made from an entrance panel, it will ring on the concierge telephone/monitor. When the concierge unit is equipped
with a monitor the screen will switch on and show the image of the person who has called. If there is more than one point of entry,
the call tone will vary, depending on which entrance panel the call is made from. The display of the concierge unit will show the
letter P, indicating that the call has been made from an entrance panel (from P00 to P99).
By picking up the handset and pressing the key, communication will be established with the entrance panel. The red indicator
will light up and the information shown in the display will change to show the code of the dwelling which the visitor wishes to call..
N te: If a call is made from the entrance panel directly to the concierge unit, the information shown in the display will not change
when communication is established with the entrance panel.
To open the street door, press the key. To activate a second door or additional device, press the key.
