CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES
El sistema de videoportero de ALCAD le va a permitir controlar el acceso de personas externas
a s propiedad, permitiéndole además identificar a la persona q e realiza la llamada. Al
tratarse de n sistema con secreto de com nicación, sólo n monitor se enc entra activado
en cada instante, aseg rando en todo momento la privacidad de la conversación entre la
vivienda y la persona q e realiza la llamada. El sistema de a toencendido le permite vis alizar
la imagen captada por la telecámara de la placa de calle sin necesidad de recibir llamada.
Este sistema de a toencendido res lta de tilidad en sit aciones de vigilancia o c ando, por
c alq ier razón, se desee establecer com nicación con la placa de calle.
Como f nción adicional, el monitor incorpora n registro de capt ra a tomática de imágenes
de llamadas no atendidas. C ando na llamada no ha sido atendida, el monitor almacena
a tomáticamente la imagen de la persona q e ha realizado dicha llamada. El monitor
almacena las imágenes de las últimas 5 personas c yas llamadas no han sido atendidas.

DESCRIPCIÓN MONITOR VÍDEOPORTERO
INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
No exponga el eq ipo a goteo o proyecciones de ag a. No sitúe objetos llenos de líq ido,
como vasos, sobre el eq ipo. No sitúe f entes de llama desn da, tales como velas encendidas,
sobre el eq ipo. No c bra las abert ras de ventilación del eq ipo con objetos, tales como
periódicos, cortinas, etc. Instale el eq ipo dejando n espacio libre alrededor para disponer
de na ventilación s ficiente. Instale el eq ipo de modo q e la clavija de red de alimentación
o el conector del eq ipo sean fácilmente accesibles.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SISTEMA
AUSENCIA DE LLAMADA. MONITOR EN REPOSO
Si el monitor no recibe llamada, las f nciones de apert ra de p erta y de com nicación con
placa de calle están inhabilitadas. Es posible activar el sistema de a toencendido y llamar
a conserjería, siempre y c ando no haya ningún otro monitor activado (sistema oc pado).
Asimismo, es posible cons ltar el registro de imágenes de llamadas no atendidas. Con sistema
oc pado, si desc elga el a ric lar (1) esc chará nos tonos intermitentes. Con sistema no
oc pado, esc chará n tono contin o.
RECEPCION DE LLAMADAS. MONITOR ACTIVADO
Al recibir na llamada desde la placa de calle, el monitor emitirá n aviso sonoro. A
contin ación se encenderá la pantalla, mostrándole la imagen de la persona q e ha realizado
la llamada. Dispondrá de n tiempo determinado para contestar. Este tiempo dependerá del
tipo de placa de calle desde la q e ha recibido la llamada.
Al descolgar el a ric lar, establecerá com nicación con la persona q e ha llamado. El tiempo
de conversación máximo de q e dispone, dependerá también del tipo de placa de calle
desde la q e ha recibido la llamada.
Unos seg ndos antes de finalizar el tiempo de conversación, oirá na serie de pitidos. Podrá
prolongar el tiempo de conversación desde s propia vivienda, apretando y soltando el
p lsador de colgado del monitor, o desde la placa de calle, indicándole a la persona q e
v elva a llamar. Finalizada la conversación, y na vez colgado el a ric lar, el monitor v elve
al estado de reposo.
P lse el botón de abrep ertas (3) para abrir la p erta de la calle y permitir el acceso a la
propiedad.
D rante los tiempos de contestación y conversación, el sistema no permite q e otro monitor
realice a toencendido.

Nota:
Si recibe llamada y al descolgar el a ric lar esc cha tonos intermitentes, el visitante ha
llamado a s vivienda y posteriormente a otra vivienda. No podrá establecer com nicación
con el visitante.
La llamada s ena en todos los monitores/teléfonos. El primero en descolgar establece
com nicación con el visitante. Al descolgar c alq iera de los otros dispositivos de s vivienda
esc chará tonos intermitentes.
En caso de varios monitores en s vivienda, recibida la llamada, la imagen del visitante se
m estra en no de ellos. Para vis alizar la imagen en el resto de monitores, presione el botón
de a toencendido (8). Posibilidad de, realizada la llamada, vis alizar la imagen a tomaticamente
en todos los monitores, cons lte a s instalador.

