Assembly Instructions
STEP 1
Insert each caster into the bottom of each leg. If caster does not insert easily,
use a rubber mallet to tap caster in place. Once caster are SECURELY in
place, stand unit upright.

STEP 2
Attach L-brackets to one side of the cart. These should be mounted on the side that you wish the 19”
rack rails to be installed on. Attach each bracket (2 per shelf) with screws (AA) and nuts (BB) as shown.
NOTE: Screws are only used on the bottom shelf. Middle shelf has screws already welded in place.

STEP 3
Attach the rack rails to the L-brackets with screws (AA) and nuts (BB) as shown.
The threaded holes (smaller) are facing out.

STEP 4
Separate each slide and attach outer slide piece (2 per bracket) to the
slide brackets using screws (CC) and nuts (DD) as shown. NOTE:
Slide may need to be extended some to align attachment holes.

by pulling on black tab.
Attach each slide bracket above the middle shelf
using screws (AA) and washers (EE) as shown.

Attach each inner slide piece to each keyboard shelf with screws (CC), washers (EE) and nuts (FF).

STEP 7
Slide top shelf onto cart as shown. Secure all 4 corners with bolts
(GG) and nuts (HH). Make sure shelf sides t over the leg brackets
and panel anges.

STEP 8 - FOR TC15SAFF MODELS ONLY
Attach the UCSE10 unit to rear panel as shown using screws (II) and nuts (FF).

STEP 9
Attach the utility shelves to the rack rails as shown with screws (JJ).
NOTE: You can install the shelves in any desired location along the rails.

Attach a handle to each door using screws (KK) as shown.

Slide both keyboard drawers into the cart.
