manufactured with BALDAN
IMPLEMENTOS AGRÍCOLAS S/A technology.
This manual will guide you through the procedures
required since its acquisition until operational procedures of usage, safety
and maintenance.
BALDAN assures that has delivered this implement for resale in full and
in perfect conditions.
Resale was responsible for the custody and maintenance during the
period in its possession, and also for the assembly, retightening, lubrication
and overhaul.
During the technical delivery, dealer should guide the user client about
maintenance, safety, his/her obligations in eventual technical assistance,
strict compliance with the warranty term and reading the instructions
manual.
Any technical assistance request while in warranty should be made to the
dealer from whom you have purchased it.
We reiterate the need for a careful read of the warranty certificate and
compliance of all items from this manual, because by doing so you will
increase the life of your device.

Baldan Warranty
BALDAN IMPLEMENTOS AGRÍCOLAS S/A ensures normal operation of the tool to the dealer for a
period of six (6) months from the delivery date on the resale invoice to the first end consumer.
During this period undertakes BALDAN to remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship of
their responsibility, and the labour, freight and other expenses are of the responsibility of the
dealer.
During the warranty period, the order and replacement of any defective parts must be made to
the dealer in the region, who will send the defective part for analysis at BALDAN.
When such a procedure is not possible and exhausted the resolution capacity of the dealer, the
dealer will request support from the Technical Assistance of BALDAN through the specific form
distributed to resellers.
After analysing the items replaced by the Technical Assistance of BALDAN, and concluded that it is
not a warranty issue, so it will be of responsibility of the reseller any costs related to replacement;
as well as the cost of materials, travel including accommodation and meals, accessories, lubricant
and other expenses resulting from the call to the service, with the BALDAN company being
authorised to make its billing on behalf of the reseller.
Any repairs made to the product that is within the warranty period of the dealer will only be
authorised by with BALDAN prior presentation of the budget describing the work of parts and
labour to be performed.
It is excluded from this term the product that is repaired or modified in shops that do not belong
to the dealer network of BALDAN, as well as the use of non-genuine parts or components in the
product of the customer.
This guarantee will become null when it is determined that the defect or damage is the result of
improper product use, failure to follow instructions or the inexperience of the operator.
It is agreed that this warranty does not cover tires, polyethylene tanks, cardans, hydraulic
components, etc., which is equipment guaranteed by their manufacturers.
Manufacturing and or material defects, object of this warranty term, will not constitute, under any
circumstances, a reason for termination of the purchase and sale contract or compensation of any
nature.
BALDAN reserves the right to modify and or improve the technical characteristics of its products
without notice and without obligation so to proceed with the products previously manufactured.

NR-31 - SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK IN AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY,
FOREST EXPLORATION AND AQUACULTURE.
The purpose of this Regulatory Standard is to establish the precepts to
be observed in the organisation and in the work environment, in a
manner compatible with the planning and development of agriculture,
livestock, forestry, forestry exploration and aquaculture activities with
safety and health and work environment.

BALDAN IMPLEMENTOS AGRÍCOLAS S/A is not liable for any damage caused by accidents
arising from the use, transportation or improper or incorrect storage of your tool, whether due
to negligence and/or inexperience of any person.
Only persons with full knowledge of the tractor and the tool may carry out the
transportation and operation of the same.
BALDAN shall not be liable for any damage caused in unforeseeable or unrelated
situations to the normal use of the tool.
The mishandling of this equipment can result in serious or fatal accidents. Before putting
the equipment into operation, please read the instructions in this manual. Ensure that the
person responsible for the operation is instructed in the correct and safe handling of it. Also
make sure that the operator has read and understood the instruction manual of the product.

Hydraulic pressure oil
can cause serious injury
if leaks occur.
Periodically check the
condition of the hoses.
If there are signs of leakage, replace
immediately. Before connecting or
disconnecting the hydraulic hoses,
relieve the pressure of the system
by starting the engine with the
tractor switched off.

cardboard or wood,

Never weld the tire-
mounted wheel, heat
may cause air
pressure to rise and
cause an explosion
of the tire. When filling the tire,
position yourself next to the tire,
never in front of it. Always use a
containment device (filling cage) to
fill the tire.

