RCPSC6 - Recycled Plastic 6' Traditional Bench
BENCH COMPONENTS: ASSEMBLY HARDWARE:
(8) 2" X 4" Planks (3) Bench Supports
ASSEMBLY:
Inspect the shipping container contents for damage and to determine
that all components and hardware are present.

2. Lay all parts on a so work surface or on the shipping packaging to
prevent damage to nish.
3. Locate one of the 2” x 4” planks and position the plank over the
innermost sets of predrilled holes in the bench supports. Mount
the 2" X 4" plank to the bench support by driving three of the
1/4" X 3" torx washer head screws with the 18 volt drill and the
T30 torx bit into the clearance holes of the planks and the pilot
holes of the bench supports.
NOTE: When installing the screws start from one end of the
bench and nish on the opposite end.
4. Align the clearance holes in another plank with the uppermost
pair of pilot holes in the bench supports and install three 1/4" X
3" torx washer head screws.
5. Align the clearance holes in another plank with the front pair of
pilot holes in the bench supports and install three 1/4" X 3" torx
washer head screws.

6. Attach the rest of the planks in the same manner, starting from the outside of the
bench supports and working inward, and from the top working down.
