2.1 Description - Description - Beschreibung
Le régénérateur de prairie
PRAIRIAL est conçu pour
scarier, étaupiner, ébouser et
émousser les prairies en un seul
passage. Il est possible d’effectuer
un semis de petites graines en
équipant PRAIRIAL d’un semoir
pneumatique SEMLOC proposé
en option.
PRAIRIAL est composée à l’avant
de couteaux scaricateur montés
en quinconce sur 2 barres au pas
de 200 ou 250 mm. La scarication
permet d’aérer le sol et favorise
ainsi l’activité biologique et la
minéralisation.
Les 2 rangées de lames de
nivelage montées en quinconce
sur 2 barres permettent
d’étaupiner, d’ébouser et de
combler les ‘’pas ‘’ d’animaux.
Cette action réparatrice est gage
d’un meilleur engazonnement
et de moins d’hydromorphie de
surface.
A l’arrière, 2 rangées de peignes
émoussent et retirent les herbes
‘’mortes’’ an de favoriser le
développement des nouvelles
pousses. Cette herse peut être
remplacer en option par relevage
arrière mécanique 3 points an
d’y atteler une herse étrille type
SARCLERSE.
Ces actions mécaniques
combinées de façon judicieuse
permettent d’obtenir une récolte
propre (vis-à-vis des butyriques,
listérias…), facilite la récolte, tout
en limitant l’entretien du matériel
de fenaison (usure et casse).
La conception originale de
PRAIRIAL permet une grande
stabilité de travail à grande vitesse
jusqu’à 12 Km/h. La puissance

pass. Small seeds can be sowed
by equipping PRAIRIAL with a
SEMLOC pneumatic sower which
is available as an option.
PRAIRIAL is comprised in the
front of scarifying knives mounted
in a staggered manner on 2 bars
with a pitch of 200 or 250 mm.
Scarication allows the ground
to be aerated and as such
encourages biological activity and
mineralisation.
The 2 rows of levelling blades
mounted in a staggered manner
on 2 bars make it possible to
remove moles and dung and
ll in animal «footprints». The

At the rear, 2 rows of combs

reduces maintenance on haying

PRAIRIAL’s original design
provides good operating stability
at high speed, up to 12 km/h. The

und durch Tierhufe entstandene
Löcher und Unebenheiten.
Aufgrund dieser Boden-
bearbeitung kann die Wiese
besser wachsen und treten
weniger hydromorphe Merkmale
an der Bodenoberäche auf.
Die zwei Reihen Striegel hinten
am Gerät entfernen Moos und
„tote“ Gräser, um die Bildung
neuer Triebe zu fördern. Diese
Egge kann optionsweise durch
eine mechanische Dreipunkt-
Heckhebevorrichtung ersetzt
werden, um einen Hackstriegel

Ausführungen beträgt der Schritt
zwischen den Messern 200
oder 250 mm. Ersten Zinken am
einen Ende des Balkens nach
dem auf dem Plan angegebenen
Maß für Ihre Gerätekonguration
positionieren. Mit der Montage
der anderen Zinken jeweils im
Abstand von 400 oder 450 mm
am gleichen Balken fortfahren,
so dass der gewünschte Schritt
zwischen den Messern entsteht.
The knives are mounted on the
2 front pivoting bars. Regardless
of the PRAIRIAL model, the pitch
between knives is 200 or 250mm.
Position the rst tine by starting at
one end of the beam and place
it according to the measurement
indicated on the plan that
corresponds to your conguration.
Continue the assembly with the
other tines, offsetting them by 400
or 500mm on the same beam in
order to obtain the desired pitch
between blades.

Quelque soit le modèle de
PRAIRIAL, le pas entre
couteaux est de 200 ou 250mm.
Positionner la première dent
en débutant à une extrémité
de la poutre et la placer en
fonction de la cote indiquée sur
le plan correspondant à votre
conguration. Poursuivre le
montage des autres dents en les
décalant de 400 ou 500mm sur
une même poutre pour obtenir le
pas entre couteaux souhaité.

