1. First, remove the stock gauge cluster from the dash. Retain the factory hardware for reassembly.
(2) 5/8” Screws
(6) 1.25” Screws
Indicator Harness
Gear Indicator
Black Out
(4) Warning Indicator
Black Outs
Switch Assembly

3. Mount the VHX system to the stock bezel
using the eight (8) supplied screws.
2a. Remove the stock gauges from the bezel;
you can also remove the factory clear lens
on the front of the bezel or it can be left in
place if desired.
4. Attach the provided CAT5 cable to the back of the
VHX system and carefully route the open end to
the control box mounting location. If using the
BRAKE indicator; connect the provided harness
and make the following connections:
WHITE\GREEN wire to BRAKE CIRCUIT
WHITE\BLACK wire to CHASSIS GROUND
5. Re-install the gauge bezel using the factory hardware and refer to the main manual for wiring
instructions to complete the VHX installation.
2b. The stock gear indicator and BRAKE warning can
be used or they can be blacked out by peeling
the protective paper off and siliconing the
blackout plates directly behind the openings. To
use the BRAKE indicator; the stock light guide
must be used.
