Auto Dialer
Manual
When triggered by an alarm system, the ENFORCER Auto Dialer can call u to 5 numbers. Each
number can contain u to 32 digits, including #, tones, and auses. The LCD shows the number being

backu battery (not included) to continue offering rotection during a ower
loss and uses flash memory
to rotect against system data loss in case of extended ower failure.

Installing the Auto Dialer:
Note: You can rogram the tele hone numbers and voice messages rior to connecting the
ower as long as the 9V battery is installed. The standby battery should rovide about 20 hours of
o eration.
Note: The Auto Dialer uses EEPROM to retain memory in the event of a ower loss.
1. Select a location for the dialer near a standard electrical
outlet (if user-su lied 12VDC ada ter is to be used), a
tele hone wall jack, and the alarm control anel, but out of
sight. The dialer should not be ex osed to direct sunlight or
rain, and must not be mounted near heat sources such as
radiators, heating ducts, or stoves.
2. For wall-mount, use the wall mounting tem late to drill
holes and attach 2 screws into the wall at the desired
location. For convenience, 5~6ft (1.5~2m) above the floor
is recommended (Fig. 1).
3. Remove the cable cover and battery cover from the back of
the auto dialer (Fig. 2).
4. Install a 9VDC backu battery (not included). Reattach the
battery cover.
5. Connect the dialer to two detectors or grou s of detectors in
series using the connection terminals as shown in the wiring
diagram (see g. 3). The dialer can also be connected to two
se arate alarm control anel out uts of a se arate alarm
system. If an external siren/alarm is desired, connect as shown
on the wiring diagram.
6. Power:
a. If the dialer is to be owered from the alarm control anel,
connect the alarm ower out uts to the terminal block (see g. 3).
b. If using a 12VDC ada ter (not included), lug the ada ter into the dialer’s DC ower jack.
7. Connect one end of the included tele hone cable to an existing Touch-Tone line wall socket,
and the other end to the dialer’s “LINE” jack. O tionally,
use the included dual outlet tele hone
jack ada ter to connect an extension tele hone using the tele hone’s cable (not included)
(Fig. 3).
8. For wall installation, lace the unit over the heads of the screws installed in ste 2 (Fig. 1) and
slide down. Check that the unit is firmly attached and tighten or loosen the screws as needed.
9. Once all connections are made, the dialer is ready to be rogrammed.