Montage des lames de nivelage - Mounting the levelling blades - Montage der Nivellierscharen:
Die Nivellierscharen müssen
auf die beweglichen Scharen
vormontiert werden. Die Scharen
werden an die 2 hinteren starren
Träger montiert. In gleicher Weise
wie für die Montage der Messer
vorgehen: die Scharen müssen
bei allen PRAIRIAL Ausführungen
am gleichen Balken immer im
Abstand von 1500 mm montiert
werden.
The levelling blades must be pre-
mounted on the exible blades.
The blades are mounted on the 2
rear pivoting bars. Proceed in the
same way as for mounting knives,
but offset the blades by 1500mm
on the same beam, regardless of
the PRAIRIAL model.
Les lames de nivelage doivent
être prés montés sur les lames
exibles. Les lames se montent
sur les 2 barres xes arrière.

mais en décalant les lames de
1500mm sur une même poutre
quelque soit le modèle de

Die gegengekrümmten
Befestigungsarme des Striegels
müssen auf die Befestigungsrohre
der Kämme vormontiert werden.
Den Striegel wie auf dem
Plan angegeben nach Ihrer
Konguration positionieren,
wobei die Befestigungsarme
im gegengekrümmten Sinn
montiert werden müssen. Wenn
die Montage beendet wurde,
prüfen, dass die Striegel frei in
den Ankupplungen beweglich
sind, sobald die Raststifte
abgenommen wurden.
The S-bend pipe fastening arms of
theharrowhavetobepre-mounted
on the comb fastening tubes.
Position the harrows according to
the plan that corresponds to your
conguration, complying with the
direction of the S-bend pipes of
the fastening arms. Once the
assembly is complete, check that
the harrows oscillate freely in the
yokes when the pins are removed.
Les bras de xation contre
coudés de la herse doivent
être pré montés sur les tubes
de xation des peignes.
Positionner les herses comme
sur le plan correspondant à votre
conguration en respectant le
sens des contres coudes des
bras de xation. Une fois le
montage terminé, contrôler que
les herses oscillent librement
dans les chapes lorsque les
broches sont retirées.
Montage des roues de terrage - Mounting the depth gauge wheels - Montage der Andruckräder:
Die Andruckräder haben
an der PRAIRIAL 3m eine
einzigartige Position. Durch
ein Hochklappsystem mit
Schnellverriegelung können
diese von Hand für den Transport
eingeklappt werden, dies reduziert
die Gesamt-transportbreite der
PRAIRIAL. Für die anderen
PRAIRIAL Ausführungen gibt
es verschiedene Montage-
möglichkeiten je nach Schritt
zwischen den Messern (siehe
Pläne). Bei den Ausführungen
PR45-x-x und PR60-1-x
wird ein 15 mm Keil an den
Radbefestigungsplatten
eingeschoben, um den Kontakt
zwischen der Radhülle und dem
gegenüberliegenden Messer zu
vermeiden.
The wheels have a single position
on PRAIRIAL 3m. A quick-lock
retraction system allows them
to be folded back manually for
transport in order to reduce the
overall width of PRAIRIAL. For
the other PRAIRIAL models,
several mounting possibilities are
available according to the pitch
between knives (see the plans).
A 15mm shim is placed between
the wheel fastening plates, on
models PR45-x-x and PR60-1-x,
in order to avoid contact between
the wheel shaft and the knife
positioned across from it.
Les roues ont une position
unique sur PRAIRIAL 3m.
Un système d’escamotage à
verrouillage rapide permet de
les replier manuellement pour
le transport an de réduire la
largeur hors tout de PRAIRIAL.
Pour les autres modèles de
PRAIRIAL, plusieurs possibilités
de montage existent en fonction
du pas entre couteaux (voir
plans). Une cale de 15mm est
intercalée au niveau des platines
de xation des roues, sur les
modèles PR45-x-x et PR60-1-x,
pour éviter le contact entre le
fourreau de roue et le couteau
positionné en face.
