Connect Network and Power
You can ei her connec he phone o he AC Power direc ly using a power adap er (no
supplied) or o a PoE complian swi ch or hub. Your sys em adminis ra or will advise you
on which one o use.

If inline power is provided, do no ins all AC adap er (no provided). Make sure he
E herne cable and swi ch/hub are PoE complian .
The In erne Por can also be connec ed o Hub/Swi ch/IP PBX or o her in erne
devices.
The phone can also share he ne work connec ion wi h o her ne work devices such as
PCs. Connec he phone’s PC por and compu er’s ne work por oge her using an
E herne cable.

Configuration and Registration
Some simple configura ions are needed o ge your phone ready for making calls:

Basic Configuration via Web Page
Temporis IP200 fea ures an embedded web server o help adminis ra ors and users
configure, manage and use heir phone in an in ui ive and simple manner. The phone’s
web server can be accessed wi h any web browser.
Press OK bu on on he keypad of he phone o en er he s a us page and find ou your
Temporis IP 200 IP address. En er i (for example h p://192.168.1.100) in o he
address bar of your web browser. The defaul adminis ra or’s login name and password
are admin/admin.

Please loca e your PC in he same ne work segmen of your Temporis IP
(192.168.1.X) o be able o access he web configura ion page. Please consul your
sys em adminis ra or for help.
Network Settings
Choose Ne work->In erne Por （WAN）.
DHCP: By defaul he phone a emp s o con ac a DHCP Server in your ne work in
order o ob ain i s valid ne work se ings, e.g. IP address, subne mask, ga eway, DNS
server, e c.
Static IP Address: If your phone canno con ac a DHCP Server for any reason, you
need o en er he ne work se ings manually via S a ic IP Address. Please con ac your
in erne adminis ra or for more de ails.
PPPoE: If you are using an xDSL Modem, you may connec your phone o he in erne
via PPPoE mode. Please con ac your ISP for he User Name and Password for
in erne access.

Account Settings
The phone a emp s o regis er o he SIP server using he accoun da a provided by
au oma ic or manual ini ializa ion.
Choose Accoun page. You will find he following parame ers:

Accoun Ac ive You can choose on/off o enable/disable he accoun respec ively.
Label The name showing on he LCD of curren device.
Display Name The local phone name showing on he o her phone when calling.
Regis er Name Regis er name provided by ISP.
User Name User accoun informa ion, provided by ISP.
Password Accoun password provided by ISP.
SIP Server SIP server address provided by ISP.
When all accoun s regis ering fail, he phone will display "No Service" by defaul .
When he phone reboo s, i will regis er au oma ically. If many phones regis er a he
same ime, for example af er a power ou age, he SIP server may be affec ed; admins
can se a regis er power up ime so ha he phones will regis er a random ime af er
power up.
Se ing power up ime via web in erface:
Choose ne work->Advanced-> Random Regis ra ion, en er he ime in he field and
valida e wi h “Confirm”.

Should he IP PBX (SIP regis rar) require an au hen ica ion, a correc password is
needed. Make sure you are using he appropria e inpu me hod or en er he password
via he web user in erface.

Basic Configuration using p one keypad
You will need admin privilege o perform his and o her configura ions. By defaul he
phone will be in user mode, so you will need o perform a simple procedure o swi ch o
admin mode. Phone will re urn o user mode af er reboo .
C ange p one to admin mode: Press MENU7.User type. Press righ naviga ion
key un il you see “admin” on he screen. Then press he down key o be promp ed for
he password. I is “admin” by defaul . Type i and press OK.
Network Settings: Press MENU->3.Settings->2.Advanced->OK. En er he admin
password, and choose Network->WAN Port/PC Port /VLAN/Web Type/802.1x

Account Settings: Press MENU->3.Settings->2.Advanced->OK. En er he admin
password, and choose Accounts->OK o configure he accoun se ings.

Customizing Your P one
General Settings
P one Status
You can view he s a us of your phone using he Phone in erface or he Web in erface.
This op ion allows you o review:

To check he Phone S a us via Phone in erface:
Press OK bu on direc ly o check he IP.
Use he naviga ion keys o check he o her informa ion.
To view he Phone S a us via Web in erface:
Open a web browser and inpu he IP Address of he phone. En er login and password
(defaul login and password are bo h “admin”). S a us page will be shown direc ly.

Language
The defaul Phone in erface language is Englis .
I also suppor s French, Spanish, Du ch, German, I alian, Polish, Por uguese, Turkish, ,
e c. You can change he language for he phone user in erface and he web user
in erface independen ly from each o her.

All languages may no be available for selec ion. The available languages depend on he
language packs curren ly loaded on he IP phone. Please con ac your sys em
adminis ra or or echnical suppor for more informa ion abou language packs loading.
To change he language via Phone in erface：
Press ->3.Settings->1.Basic->1.Language->OK.
Scroll hrough he lis of available languages.
Press OK bu on when he desired language is highligh ed.
Press key o re urn o he previous screen.
Web in erface language depends on your compu er Opera ive Sys em. I will
au oma ically ma ch he language wi h your compu er and browser, and fall back o
English if needed.

Time and Date
Time and da e are displayed on Temporis IP200 idle screen. By defaul he phone will
ry o ob ain hem from a preconfigured SNTP server, bu you can se hem manually if
needed. Please con ac your sys em adminis ra or if he ime or da e are incorrec .
To change Time and Da e via he Phone in erface:
Press ->3.Settings->1.Basic->2.Time & Date->OK.
If SNTP is chosen, he phone will au oma ically ge he ime from an NTP Server. Use
he up and down naviga ion keys o highligh he specific op ions and change
parame ers o mee your needs. You can se Time Zone, NTP Server1/Server2, and DST
respec ively. By defaul GMT+1 and au oma ic DST are configured.
If Manual is chosen, he ime can be se manually. Use he up and down naviga ion keys
o highligh he op ion and en er he specific da e and ime.
Press OK bu on o save your changes. Or press MENU key o re urn o he previous
screen.
To se ime forma via he Phone in erface:
Press ->3.Se ings->1.Basic->2.Time & Da e->3.Time & Da e->OK.
Use he Lef /Righ naviga ion keys o choose a preferred ime forma : 12 hour or 24
hour.
Press he OK bu on o save he changes and re urn o he previous screen.
To change Dayligh Saving Time Se ings via he Web in erface:
1) Go o Choose Phone->Preference->Dayligh Saving Time. Selec be ween
Enable/Disable/Au oma ic
2) If you selec Enable , hen you will need o se Dayligh Saving Time period s ar
and end da es.
3) If Au oma ic is chosen da es will be derived from he con en of a able saved wi hin
your configura ion. This able is named Au oDST.xml and can be changed via
provisioning.
