1. INFORMACIÓN SOBRE SEGURIDAD
Lea atentamente la siguiente información sobre seguridad antes de utilizar
el instrumento y realice el mantenimiento de este anemómetro y utilícelo de
acuerdo con las instrucciones de funcionamiento, ya que de lo contrario podría
resultar dañado. El anemómetro funcionará de forma satisfactoria si lo utiliza
y protege de forma adecuada.
1.1 Preparativos
•Cuando reciba el anemómetro, compruebe que no haya sufrido daños du-
rante el transporte.
• Sielinstrumentosealmacenaytransportaencondicionesdifíciles,conr-
me que no esté dañado.
1.2 Utilización
•El instrumento se deberá utilizar en las condiciones de temperatura ambien-
teyhumedadespecicadas.
•Si detecta alguna anomalía o fallo, deberá interrumpir el uso del instrumen-
to.
•No almacene ni utilice el instrumento en condiciones de luz solar directa,
alta temperatura y alta humedad.
•No toque las aspas de la hélice con excesiva fuerza.
• Noexpongadirectamente las aspas a una luz fuerte, con el n de evitar
errores de lectura.
1.3 Marcas
La marca indica el cumplimiento con los requisitos de compatibilidad elec-
tromagnética.
1.4 Mantenimiento
•Las operaciones de reparación o mantenimiento deberán ser efectuadas
por personal con la debida formación.
•Si hay polvo sobre las aspas de la hélice, límpielas soplando con aire limpio
o frótelas suavemente con un paño húmedo y detergente suave.
•Limpie el instrumento con un paño húmedo y detergente suave.
•No utilice productos abrasivos o disolventes.
•El instrumento deberá permanecer apagado cuando no se esté utilizando.
• Elinstrumentoconsumiráunapequeñacorriente,≤5μAaproximadamente,

una vez apagado. Si el instrumento no se va a utilizar durante un largo pe-
riodo de tiempo, se deberán extraer las pilas para evitar daños en el mismo.
2. DESCRIPCIÓN
•Este instrumento es un anemómetro digital para la medición de la tempera-
tura ambiente, la humedad, la temperatura del punto de condensación, la
temperatura de bulbo húmedo, la velocidad del viento y el caudal de aire.
•Este instrumento es un medidor profesional portátil, con una pantalla LCD
de gran tamaño con retroiluminación y múltiples funciones.
• Esteinstrumentosepuedeutilizarpararealizarmedicionesdemanoojas.
•Este medidor cuenta con funciones de retención de la lectura, valores máxi-
mo y mínimo, etc.
• Cuentaconunindicadordebateríabajayfuncionesdecargadedatosen
tiempo real a través de USB.

2.2 Descripción de los botones
• Botón :
- Interruptor para encender o apagar el instrumento.
• Botón :
- Interruptor para encender o apagar la retroiluminación.
• Botón HOLD
- Retención de la pantalla.
• Botón FUN
- Se utiliza para seleccionar una de las funciones de medición de la veloci-
daddelviento,ajustedeláreaymedicióndelcaudaldeaire.Lafunciónde
“Apagadoautomático”seactivaosedesactivamanteniendopulsadalatecla
durante tres segundos.
• Botón MAX/MIN
- Selección del modo de valor máximo/mínimo/normal. Se debe realizar una
pulsación larga para salir.
• Botón UNIT
- Selección de unidad, área (m², pies²). Se debe realizar una pulsación larga
para cambiar (°C, °F)
- Velocidad del viento (m/s, km/h, mil/h, pies/m, pies/s, nudos).
- Caudal de aire (Metros cúbicos por segundo - CMS, Metros cúbicos por
minuto - CMM, Pies cúbicos por minuto - CFM).
2.3 Explicación de los símbolos
Indica el estado de apagado automático

4. INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
4.1 Encendido/apagado
Pulse la tecla “ ” para encender a apagar el anemómetro.
4.2 Retención de la lectura
Durante el proceso de medición, si es necesario retener la lectura, pulse la
tecla“HOLD”parabloquearla.LapantallamostraráelmensajeHOLD.Pulse
de nuevo la tecla para desbloquearla.
Nota:
-Enelestadoderetencióndelalectura,lasteclas“FUN”,“MAX/MIN”y“UNIT”
quedan anuladas.
4.3 Retroiluminación
Duranteelprocesodemedición,silaluzambientalesinsucienteparaleer
los resultados, puede pulsar la tecla “ ” para activar la retroiluminación. El
tiempodeduracióndela retroiluminaciónes de15 segundos.Durante este
periodo, puede pulsar de nuevo la tecla “ ” para desactivar la retroilumi-

nación en cualquier momento.
Nota:
- El dispositivo luminoso de la retroiluminación es un LED con un gran consu-
mo de corriente. El uso frecuente de la retroiluminación acortará la duración de
la pila. No utilice la retroiluminación cuando no sea necesaria.
- Cuandolatensióndelapilaes≤7V,enlapantallaapareceráelsímbolo“
”(bateríabaja).Sinembargo,cuandoseestáutilizandolaretroiluminaciónyla
tensióndelapilaes≥7V,latensióndelamismacaedebidoalgranconsumo
de corriente y puede aparecer en la pantalla el símbolo “ ” (cuando aparece
el símbolo “ ”, no es posible garantizar la precisión de la medición). No será
necesario que sustituya la pila hasta que el símbolo “ ” vuelva a aparecer en
condiciones normales de uso sin la retroiluminación activada.
4.4 Medición de la velocidad del viento
Coloque el detector (hélice) en el lugar donde se va a realizar la prueba, en la
pantallaapareceráelsímbolo“VEL”.Lamediciónserealizaconlasupercie
de la hélice perpendicular a la dirección del viento.
Nota:
- Si el detector (hélice) no apunta en la dirección del viento, la medición será
errónea.
- Para un viento constante, el detector (hélice) obtendrá la máxima lectura
cuando apunta en la dirección del viento.
4.5 Selección de la unidad de velocidad del viento
Cuando se esté utilizando el medidor para medir el caudal de aire, es posible
pulselatecla“UNIT”paraseleccionarlaunidaddemedicióndeseada(m/s,
km/h, mill/h, pies/m, pies/s, nudos).
4.6 Ajuste del área
Para medir el caudal de aire, en primer lugar se debe determinar cuál es el
áreaparaelujodeaire.Acontinuaciónseindicanlospasosparalaintroduc-
ción del área:
1) Pulselatecla“FUN”hastaqueenlapantallaaparezca“AREA”.
2) Utilicelasteclas“MAX/MIN”y“UNIT”paraajustarelvalorylaunidad(m²,
ft²),yacontinuaciónpulselatecla“MAX/MIN”.Deberáproducirseunsonido
queindicaquelaintroduccióndeláreahasidocompletadayquelosajustes

4.7 Medición del caudal de aire
Coloque el detector (hélice) en el lugar en el que se va realizar la prueba.
Utilice la tecla “FUN” para seleccionar el modo de medición del caudal de
aire en el instrumento, en la pantalla deberá aparecer el símbolo “FLOW”. La
mediciónserealizaconlasuperciedelehéliceperpendicularaladirección
del viento.
Nota:
- Si el detector (hélice) no está alineado con la dirección del viento, la medición
puede ser errónea.
- Para un viento constante, el detector (hélice) obtendrá la máxima lectura
cuando apunta en la dirección del viento.
4.8 Selección de la unidad de caudal de aire
Alutilizarelinstrumentoparamedirelcaudaldeaire,sepuedepulsarlatecla
“UNIT”paraseleccionarlaunidaddemedicióndeseada(CMS,CMM,CFM).
4.9 Utilización del receptáculo de conexión a un trípode
• Siesnecesario,elinstrumentopuedejarsesobreuntrípode.
• Siesnecesario,elinstrumentopuedeutilizarseconungancho.
4.10 Sustitución de la pila
• Siapareceelsímbolo“ ”signicaqueesnecesariocambiarlapila.
•Apagueelinstrumentoyquietelacubiertadelcompartimentodelapila.
• Sustituyalapilagastada.
• Coloquedebidamentelacubiertadelcompartimentodelapila.

1. SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read carefully the following safety information before usage and main-
tain this anemometer while using it according to operating guidance, otherwise,
theanemometermaybedamaged.Theanemometerwillprovidesatisfactory
services to you if you use and protect it appropriately.
1.1 Preparation
•Please check for damage during transportation after receiving the anemom-
eter.
• Ifitshouldbestoredandshippedunderhardconditions,pleaseconrmthat
whether the meter is damaged.
1.2 Usage
• The meter should be used in the range of specied ambient temperature
and humidity.
•If you notice any abnormality or failure, it should stop using.
•Don’t store or use the meter under the conditions of direct sunlight, high
temperature and high humidity.
•Don’t touch the fan blades with excessive force.
•Don’t directly expose the blades in the hard light to avoid reading error.
1.3 Marcas
The mark indicates compliance with EMC requirements.
1.4 Maintenance
•Repair or maintenance should be implemented by trained personnel.
•If there is dust on the fan blade, please blow it with clean air or scrub gently
with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
•Clean the meter with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Don’t use abrasive
material or solvent.
• Themetershouldbepoweredoffwhenitisnotinuse.
• Themeterwillconsumesmallcurrent,about≤5μA,aftershutdown.Ifthe
meter is not to be used for a long period, batteries should be removed to
prevent damaging the meter.

2.2 Button description

4. OPERATING GUIDANCE
4.1 Power On/Off
Press the “ ” key to turn on or off the anemometer power.
4.2 Reading hold
In the measurement process, if the reading should be kept, press “HOLD” key
to lock the reading, and display the HOLD symbol; press it again to unlock.
Note:
- Inthereadingholdstate,“FUN”,“MAX/MIN”and“UNIT”keysareinvalid.
4.3 Backlight
In the measurement process, if the ambient light is too dark to read, you can
press “ ”keytoopenthebacklight.Backlighttimerissetto15seconds.Dur-
ing this period, you can press “ ” key again to turn off backlight at any time.
Note:
- The luminous body of backlight is LED with large operating current. Fre-
quently using backlight will shorten battery life. Do not use backlight when
unnecessary.
Whenthebatteryvoltage≤7V,the“ ” (low battery) symbol will show on the
display.However,inthecaseofusingthebacklight,ifthebatteryvoltage≥7V,
the battery voltage drops because of its larger operating current, “ ” symbol
may show (when “ ” symbol is showing, the accuracy of the measurement
can’tbeguaranteed).Atthismoment,youneedn’treplacebatteryuntilthe“
” symbol display again under normal use condition without using backlight.

4.4 Wind speed measurement
Place the detector (fan) into the test environment, “VEL” symbol will display on
the screen, measurement is done with the fan surface perpendicularly to the
wind direction.
Note:
- If the detector (fan) is not aiming at the wind direction, which will bring the
measurement error.
- For steady wind, the detector (fan) will get maximum reading when it is aiming
at the wind direction.
4.5 Speed unit measurement
Whenusing the meter tomeasureair volume, you canpress“UNIT” key to
select the measurement unit you required (m/s, km/h, mill/h, ft/m, ft/s, knots).
4.6 Area setting
Tomeasureairvolume,youshouldrstdeterminetheareaofairuetobe,
area input steps are shown as following:
1) Press“FUN”keytomake“AREA”displayonthescreen.
2)Usethe“MAX/MIN”and“UNIT”keystoadjustvalueandunit,afteradjusting
areaunit(m²,ft²),thenpress“MAX/MIN”key.Thereshouldbeanaudiblebuzz,
indicating that area input is completed and settings are saved.
4.7 Air volume measurement
Place the detector (fan) into the test environment. Use the “FUN” key to set
themetertotheAirvolumemeasurementmode;the“FLOW”symbolshould
display on the screen. Measurement is done with the fan surface perpendicular
to the wind direction
Note:
- If the detector (fan) is not aligned in the wind direction, the measurement can
be skewed.
- For steady wind, the detector (fan) will get maximum reading when it is aiming
at the wind direction.
4.8 Air volume unit selection
Whenusingthemetertomeasureairvolume,youcanpressthe“UNIT”keyto
select the measurement unit your required (CMS, CMM, CFM).

4.9 Using tripod connection receptacle
• Whennecessary,themetercanbexedonatripod.
•When necessary, the meter can be used by hang.
4.10 Replacing battery
•If the “ ” sign appears, this indicates that the battery should be replaced.
•Power off the meter and remove the battery cover.
•Replace the old battery.
•Install the battery cover properly.
