The focus of this document is to assist with the assembly of your new EVELO
Omega. The scope is intentionally narrow – The “User Guide” that was
included with your bike covers a much broader spectrum of topics: fit adjust-
ments, battery care, controls etc.

2ASSEMBLY OF EVELO OMEGA
1Begin unboxing the bike by cutting the banding then
opening the box. Use caution regarding the staples as
they can be very sharp. Remove the small boxes.
Laying the box on its side and
sliding the bicycle out of the
box is a great technique if you
are unable to li the bike.
3Carefully remove all packing material from
bike, avoid using sharp objects as to protect
the paint.
4Tools and User Guides will be in the small
black Evelo box. The pedals will be in a
small cardboard box.
5Lower kickstand to keep bike upright
during assembly.

Unboxing Your EVELO

3ASSEMBLY OF EVELO OMEGA
1Remove headset spacer packaging from
handlebars and remove the headset spacers
from packaging and set aside.
Use a 5mm allen wrench to remove the top
bolt from the fork, along with the black top
cap. Set aside the top cap, you will not need it.
3Remove silver spacer from fork and install black
headset spacers from Step 1.
4Mount stem on fork, li rubber cover, drop bolt
from Step 2 into stem, and tighten until so that
spacers no longer rotate.
5Align handlebars with fork.

Install Stem and Handlebars
6Use a 4mm allen wrench to tighten both bolts
on the side of the stem.

Slide bolt through headlight, fender, and fork.
Attach headlight and fender assembly to fork. Position the fender as high up as possible and tighten the
bolt and nut.

Install Fender and Headlight
Remove bolt from front fork assembly.

5ASSEMBLY OF EVELO OMEGA
2Remove brake pad spacer from in between brake pads - it may be tight but simply pulls out. If this piece is
not in place, skip this step.
Remove thru-axle from fork. Use an allen wrench to unscrew the axle from the le side of the fork and slide
it out.

Install Front Wheel
Slide the thru-axle into the fork and wheel and
securely tighten with an allen wrench.

Li the fork, place the wheel partially in the
fork, then line up the brake rotor between the
pads and mount the wheel fully into the fork.

Remove bolts from each side of fork and attach lower fender support struts.

Mount Fender
Make sure to install washer and spacer as shown.

Tighten fender support strut hardware.

7ASSEMBLY OF EVELO OMEGA
Install Pedals
Screw pedals into crank arms securely. Installation of the pedals requires a 15 mm wrench.
There is an L and an R stamped into the end of each pedal for reference.

It is important to note that the pedals are threaded differently. The right pedal screws in
clockwise and the le pedal screws in counter-clockwise.

Use of Battery
Two copies of the key come attached to
the handlebars.

The battery is heavy, please be careful. When reinstalling, push the battery into
place firmly.

Power up the bike and you’re ready to ride!

Use the key to unlock the battery, the battery
releases downward.

Serial Number Location
To register your bike on our website, you will
need to record the serial number. It is located
on the headtube of your bike, just above the
front fork.

There is considerable additional information in your “User Guide”.
