1) ANTAR General Partnership, 03-068 Warsaw, Zawiślańska Street, No. 43 hereby grants a 12 month
warranty on the wheelchair from the date of the purchase of the product by the Buyer.
2) During the warranty period, ANTAR Company undertakes to make the necessary repairs, in order to
restore the proper functioning of the system, within 14 days of receipt of the product by the service, along
with the proof of purchase and the warranty card.
3) ANTAR reserves the right to replace the product if it considers that the repair costs make it unviable.
Repair or replacement of defective products does not extend the warranty period.
4) If it is determined that the product functions improperly, it shall be immediately send to the ANTAR’s
address (shown in point 1) or contact the point of purchase.
5) Before operating, please read the instructions and follow them closely. Use of the product contrary to
its purpose and recommendations causes irreversible loss of warranty.
6) The warranty does not cover damages caused by piercing or cutting the product with the use of
a sharp object; damages due to the inuence of external mechanical forces; pressure exceeding the
maximum permissible weight of the user, as described in the manual; contact the product with alcohol,
fatty and oily substances or gasoline. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear during use,
such as: tires, soft fabrics, armrests, bearings, rubber elements and others.
7) The product being sent to the service as part of the complaint cannot cause epidemics.
8) THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY WITH THE PROOF OF PURCHASE (RECEIPT, BILL, IN VOICE).
PLEASE ATTACH THE PROOF OF PURCHASE IN CASE OF THE SUBMISSION OF ANY CLAIM. FOR
RECOGNITION OF EXTENDED PERIOD OF WARRANTLY FOR PRODUCTS, WHICH PURCHASE
WAS REIMBURSED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH FUND, PLEASE ATTACH THE COPY OF ‘ORDERS
FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES BEING ORTHOPEDIC ITEMS AND AUXILIARIES’.
9) Claims submitted without the proof of purchase and the warranty card along with the serial number of
the product will not be considered.
OPERATING MANUAL
AT51031 ROLLATOR WALKER
Outdoor rollator walker is equipped with parking brake and the seat with backrest with upholstery. The height of the
handle is adjustable and rollator walker can be folded for transport or storage.
Before folding or using rollator walker for the rst time it is necessary to read carefully operating manual and it should
be kept in safe place. Before exact reading this operating manual the device can NOT be folded or used.
APPLICATION
The device is used as walking aid, support and help to carry smaller objects as well inside as outside. It is designed for
the use by the user with reduced mobility and below mentioned maximal body weight
In order to guarantee the safety of the user of rollator walker, the user should have proper physical, cognitive and visual
abilities. When in doubt, please contact the seller/specialist who recommended using rollator walker.
It is very important that the user acquaint himself/herself safety hints in this operating manual exactlt before using the
device for the rst time. Hints mentioned here should prevent possible injury of the user or third party and also the
damage of rollator walker or the objects in rollator walker.
HINT:
It is not allowed to stand on particular parts of the frame. The frame of the device is not designed for such purpose.
SAFETY
Rollator walker can be used by the person with maximal weight of 135 kg.
IT HAS TO BE OBSERVED:
(1) Make sure that the brake of unattended rollator walker is always locked / engaged.
(2) Before the beginning of the use, please make sure that all wheels, including moving wheels, are securely fastened.
(3) Make sure that brakes function correctly.
(4) Before the rst use, the height of the handle and its correct fastening should be checked.
(5) Make sure that rollator walker is fully unfolded.
(6) During unfolding rollator walker, the frame should be set in correct position.
(7) To avoid squeezing ngers, stay away from folding mechanism.
(8) In order to adapt rollator walker properly to your needs, seek advice of qualied personnel.
(9) Caution should be kept during lifting or carrying rollator walker.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
(1) Using rollator walker for the transport of people – The device is not designed for the use as the wheelchair.
(2) Do not sit on rollator walker without locking the brake - it may put rollator walker in motion and the injury of the user
or third party can be caused.
(3) Do not sit on rollator walker on the slope without activated parking brake.
(4) Do not sit on the seat with the swing - sit carefully and in controlled way, ask for help, if necessary.
(5) Do not hang any objects on brake lever or on handles; it may disturb functioning the brakes and/or the stability of
rollator walker.
(6) Do not stand on rollator walker and do not use it as the footrest.
ASSEMBLY MANUAL
Make sure that rollator walker is not damaged during transport. In the case of visible damage, do not use rollator walker.
In this case, please contact the seller to have rollator walker repaired or to return it.

1. Remove the packaging. Rollator walker is folded.
2. Unfold rollator walker, push the seat down on both sides - Figure 4.
HINT: Both sides have to be locked in correct setting with audible “click”.
3. Hang the bag.
THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE HEIGHT
Proper adaptation
Before the rst use of rollator walker make sure that it is fully unfolded and that the frame is properly locked and rigid.
It is important to set the height of rollator walker properly in comfortable position..
1. For this purpose lower hands and set handles of rollator walker at the height of wrists.
2. During holding handles, elbows should be bent at an angle of 15°-20°.
3. If you have to bow or raise arms to reach rollator walker, adjust the height.
4. Unscrew wing screw simultaneously and set the handle at correct height. Repeat this action on the other side of
rollator walker and check before the use, if both handles are locked at the same height and correctly.
SETTING AND OPERATING THE BRAKES
Service brake (during pushing): Pull brake lever upwards.
Parking brake (during parking): Push brake lever downwards. (see gure 5).
Brake setting: To increase the tension of brake cable, turn the screw
counterclockwise; then - to keep such setting - turn fastening button clockwise
and hold adjustment screw simultaneously (see gure 6).
HINT: In the case of any uncertainty, contact Customer Service. Changes of
brake settings can lead to the reduction of braking force.
FOLDING AND STORING ROLLATOR WALKER
1. Pull the strap in the middle of the seat upwards to fold rollator walker - Figure 7.
MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure that ALL elements of equipment are always correctly tightened.
2. Check, if screws, buttons and knobs of wheels and moving wheels are
tightened. Check, if the brake functions properly and that handles are correctly
secured.
3. Worn or damaged parts should be immediately replaced.
CLEANING
You need damp cloth or sponge and warm water with soap to clean rollator
walker. If necessary, also conventional disinfectants can be used. Make sure
that there is no water or remains of cleaning agent on clean surfaces and that
they are not slippery. Do not use rough cleaning agents or scrapers - they may
damage paint lm.
HINT: To determine correct height of rollator walker, please contact the doctor or
professional seller.