Safety Standards

DO NOT WORK WITH MOVERE BEFORE PUTTING PPE ON (SAFETY
EQUIPMENT). IGNORING THIS WARNING COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO
HEALTH, SERIOUS ACCIDENTS OR DEATH

When performing certain procedures with MOVERE, put on the following PPE (Safety
Equipment) below:
IMPORTANT
A safe attitude must be observed in all stages of working with MOVERE, thus avoiding
accidents such as impact of objects, fall, noise, cuts and ergonomics, in other words, the
person responsible for operating MOVERE is subject to internal and external damage to your
body.
All PPE (Safety Equipment) must have a certificate of authenticity.

Warnings
When operating with the MOVERE, do not let people stay close or close to it.
When carrying out any maintenance service, use PPE equipment
Before you connect or disconnect the hydraulic hoses, relieve the system pressure by triggering the
command with the tractor off.
Periodically check the state of conservation of the hydraulic hoses. If there are signs of oil leakage,
replace the hose immediately as the oil works under high pressure and can cause serious accidents.
Do not wear loose clothing, as they may thread into the MOVERE.
When operating the tractor engine, be properly seated in the operator's seat and be aware of the
complete knowledge of the correct and safe handling of both the tractor and MOVERE. Always place the
gearshift lever in neutral, turn off the power supply command gear and place the hydraulic controls in
neutral.
Do not switch on the tractor motor indoors without adequate ventilation, as the exhaust gases
are harmful to health.
When maneuvering the tractor to engage MOVERE, make sure you have the necessary space and
that there is no one close, always maneuver at idle and be prepared to brake in an emergency.
Do not make adjustments with MOVERE in operation.
When working on sloping terrains, proceed with caution when trying to maintain the necessary
stability. In the event of an imbalance start, reduce the acceleration, turn the wheels to the slope side of
the terrain and never raise the MOVERE.
Always drive the tractor at speeds compatible with safety, especially when working in
rough terrain or slopes, always keep the tractor engaged. When driving
The tractor on roads, keep the brake pedals interlocked.
Do not work with the tractor with a light rear. If the rear tends to raise, add more weights on the
rear wheels.
When leaving the tractor put the gear lever in neutral and apply the parking brake. Never leave the
MOVERE engaged in the tractor in the raised position of the hydraulic system.
Any maintenance on the MOVERE must be done at the same stop and with the tractor switched off.
Do not travel on highways, especially at night. Use warning signs throughout the route.

Warnings
If you need to travel with MOVERE on the highways, consult the transit agencies.
Do not allow MOVERE to be used by persons who have not been trained, that is, who do not know
how to operate it correctly.
Do not transport or work with MOVERE near obstacles, rivers or streams.
It is forbidden to transport people on self-propelled machines and implements.
Changes to the original MOVERE features are not allowed, as they may change safety, function and
affect the service life
Carefully read all the safety information in this manual and in MOVERE.
Read or explain all of the procedures in this manual to the operator who can not read.
Check if MOVERE is in perfect conditions of use. In the event of any irregularity that may interfere
with the operation of MOVERE, ensure that it is properly maintained before carrying out any work or
transport.
Maintenance and especially inspection in MOVERE risk areas should only be carried out by a
qualified or trained worker, observing all safety guidelines. Before starting maintenance, disconnect all
MOVERE drive systems.
Periodically check all MOVERE components before using it.
According to the equipment used and working conditions in the country or in areas of maintenance,
precautions are necessary. Baldan has no direct control over precautions, so it is the owner's
responsibility to implement safety procedures while working with MOVERE.
Check the minimum tractor power recommended for each MOVERE model. Only use tractors with
power and ballast compatible with the load and land topography.
When transporting MOVERE, drive at speeds compatible with the terrain and never exceed 16 km/h,
this reduces maintenance and consequently increases the service life of MOVERE.
Alcohol or some types of medication can generate loss of reflexes and change the physical
conditions of the operator. Therefore, never operate MOVERE under the use of these substances.
Read or explain all of the procedures in this manual to the user who can not read.
In case of doubt, consult the After Sales Service.

PROHIBITED USE OF MOVERE
- MOVERE was developed exclusively for soil preparation work in large areas, breaking of clods
and leveling after harrowing.
- MOVERE must be driven and operated only by a properly instructed operator.
- To avoid damage, serious accident or death, DO NOT transport people over any part of
MOVERE.
- It is FORBIDDEN to use MOVERE to attach, tow or push other implements or accessories.
- MOVERE should NOT be used by an inexperienced operator who does not know all the driving,
command and operation techniques.
