Quick Start
The basic procedures required to power on PICO840/842:
Note: Please refer to AX93283 quick installation guide for I/O board related
information.
(1). Require at least +12V/1.5A DC power adapter. Ensure that power
adapter is OFF before connecting to PICO840/842 and that all
necessary peripheral devices are plugged properly.
(2). Ensure all of the jumpers and switch are in their default settings,
especially SW1 (1-2 close).
(3). To ensure normal functioning, DDR3L memory module must be
installed into connector SSODIMM1 until fully seated.
Note: It must be DDR3L memory module.
(4). Install heatspreader and AX93283 I/O board as indicated in the image
below.
(5). Firmly insert DC power adapter to CN3 on PICO840/842.
(6). Press system power switch (CN5) on AX93283 to start PICO840/842.
