Greenhouse ARROW is intended to create the microclimate favorable for growing garden and
allotment crops in gardens and household plots. The area of covered ground depends on the length
of the greenhouse (Chart 1). The high of the installed greenhouse frame is 2,5 m, and
the width of 2,6 m is optimal for two garden beds inside. The greenhouse may be of different length
depending on the customer’s wish. The required length of the greenhouse can be attained by
purchasing additional “Inset” packages each adding 2 m to the base length 2 m (Chart 2).

1.
Before the start of operation, the
greenhouse should be assembled and
installed as prescribed in the manual.
When the greenhouse is assembled
by a third party the customer should
supervise the quality of works to ensure
compliance with the present manual.
2.
The greenhouse cover surface should
not be removed for the winter period if
snow load is limited. If the greenhouse
is left unattended for the entire winter
the customer should either remove the
cover surface or estimate the possible
snow load. For the frame assembled
with all parts including strainers and
braces, the maximal snow load begins
when the layer of snow weight is 450
kg per 1 sqm of horizontal surface,
which corresponds to 2.25 m of fresh
snow and 1.1 m of settled snow.
The recommended thickness of the
When the greenhouse is assembled
Operation rules
Cleaning and washing sheets of polycarbonate.
1. Rinse the sheet with warm water.
2. Wash the sheet with a solution of soft soap or with a domestic detergent and
warm water, using a soft rag or a sponge to take away the dirt.
3. Rinse with cold water and dry with a soft rage to take away the water.
By disinfection of the greenhouse from fungus and biological diseases
pathogens do not use “sulphuric sticks”
When cleaning polycarbonate sheets never use abrasives or high-alkali
cleaning compositions. Dry wiping of the surface can damage the protective
layer and reduce its life cycle. Never use brushes, gauze fabric or other
abrasive materials to wipe the surface of polycarbonate sheets.
honeycomb polycarbonate (4 mm) is
sufficient for midland Russia conditions.
However, for areas where snow layer
exceeds 0.6 m the upper part of the
greenhouse should be covered by thicker
polycarbonate in accordance with local
weather conditions.
Do not install the greenhouse too close
to buildings or trees where masses of
snow/ice can fall on it. Recommended
distance is at least 1 m.
The greenhouse is designed to withstand
wind at the speed below 24 m/sec

the specified weather conditions.
4. Time period for making claims is 24 months after the day of purchase.
Warranty provisions
Warranty responsibility shall not cover the following cases:
1. Installation of the greenhouse in violation of the manual provisions.
2. Violation of operation rules.
3. Unintended use of the greenhouse.
4. Deformation of the greenhouse due to soil movement.
5. Floods, hurricanes and other natural disasters.
The manufacturer shall retain the right

Installation manual for Greenhouse ARROW
General view of the frame is given in Picture 1 .Parts should be installed in
such a way that side selves of the profile are facing the surface cover. The
frame is assembled of numbered parts.
Symbols:
-arrow shows the direction of
installation as per schemes in the
manual.
Parts are fastened by putting profiles together and fastening them with
screws and nuts through the holes. When joining parts in “profile-to-
profile” way it does not matter which of the joined parts is above.
When assembling be careful not to damage the parts as they do not
have sufficient endurance before the whole structure is assembled. Use
supports (e.g. chairs) at interim stages of assembly to make sure the frame
is lifted steadily and evenly. To make sure holes coincide when assembling
complicated joints, use a 5 mm thick nail or a cone-shaped hand-punch.
1.
2.
3.
4.
Some parts may have spare
holes which are there due to
uniformity of parts.
introduction
Be careful when assembling the greenhouse! Parts have sharp edges.
Beware of cuts! Perform all works in protective gloves.
When assembling the frame parts should be joined through all holes
as prescribed. A simplified fastening of parts with only one or two
screws is the violation of assembly rules and the ground to relieve the
manufacturer of the warranty responsibility.

Level the frame by adding some soil into the holes or deepening the holes in order to make
sure that the lateral parts are straight, horizontal and parallel to each other, and that the
arches are straight when seen from aside. If it is necessary to adjust arches, loosen the
joints between beams and arches, level the frame on the ground and tighten the screws
again. Put soil on the stands of the frame after fixing lower wire bindings on part 3 (Piс.10)
Perform the assembly next to the installation site of the greenhouse.
Perform the assembly in accordance with the pictures of assembly stages and the joints
as shown in Pic. 5...12. The pictures illustrate assembly of a 4 m long greenhouse. The
required length of a greenhouse is attained by adding corresponding parts from Inset
package(s). To join the parts, screws М5х10 are used.
On the site selected for installation of the greenhouse, dig holes as shown by the scheme in
Pic. 4 to the spade length depth. Set the frame into the holes. Use the line to check that the
diagonals of the frame are equal. General settlement of the greenhouse on the ground is
made in such a way that the lower parts 6 of the door opening touch the ground, and parts
2 are some 5 cm above the ground. Use the line again to check the diagonals so that they
are equal and adjust the corners of the frame if necessary.

Surface cover cutting and fitting
1. Cut the surface cover
sheet for butt ends.
To do so, cut from a
polycarbonate sheet a
piece 2 m long (see the
cutting line in Pic.13).
To create a pattern of
surface cover, put the
cut-out piece to the
assembled butt end of
the greenhouse and,
without taking off the
protective  lm from the
polycarbonate, draw
the pattern lines on the
surface cover sheet
for parts 4в and 4н,
oversized (Pic.14). When
drawing, the edge of
the sheet should exactly
coincide with the edge
of parts 7and 8, while
the upper edge is 30 mm
above the lower edge
of part 5. Cut out the
pattern. Mark lines on
the remaining part of the
sheet using the cutout
pattern in accordance with
the cutting plan (Pic.13).
Cutting is better done with an electrical fret saw, or with a jigsaw with
small sawteeth.

Крепление покрытия
The polycarbonate should be installed with the strongly defined outer
side (towards the sun), having a protective layer (always make sure
when purchasing or before installation). The protective layer is usually
on the side with inscriptions on the packaging film. On the other side
of the sheet the film is clear. After drawing the planning lines on the
sheet but before cutting it, mark the protective side of every piece of
polycarbonate: after removing the packaging film, both sides of the
sheet look very similar. The packaging film should be removed from
both sides right before fastening the cover surface to the frame.
