This device was built to exacting standards
and carefully inspected prior to shipment. The
two year warranty is an expression of our
confidence in the device.
Your Drive product is warranted to be free of
defects in materials, workmanship and design
for two years from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not include defects as a
result of (amongst others) accidental damage,
wear and tear or failure to comply with these
instructions.
In the event of a defect within the warranty
period, contact the stockist from whom you
purchased the device to apply the warranty.
This warranty is offered free-of-charge to

Installation Instructions
1. Remove the product from the carton and
read instructions carefully before installing
the raised toilet seat.
2. Remove the toilet seat and lid from the
toilet (optional)
3. Turn both locking clamps counter
clockwise until they can no longer turn.
This will open the locking devices.
4. Place the raised toilet seat on the toilet
bowl and position in a secure fashion. Be
sure that the two locking brackets are on
both sides of the bowl wall and the seat is
flush to the bowl.
5. Turn the locking brackets clockwise until
tight. Hand tighten only. Do not use tools
as threads on the adjustment
brackets may strip.
6. Check for secure fit routinely before using
the product. The user should be centred
over the toilet seat.
Removal Instructions
1. Rotate the locking brackets counter
clockwise until the seat is loose.
2. Lift the front of the raised toilet seat and
pull forward and upward in one move.
Cleaning Instructions
The raised toilet seat can be cleaned with a
non-abrasive detergent or household cleaner
with warm water.
The raised toilet seat can also be cleaned with
a diluted disinfectant.
When washed, rinse the raised toilet seat with
warm water and wipe with a dry cloth.
The seat can be thermally decontaminated in
at 80ºC for up to 15 cycles.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners and/or
cloths as this can cause damage to the
raised toilet seat.
Safety Precautions
Always check that the seat is correctly and
securely locked in place before using.
Ensure that the locking brackets are tightly
touching the outside edges of the toilet bowl.
The raised toilet seat may not be suitable for
use with all shapes of toilets.
If the raised toilet seat feels unstable or can
be moved by hand, do not use.
The user should always keep their weight
centrally over the toilet. Leaning excessively to
either side, forwards or backwards could
cause instability and risk of injury and
damage.
Do not exceed the maximum user weight of
200kg (32 stone)