Las llamadas de placa de calle tienen prioridad sobre el sistema de a toencendido. Si d rante
el tiempo de a toencendido se realiza na llamada a otro monitor desde la placa de calle,
el vídeo de s monitor se desconectará, pasando a tomáticamente al estado de reposo y
manteniendo de esta manera la privacidad de la llamada.
En instalaciones con varios accesos, p lse el botón de a toencendido (8) de manera sec encial,
hasta activar la placa de calle deseada.
CÓMO ACTIVAR EL SISTEMA DE AUTOENCENDIDO
P lse el botón de a toencendido (8). Podrá vis alizar la imagen captada por la telecámara,
abrir la p erta de la calle y establecer, levantando el a ric lar del monitor, com nicación
con la placa de calle.
Si algún monitor se enc entra activado, al p lsar el botón de a toencendido (8), el indicador
de estado del sistema (5) parpadeará, no p diendo realizar el a toencendido. Si desc elga
el a ric lar, esc chará n tono intermitente. En tal caso, espere hasta q e el sistema se
desoc pe.

CÓMO CONSULTAR EL REGISTRO DE IMÁGENES DE LLAMADAS NO ATENDIDAS
(Función disponib e según mode o)
P lse el botón a xiliar P1 (6) d rante 3 seg ndos aproximadamente. El monitor se encenderá
y mostrará la capt ra de la imagen de la última persona c ya llamada no ha sido atendida.
Notas:
Pasados 60 seg ndos o si se realiza na llamada a otro monitor desde la placa de calle, el
monitor se apagará a tomáticamente. Pasando al estado de reposo. Posibilidad de seg ir
vis alizando el registro de imágenes de llamadas no atendidas. Cons lte a s instalador.
Si recibe na llamada mientras se enc entra cons ltando el registro de imágenes de llamadas
no atendidas el monitor emitirá n aviso sonoro. A contin ación, la pantalla mostrará la
imagen de la persona q e ha realizado la llamada. P ede contestar dicha llamada tal y
como se indica en el apartado "Recepción de llamadas. Monitor activado" página 3.
P lse el botón a xiliar P1 (6) de manera sec encial para ir vis alizando las sig ientes capt ras
mas antig as. Para salir de la vis alización de imágenes p lse el botón a xiliar P1 (6) d rante
tres seg ndos aproximadamente, el monitor se apagará.
Si otro monitor se enc entra activado, la imagen no aparecerá en pantalla y el monitor no
se encenderá, no p diendo cons ltar el registro de imágenes de llamadas no atendidas. Si
desc elga el a ric lar, esc chará n tono intermitente. En tal caso, espere hasta q e el sistema
se desoc pe y v elva a intentarlo.

OPCIONES DE AJUSTE
AJUSTE DEL CONTRASTE Y DEL BRILLO DE LA IMAGEN
P ede aj star en el propio monitor el contraste y brillo de la imagen. Para realizarlo, m eva
los controles (10) y (11) del monitor.
CÓMO DESACTIVAR EL VÍDEO
M eva el interr ptor de desactivación del video (9) hacia la derecha. El indicador de estado
del sistema (5) se apagará. En esta posición recibirá las llamadas pero no podrá vis alizar
la imagen de la persona q e llama.
AJUSTE DEL VOLUMEN DE LLAMADA
P ede aj star en el propio monitor el vol men del tono de llamada. Para realizarlo, m eva
el control (2) del monitor. Dispone de tres posiciones: alto ( ), bajo ( ) y silencio ( )

En instalaciones preparadas para ofrecer esta f nción, el led indicador del estado del sistema
del monitor (5) parpadeará, avisándole de q e la p erta de s edificio se enc entra abierta.

