Assembly steps:
Stayer T for house extension
Cover plate U for roof plate
This assembly manual shows the assembly of garden sheds 4A and 5.
Any other house combinations can be assembled analogous to this
assembly manual.
1.
Assemble both sheds as described in the
standard assembly manual.
Temporary do not assemble the front wall
of one shed and the back wall of the other
shed (as shown in the picture)
Please note points
2,3,4 and 5.

Combine the gable plates N preliminary
only with the crown stayer H and on the
corners.
3.
On those sides where the two sheds are
screwed together, the screws/ fixings/nus,
that connect the roof panel and the crown
panel shall at the moment not be assembled.

On the connection sections of the two
sheds you use the galvanised,
side stayers during
assembly.

Please align both sheds as accurate as
possible
Keep a distance of approx.. 10 cm
between the two sheds to ease
assembly. Then assemble the roof
panels on the extension shed as
described in the assembly manual.

Now push the two sheds together and assemble the crossbeam Q.
The side stayers can be used as support during the assembly.
Fasten the cross beam with the head profiles and the gable panels
(not accessible holes remain free). The side stayers are later (step 8)
fastened with the cover plates from outside the shed.

Fasten the side cover plate S2 in the two
head profiles (top) and in the floor profile
(bottom) where the side wall with the half
corrugation is located.
Then lift this floor profile 2-3 cm so that you
can align the cover plate in the second floor
profile.

Fasten the stayer Twith the side
cover plate S1.

Move the cover plate Ufor the roof
underneath the crown cover.
Fasten the cover plate together with
the roof and gable plates.

To assemble the cover U1, drill 4
holes with 4.5mm diameter. Fasten
the cover with the roof plates.

11.
Drill through the prepunched holes in the
crossbeam to the head profile and the gable
plate and fasten these parts.
ATTENTION
Please note the maximum roof load of 150kg/m
2
Where necessary, support the crossbeam of the house extension
during winter.
