1/2” Open End or Box End Wrench•
#4 Phillips Screwdriver•
5/32” Allen Wrench•

ASSEMBLY:
The assembly is a two-person operation.
Inspect the shipping container contents for damage and to determine that all components and hardware are present.1.

Assemble the Table over the shipping packaging2.
or padded work area to avoid scratching the
product.
NOTE: Before assembling the Nuts to the Bolts, it is
recommended that a light oil or petroleum jelly be
applied to the screw threads.
Locate the Seat Support and place the Support on3.
the work surface with the seat platforms oriented
upward.
Locate one of the Seat Swivels. Position the Seat Swivel on one4.
of the Seat Platforms so that the mounting holes in the Seat
Swivel align with the mounting holes in the Seat Platform.
NOTE: The word “Front” is stamped into the frame of the swivel.
This should be oriented toward the center of the Table
assembly.
Install four of the 1/4” Button Head Allen Screws through the
bottom plate of the Swivel and the Support Mounting Plate.
Add 1/4” Nylock Nuts and tighten the Nuts aer all four Screws
are installed.
Install the remaining Seat Swivel in the same manner. The
Screw heads must be inside the Swivel and the Nylock Nuts
must be outside of the Swivel for the Swivel to work properly.

Locate one of the Seat Mounts. Position the Seat Mount on5.
the lower end of one of the Seat Swivel/Seat Supports so that
the mounting holes in the Seat Mount align with the mounting
holes in the top plate of the Seat Swivel. Install four 5/8” long
Button Head Allen Screws through the Seat Mount and the
top plate of the Seat Swivel, add Nylock Nuts and tighten the
hardware aer all four Screws are installed.
Install the remaining Seat Mounts in the same manner. The
Screw heads must be inside the swivel and the Nylock Nuts
must be outside of the Swivel for the Swivel to work properly.

Place one of the Seats over one of the Seat Mounts so6.
that all the mounting holes line up. Insert four 5/16”
Phillips Screws through the Seat mounting holes, into
corresponding holes in the Seat Mount .
Place 5/16” Flat Washers and 5/16” Nylock Nuts7.
on the end of each Screw and tighten nger tight.
Aer all four Screws are installed, use the #4 Phillips
Screwdriver to hold the screw head and use the
Ratchet with 1/2” Socket to tighten the Nylock Nuts.
NOTE: Holding the Screw still and turning the Nylock
Nut protects the nish on the Screw and Seat from
scratching and chipping during installation.
Install the remaining Seat in the same manner.
Secure the Table Top to the Table Top Bracket using 1.25”
long 5/16”Bolts (2 on each side) with a 5/16” Washer on
each of the Bolts. Install the Bolts with the hex head outside
of the Table Top frame and Flat Washers/Nylock Nuts inside
of the Support bracket. You may have to li the Table Top
slightly to get the holes to align.
Leave the Bolts nger tight until all the Nylock Nuts are
started, then use the 1/2” Wrench and Ratchet with 1/2”
Socket to tighten the hardware.

Li the Table Top and position it over the Table Top Bracket. Rotate the Table Top until the frame on the bottom of the Table Top8.
matches the orientation of the Table Top Bracket. Carefully lower the Table Top down onto the Table Top Bracket.

NOTE: This table is required to be surface mounted prior to use. Follow surface mount instructions provided with the surface mount
hardware you purchase.
Aer two weeks, retighten all of the hardware.10.

Furniture that is damaged or appears to be unstable must be removed from service and be repaired or replaced.•
Repairs must be made using only factory authorized parts and methods.•
