ACCESSORY INPUTS
PCV Wire Connections
1. Remove the rubber plug on the backside of the
unit and loosen the screw for the corresponding
unit.
2. Using a 22-24 gauge wire, strip about 10mm
from its end.
3. Push the wire into the hole of the PCV until it
stops and then tighten the screw.
4. Make sure to reinstall the rubber plug.
Note: If you tin the wires with solder it will make
inserting them easier.

Map The PCV has the ability to hold two different
base maps. You can switch on the fly between
these two base maps when you connect
a switch to the MAP inputs. You can use
any open/close type switch. The polarity of
the wires is not important. When using the
Autotune kit, one position will hold a base map
and the other position will let you activate the
learning mode. When the switch is “closed”
Autotune will be activated.
Shifter Not used for this application.
Speed If your application has a speed sensor, you
can tap into the signal side of the sensor and
run a wire into this input.
Analog This input is for a 0-5v signal such as
engine temp, boost, etc. Once this input
is established you can alter your fuel curve
based on this input in the Control Center
Software.
Crank Do not connect anything to this port unless
instructed to do so by Dynojet. It is used to
transfer crank trigger data from one module to
another.

1 Remove the seat and left hand side panel as shown in Figure A.
2 Remove the storage cover and storage bin as shown in Figure B.
3 Loosen the clamp from the throttle body and remove the air snorkel from the
throttle body as shown in Figure C.
4 To make the injector more accessible, lift the snorkel/airbox upward away from
the top of the engine.
5 Remove the two screws securing the tool kit to expose the battery.
6 Using the supplied velcro, secure the PCV under the seat. Make sure to clean
both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching.
7 Route the PCV wiring harness under the frame spar toward the front of the
machine.
8 Attach the ground wire from the PCV to the negative terminal of the battery.

9 Disconnect the stock wiring harness from the injector as shown in Figure D.
10 Attach the PCV connectors to the stock wiring harness and the injector.
11 Locate the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) on the
left hand side of the throttle body.
12 Using the supplied posi-tap, attach the grey wire
from the PCV to the green/black wire from the
TPS.
13 Replace the storage bin, cover, tool kit, side panel,
and seat.
14 Insert the cd provided into your computer’s cd-rom
drive and follow the on-screen instructions to install
the PCV software. Visit www.powercommander.