GENERAL FEATURES
The ALCAD video entry system gives you full control over the ccess of visitors to your property
nd, in ddition, it llows you to identify the person who c lls. The system offers confidenti l
communic tion oper tion s only one monitor is ctiv ted t ny one time, gu r nteeing the
tot l priv cy of the convers tion between the house nd the person who is c lling. The
utom tic switch-on system m kes it possible to see the im ge c ptured by the entr nce p nel
c mer without h ving first to receive c ll. The utom tic switch-on function is useful in
situ tions of surveill nce or when you wish to communic te with the entr nce p nel for
wh tever re son.
As n ddition l fe ture, the monitor keeps n utom tic visu l record of visitors whose c lls
re un nswered. When c ll is not nswered, the monitor utom tic lly s ves n im ge of
the person m king the c ll. The monitor stores im ges of the l st five people whose c lls h ve

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

If the monitor does not receive c ll the functions of door opening nd of communic tion
with the street entr nce p nel re dis bled. It is possible to ctiv te the monitors utom tic
switch-on system or to c ll the concierge lw ys providing th t no other monitor is lre dy
in use (system eng ged). Simil rly, it is possible to consult the visu l record of un nswered
c lls. If the system is eng ged, on picking up the h ndset, series of busy tones will be he rd.
A continuous tone will be he rd if the system is not eng ged.
An udio sign l from the monitor will be he rd when c ll is received from the entr nce
p nel. Following the screen will switch on nd show the im ge of the person who h s c lled.
You h ve fixed length of time in which to nswer. The ex ct length of time will depend on
the type of entr nce p nel from which you h ve received the c ll.
You c n pick up the h ndset nd communic te with the c ller. The m ximum length of time
llowed for convers tion will lso depend on the type of entr nce p nel from which you h ve
received the c ll.
You will he r series of beeps few seconds before the timer setting for the convers tion
ends. The time for the convers tion c n be extended simply by pushing nd rele sing the
button where you h ng up the h ndset or by sking the person to c ll from the entr nce p nel
g in. The monitor returns to st nd by st tus when the convers tion is ended nd the h ndset
returned to the monitor.
Push the corresponding button to open the door (3) nd llow the person ccess to the
property.
During the time periods for nswering the c ll or for convers tion, the system does not permit
ny other monitor to use the uto switch-on function.

Note:

TURNING ON THE AUTO SWITCH-ON SYSTEM
Push the uto switch-on button (8). You c n see the im ge c ptured by the video unit in the
entr nce p nel, open the door nd communic te with the entr nce p nel by simply picking
up the h ndset of the monitor.
If some monitor is ctiv ted, the system indic tor (5) will st rt blinking when pressing the
uto-switch button (8) nd the uto switch-on function will not oper te. If the h ndset is
picked up, busy tones will be he rd. In this event w it until the system becomes free.

HOW TO CONSULT THE VISUAL RECORD OF UNANSWERED CALLS
(Feature available on certain model only)
Press the uxili ry button P1 (6), holding it down for pproxim tely three seconds. The monitor
will switch on nd will displ y the c ptured im ge of the l st person whose c ll went
un nswered.
Note :
When 60 seconds h ve expired or if c ll is m de from the entr nce p nel to nother
monitor, your monitor will utom tic lly turn off, switching to st ndby st tus. It is possible,
however, to continue viewing the visu l record of un nswered c lls: consult your inst ller.
If, while you re consulting the visu l record of un nswered c lls, you receive new c ll, the
monitor will notify you of this by emitting w rning sound. The screen will then displ y the
im ge of the person m king the c ll. You c n reply to this c ll s described in the section
Receiving c ll. Monitor ctiv ted on p ge 10.
Press the uxili ry button P1 (6) repe tedly to go b ck through the sequence of im ges from
the most recent to the oldest. When you wish to stop consulting the im ges, press down the
uxili ry button P1 (6) for pproxim tely three seconds: the monitor will switch off.
If nother monitor h ppens to be ctive, no im ge will ppe r on your screen, your monitor
will not switch on, nd you will be un ble to consult the visu l record of un nswered c lls.
If you pick up the h ndset, you will he r the eng ged tone. When this occurs, w it until the

