Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei Fragen wenden Sie
sich an Ihren Arzt oder Fachhandel von dem Sie dieses Medizinprodukt erhalten
haben.
Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Bandage mit Rückenpelotte zur
Stabilisierung der Lendenwirbelsäule (LWS).
Indikationen
Schmerzzustände im LWS-Bereich, rezidivierende Lumbalgie, Osteochondrose,
Spondylarthrose, Spondylolysen ohne Wirbelgleiten, leichte lumbale Deformität
(degeneratives Wirbelgleiten), Dorsalgie.
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen einschließlich unklare Weichteilschwellungen, Empfindungs-
und Durchblutungsstörungen der versorgten Körperregion, Erkrankungen der Haut
im versorgten Körperabschnitt.
Anwendungsrisiken/Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der geeigneten
Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von dem Sie das
Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.

Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material zerstören
Anziehanleitung
Das Anlegen der Bandage erfolgt im Stehen. Legen Sie die Bandage um die Taille
und kletten Sie – mit Hilfe der Handschlaufen – die beiden Verschlussseiten unter
leichtem Zug gleichmäßig übereinander. Beachten Sie, dass die Bandage mittig
platziert ist und stellen Sie sicher, dass der untere Bandagenrand im Leistenbereich
(Rumpfbeuge) abschließt. Nur so ist eine optimale Wirkung der StabiloBasic Sport
zu erzielen. Die Pelotte ist in die Bandage eingeklettet und kann frei positioniert
werden. Beachten Sie, dass die breite Seite der Pelotte kopfwärts zeigt.
Ablegen
Zum Ablegen der Bandage önen Sie die den frontalen Verschluss und legen Sie die
Bandage ab.

Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang Nicht chemisch reinigen Nicht bleichen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen Nicht bügeln
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen.
Klettverschluss schließen, um die Beschädigung anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden.

Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Landes, in
dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren Fachhandel,

sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.

Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann melden Sie dies Ihrem

Intended purpose
This medical device is a brace with a back pad for stabilising the lumbar spine.
Indications
Pain in the lumbar area, recurrent low back pain, osteochondrosis, spondylarthrosis,
spondylolysis without spondylolisthesis, mild lumbar deformity (degenerative
spondylolisthesis), dorsalgia.
Contraindications
Impaired lymphatic drainage including unclear soft tissue swelling, impaired
sensation and circulation in the specific body region, skin diseases in the specific
part of the body.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration with
your treating physician. The expert sta from whom you have received the medical
device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding its use.

Fitting instructions
The brace is attached when standing. Place the brace around the waist and attach
both closing sides using Velcro evenly one above the other with a slight pull of
the hand straps. Ensure that the brace is placed centrally and the lower edge of
the support ends in the inguinal region (forward bend). This is the only means to
achieve the optimum eect from the StabiloBasic Sport. The pad is attached to the
brace using Velcro and can be positioned freely. Ensure that the wide side of the pad
points towards the head.
Removal
To remove the brace, open the front closure and remove the brace.

Polyamide (PA), polyamide COOLMAX®(PA), elastane (EL), silicone (SI)
The sewn in textile label provides the precise material composition.
Cleaning information

the Velcro fastening to avoid damage to other laundry items.
Guarantee

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est une orthèse avec pelote dorsale destinée à stabiliser la
colonne vertébrale lombaire (CVL).
Indications
Douleurs au niveau de la CVL, lombalgie récidivante, ostéochondrose,
spondylarthose, spondylolyses sans glissement vertébral, diormité lombaire légère
(glissement dégénératif de la vertèbre), dorsalgie.
Contre-indications
Troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris tuméfaction des tissus mous
d’origine inconnue, troubles de sensation et de la circulation sanguine des régions
corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones traitées.
Risques inhérents à l’utilisation/Remarques importantes
Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre
médecin prescripteur pour en connaître l’utilisation et la durée de port. Le choix
de la taille ainsi qu’une présentation du produit seront réalisés par le personnel
spécialisé qui vous fournira ce dispositif médical.

Instruction d’application
L’orthèse se met en position debout. Posez le bandage autour de la taille, puis
attachez-le avec l’aide des dragonnes manuelles. Superposez de façon équilibrée
les deux parties de fermeture en tirant légèrement. Veillez à ce que l’orthèse soit
bien centrée et assurez-vous que le bord inférieur du bandage s’arrête au niveau de
l’aine (pliure des hanches). L’eet optimal de StabiloBasic Sport ne peut être obtenu
que si le dispositif est porté de cette manière. La pelote est fixée dans l’orthèse par
Velcro et peut être positionnée librement. Veillez à ce que le côté large de la pelote
soit orienté vers le haut.
Retirer
Pour retirer l’orthèse, ouvrez la fermeture frontale. Enlevez ensuite l’orthèse.

