SEMI-ELECTRICMOTORUNIT
Step1. Carefully, put the bed on it's side as shown in
Figure 10.
Step2. Lift the head section and lift the foot section of
the springs. See Figure 10.
Step3. Remove the slide caps from both ends of the
motor. See Figure 11.
Step4. Hold the motor and position it into the head
section of the bed. Position the large center section
towards the outside of the bed on the side of the motor.
See Figure 12.
Step5. While holding the head section of the motor,
make sure the cam is positioned deep into the motor
cavity. Replace the motor slide cap on this end.
Step6. Hold the motor and position it into the foot
section of the bed, making sure the cam is positioned
deep into the motor cavity. Replace the motor slide
cap on this end.
Step7. Lower the head section and lower the foot
section of the springs.
Step8. Carefully, return the bed to the upright
position with it's wheels on the floor. See figure 13.