ADJUSTMENT OPTIONS
ADJUSTING THE CONTRAST AND BRILLIANCE OF THE IMAGE
The ch r cteristics of brilli nce nd contr st of the im ge c n be djusted from the monitor.
To do so, simply djust the controls (10) nd (11) of the monitor.
HOW TO TURN THE VIDEO SYSTEM OFF
Turn the video ON/OFF switch of the monitor (9) to the right position. The indic tor of the
st tus of the system (5) will turn off. In the OFF position you c n receive c lls from the street
but you will not be ble to see the im ge of the person who is c lling.

DOOR OPEN INDICATOR LIGHT
You c n djust the volume of the c ll tone on the monitor itself. To do so, move the control
(2) on the monitor. The volume c n be set to one of three possible positions: high ( ), low
(), nd sound off ( ).

CARACTERISTIQUES GÉNÉRALES

d n système de conversation secret, il ny a ra q  n se l monite r all mé à la fois, ainsi
la confidentialité de la conversation est garantie, entre la personne q i appelle et celle q i
reçoit lappel. Le système da to-all mage vo s permet de voir limage capt rée par la caméra
de la plaq e dentrée sans avoir reç n appel. La to-all mage pe t être tile dans des
sit ations de s rveillance o bien q and vo s vo drez établir ne comm nication avec la
plaq e de r e.
En tant q e fonction additionnelle, le monite r incorpore n registre de capt re a tomatiq e
des images des visite rs dont les appels restent sans réponse. Q and n appel reste sans
réponse, le monite r enregistre a tomatiq ement limage de la personne q i passe lappel.
Le monite r garde les images des cinq dernières personnes dont les appels sont restés sans
réponse (Fonction disponible selon modèle).

FONCTIONNEMENT DU SYSTÈME
ABSENCE D'APPEL. MONITEUR EN REPOS
Si le monite r ne reçoit pas dappel, les fonctions do vert re de porte et de comm nication
avec la plaq e de r e sont inhibées. Il est alors possible d'activer les systèmes da to-all mage
d monite r et appeler la conciergerie, le temps q ' a tre monite r ne soit activé. Il est
également possible de cons lter le registre des images des appels restés sans réponse. Q and
le système est occ pé, lorsq e vo s dérochez le combiné la tonalité est discontin e. Si le
système est libre la tonalité est contin e.
RÉCEPTION D'APPELS. MONITEUR ACTIVÉ
Une sonnerie vo s préviendra lors de la réception d'appels extérie rs. Ens ite, lécran
sall mera et vo s po rrez voir limage de la personne q i réalise cet appel. Il existe n temps
déterminer po r répondre, cel i-ci variera selon le type de plaq e de r e à partir d q el
lappel est reç .
En décrochant le combiné, vo s établirez la comm nication avec la personne q i vo s appelle.
Le temps de conversation maxim m dont vo s disposerez, variera également en fonction d
type de plaq e de r e.
Q elq es secondes avant la fin de la conversation vo s entendrez des signa x sonores. Vo s
po rrez prolonger le temps de conversation de chez vo s, en app yant et en lâchant le bo ton
po ssoir de raccrochage d monite r, o dep is la plaq e de r e, en indiq ant à la personne
q elle doit po r cela app yer s r le bo ton po ssoir d'appel. Finaliser la conversation et
raccrocher le combiné, le monite r sera de no vea a repos.

avec lextérie r.
Si n des monite rs est activé, en app yant s r le bo ton d'a to-all mage (8), l'indicate r
d système (5) clignotera, ne po vant pas activer la to all mage. Dans ce cas, attendre q e
le système soit libre.
Les appels q i proviennent de la plaq e de r e sont prioritaires a système da to-all mage.
Si pendant le temps da to-all mage, n appel de lextérie r se prod it, la vidéo se deconnectera
et passera a tomatiq ement à létat de repos, de cette façon la confidentialité de l'appel est
ass ré.