Uso previsto
Este producto sanitario es una órtesis con almohadilla para la espalda para la
estabilización de la columna lumbar.
Indicaciones
Dolor en la zona de la columna lumbar, lumbalgia recidivante, osteocondrosis,
espondiloartrosis, espondilólisis sin espondilolistesis, deformidad lumbar leve
(espondilolistesis degenerativa), dorsalgia.
Contraindicaciones
Trastornos del drenaje linfático, incluidas inflamaciones inciertas de los tejidos
blandos, trastornos de sensibilidad y del riego sanguíneo en la zona tratada,
enfermedades de la piel en la zona tratada.
Riesgos de aplicación/Indicaciones importantes
Este producto sanitario es un producto prescribible. Hable con el médico que

Instrucciones de colocación
La órtesis se coloca estando de pie. Coloque la órtesis alrededor de la cintura y
superponga los dos cierres de velcro tirando de forma suave y uniforme con ayuda
de los pasadores para las manos. Asegúrese de que la órtesis quede centrada y de
que su borde inferior termine en la zona de la ingle (flexión del tronco), Pues solo de
este modo se logra un efecto óptimo de la StabiloBasic Sport. La almohadilla está
fijada en la órtesis mediante velcro y puede colocarse libremente. Asegúrese de que
su parte ancha quede hacia arriba.
Retirar
Para retirar la órtesis, abra el cierre delantero y retírela.

Destinazione
Questo dispositivo medico è un’ortesi con pelotta dorsale per la stabilizzazione della
colonna vertebrale lombare.
Indicazioni
Stati dolorosi nel tratto lombare della colonna vertebrale, recidiva di lombalgia,
osteocondrosi, spondiloartrosi, spondilolisi senza spondilolistesi, deformità lombare
leggera (spondilolistesi degenerativa), dorsalgia.
Controindicazioni
Disturbi del flusso linfatico e gonfiori poco chiari dei tessuti molli, disturbi della
sensibilità e della circolazione nelle regioni anatomiche interessate dal trattamento,
patologie cutanee nella zona del corpo interessata.
Rischi correlati all’applicazione/Avvertenze importanti
Questo dispositivo medico è un prodotto prescrivibile. Chiedere informazioni sull’uso
e la durata al medico prescrittore. La selezione della misura e delle istruzioni adatte
è eettuata dallo specialista da cui ha ricevuto il dispositivo medico.

Istruzioni per indossare l’articolo
L’applicazione dell’ortesi deve avvenire in piedi. Sistemare l’ortesi intorno alla vita e,
con l’aiuto del passante per la mano, agganciare uniformemente con il velcro i due
lati della chiusura l’uno all’altro tirando leggermente. Fare attenzione che l’ortesi
sia ben centrata e assicurarsi che il bordo inferiore termini nella zona inguinale
(linea di flessione del busto). Solo in questo modo si ottiene un’ecacia ottimale di
StabiloBasic Sport. La pelotta è fissata all’ortesi con il velcro e può essere posizionata
liberamente. Assicurarsi che il lato largo della pelotta sia rivolto verso l’alto.
Rimozione
Per rimuovere l’ortesi, aprire la chiusura frontale e togliere l’ortesi.

Non utilizzare alcun ammorbidente. Mettere il capo in forma e farlo asciugare all’aria
aperta. Chiudere la chiusura in velcro per evitare che vengano danneggiati altri capi.
Garanzia
Per il prodotto acquistato si applicano le leggi del Paese in cui è stato comprato. Se
si sospetta un difetto che giustifica una richiesta di intervento in garanzia, rivolgersi

al proprio rivenditore specializzato. Si raccomanda di pulire il prodotto prima di
presentare una richiesta di intervento in garanzia. Se le indicazioni delle istruzioni
per l’uso non sono state adeguatamente rispettate, la garanzia potrebbe essere
compromessa o annullata. La garanzia è esclusa in caso di utilizzo non conforme
alle indicazioni, inosservanza dei rischi correlati all’applicazione e delle indicazioni,
come pure in caso di modifiche non autorizzate al prodotto.
Vita utile/durata utile del prodotto
La durata utile del dispositivo medico è determinata dall’usura naturale se
maneggiato correttamente e in conformità alle istruzioni per l’uso.
Obbligo di segnalazione
In caso di grave deterioramento dello stato di salute durante l’utilizzo del
dispositivo medico, segnalarlo al rivenditore specializzato o a noi in quanto
produttori, inoltre in Italia anche al Ministero della Salute.

Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig door. Als u vragen hebt, raadpleeg dan uw
arts of de vakhandel waar u dit medische hulpmiddel gekocht hebt.
Beoogd gebruik
Dit medische hulpmiddel is een orthese met een rugpelotte voor stabilisatie van de
lendenwervelkolom.
Indicaties
Pijn in en rond de lendenwervelkolom, recidiverende pijn in de lage rug,
osteochondrose, spondylartrose, spondylolyse zonder afgegleden wervels, lichte
lumbale vervorming (degeneratieve afgegleden wervels), dorsalgie.
Contra-indicaties
Stoornissen van de lymfe-afvoer en bij onverklaard oedeem van weke delen,
overgevoeligheids- en doorbloedingsstoornissen van het te behandelen
lichaamsdeel, huidaandoeningen van het te behandelen lichaamsdeel.
Gebruiksrisico’s/belangrijke instructies
Dit medische hulpmiddel is een product dat op voorschrift wordt geleverd. Bespreek
het gebruik en de gebruiksduur met de arts die u dit hulpmiddel voorschrijft. De
vakhandel bij wie u het medische hulpmiddel koopt, kiest de juiste maat van het
medisch hulpmiddel en geeft u de gebruiksinstructies.
– Dit medische hulpmiddel moet voorafgaand aan radiologische onderzoeken
worden afgedaan.
– Bij een doof gevoel moet dit medische hulpmiddel losser worden aangebracht of
worden afgedaan.
– Raadpleeg uw arts of de vakhandel bij aanhoudende klachten.
– Dit medische hulpmiddel mag alleen conform de indicaties worden gebruikt.
– Gelijktijdig gebruik van andere producten uitsluitend na overleg met uw arts.
– Breng geen veranderingen aan het hulpmiddel aan.
– Niet dragen op open wonden.

– Niet gebruiken bij allergie of overgevoeligheid voor een van de gebruikte
materialen.
– Niet geschikt voor hergebruik: dit hulpmiddel is uitsluitend bestemd voor het
behandelen van één patiënt.
– Breng tijdens de draagduur van de bandage geen crème of zalf aan op de huid
onder het aangelegde hulpmiddel omdat dit het materiaal kan aantasten.
Aanwijzingen voor het aantrekken
De orthese moet in staande positie worden aangelegd. Open de orthese en leg deze
rond de taille. Plak de beide sluitbanden met behulp van de handlussen onder lichte
trek gelijkmatig over elkaar heen. Let erop dat de orthese zich in het midden bevindt
en zorg dat de onderste rand van de bandage goed in de rompbuiging valt. Alleen
op deze manier kan een optimale werking van de StabiloBasic Sport worden bereikt.
De pelotte zit in de orthese vastgeplakt en kan vrij gepositioneerd worden. Zorg dat
de brede kant van de pelotte omhoog wijst.
Afnemen
Voor het afnemen van de orthese opent u de sluiting aan de voorkant en neemt u de
orthese af.
Materiaalsamenstelling
Polyamide (PA), polyamide COOLMAX®(PA), elastaan (EL), silicone (SI)

Garantie
Voor het gekochte hulpmiddel gelden de wettelijke bepalingen van het land waarin u
het hulpmiddel hebt gekocht. Raadpleeg uw vakhandel als u aanspraak wilt maken

op garantie. Reinig het hulpmiddel voordat u het terugbrengt voor een garantieclaim.
Als de in deze gebruiksaanwijzing vermelde instructies niet of onvoldoende in acht
worden genomen, kan de garantie worden beperkt of nietig worden verklaard.
Bij gebruik voor een hier niet vermelde indicatie, bij veronachtzaming van de
gebruiksrisico’s en -instructies, en bij eigenhandig uitgevoerde veranderingen, is de
garantie nietig.
Gebruiks- en levensduur van het hulpmiddel
De levensduur van dit medische hulpmiddel wordt bepaald door de natuurlijke
slijtage bij vakkundig gebruik conform de indicatie.
Meldplicht
Als het gebruik van dit medische hulpmiddel leidt tot een ernstige verslechtering
van de gezondheidstoestand, moet u dit melden aan uw vakhandel of aan ons als
fabrikant, maar ook aan de IGJ (Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd).

Weggooien
Wanneer de levensduur van het hulpmiddel is verstreken, moet dit hulpmiddel
conform de plaatselijke voorschriften worden weggegooid.
