9/16” Open-end or Box-end Wrench•
Ratchet with 9/16” Socket•

ASSEMBLY:
NOTE: Before assembling the Nuts to the Bolts, it is recommended that a light oil or petroleum jelly be applied to the Bolt threads.
1. Inspect the shipping container contents for damage and to determine that all components and hardware are present.
2. Place the Inner Rack on the packaging cardboard or other so surface. Position the Rack Center near one end of the Rack
Extension.
3. Align the mounting holes in the bracket on the Rack Center underneath the mounting holes at the end of the Rack Extension.
Install a Flat Washer onto one of the 1.5” long Bolts and insert the Bolt through both parts, with the Bolt head on the top surface
of the Inner Rack. Install a Washer and Hex Nut on the end of the Bolt.
Leave the hardware nger tight so that adjustments can be made.
Install a Bolt and Washer through the other set of mounting holes in that end of the Rack Extension and Rack Center bracket
and install a Washer and Nut. Tighten the hardware.

This product requires only periodic cleaning with a sponge and a solution of mild detergent and water to•
remove surface dirt. Do not clean with a solvent or petroleum based products.
Furniture must not be used other than for its intended purpose and should be inspected regularly for loose,•
missing, or broken hardware, and general instability.
Furniture that is damaged or appears to be unstable must be removed from service and be repaired or replaced.•
Repairs must be made using only factory authorized parts and methods.•

4. Remove one of the Rack Ends from the Bike Rack that you want to extend. Save the hardware that is removed.
5. Place the Rack Center and Rack Extension at the end of the original Inner Rack. Fasten the Rack Center to the Inner Rack using
the provided 1.5” Bolts, Flat Washers, and Hex Nuts.
6. Replace the original Rack End onto the End of the Rack Extension using the original hardware and tighten all hardware.
7. Retighten all hardware two weeks aer initial assembly.
