Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Dial extension number, or press extension key if
programmed
Make an external call
Dial ‘9’ and telephone number
Dial by name
Type the 1st 3 letters of name on QWERTY keypad,
the display will show names available; press the
right arrow to search and OK to dial
Receive a call
Lift receiver or press Loudspeaker key to answer
hands free
Hold a call
Press Hold key in the screen of the handset
Retrieve a held call
Press the white key next to the musical note
in the screen
Transfer a call
Dial extension number, announce caller and replace
receiver, or press ‘Transfer’ Key
Transfer a caller into a mailbox
Whilst on a call dial * [Star] and the extension
number, replace receiver
Retrieve a call (If extn busy or no reply)
Press the release key and then the key to re-
connect
Last number redial
Press the redial key
Redial List
Long press on the redial key and scroll
through list using the arrow keys, followed by OK
to dial
Further Telephone Features
Call back on a busy extension
Dial extension, display will show
Wait
press Call
Back key in the display
Cancel call back
Screen will show “Callback”, press # key to cancel
Park a call (External calls only)
Dial 12 or scroll down and press Park in the
screen [Display will show “Parking accepted”]
replace receiver
Retrieve parked call
Lift receiver, dial 12 and extn where call was
parked
Tannoy / Broadcast through the phones
Lift receiver, dial broadcast group number 41 –
48
3 way conference call
Whilst on a call, dial 3rd party, when they answer
Press Conf key in the screen
Exit conference call
Press Conf key in the screen press transfer key -
you will exit the conference and leave the others
talking or replace receiver to end conference
altogether
Pick up a specific extn (In or out of group)
Lift receiver, dial 13 and ringing extn number
Pick up a call in your group
Lift receiver, dial 14 or press Pick up key
(The system will give you the longest ringing call)
Touch Tone dialling
When on a call, scroll down and press MF Code key
in the screen
View a missed call (Text msg)
Press the key which will be flashing red. The
screen will say Voice Mails: 0 Text Mails: 1,press
the down arrow, press Read Text key, display will
say “Call not answered”, press OK, then press Call
or Clear in the screen
Forwarding your calls (Setting a Divert)
Press the arrow key in the top right hand
corner of the screen. Select the type of forward
required using the on-screen options and where
required, enter the destination number.
When a forward has been set, the arrow will spin
around continuously.
To Cancel a forward, press the arrow key and
select Canc Fwd
Night mode
TO TURN ON - Press F1button to set night service
followed by F2 to set the password.
TO TURN OFF - Press F1 button to canc night
service, followed by F2 to set password
Program personal speed dials
From the PERSO tab press the key. Select the
key you want, press NAME and enter via keyboard.
Press OK. Press NUMBER, enter number then press
OK to store.
