before you begin.
Assembly Checklist
Identify and lay out all of the
components before you begin assembly.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten
screws until the item is fully assembled.
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your
components or hardware if used incorrectly.
! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or
getting components back to front.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your
product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they
will be used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
!Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or
website for product care instructions.
! If you are having any diculties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
! Please see page 2 for any safety requirements or weight restrictions.
Make sure you have all the required tools.

Screw 8 x cam bolts (H1) into bottom panel (P2) as shown,
tighten with a Phillips head screwdriver.

Insert 3 x dowels (H3) into each short rail (P7) as shown.
Insert 3 x dowels (H3) into each long rail (P6) as shown.
Use a mallet to gently tap the dowels into place if needed.

You will need
8 x Cam bolts
(H1)
Screw 2 x cam bolts (H1) into each leg (P8) using a Phillips head screwdriver.
Attach 1 x felt feet (H4) onto each leg (P8) as shown.

Fit each short rail (P7) between 2 x legs (P8).
Insert 2 x big cam nuts (H2) each into short rail (P7).
Turn the big cam nuts (H2) clockwise to lock using a Phillips head screwdriver.

nuts (H2)
Position the leg assembly onto bottom panel (P2), making sure the cam bolts on
the bottom panel (P2) are inserted into the holes on the leg assembly.
Insert 8 x big cam nuts (H2) into short rails (P7) and long rails (P6), using a flat head screwdriver,
turn clockwise to lock.
Carefully turn the unit over.

Position 2 x long rail (P6) between the assembled unit as shown.
Insert 4 x big cam nuts (H2) into long rails (P6), and using a flat head screwdriver, turn clockwise
to lock.

You will need
Screw 4 x cam bolts (H1) into bottom panel (P2) as shown,
tighten with a Phillips head screwdriver.
Fasten the legs (P8) through bottom panel (P2) with 4 x screws (H8) with a Phillips head
screwdriver as shown.

You will need
Attach back panel (P9) to shelf (P5).
Insert 2 x big cam nuts (H2) into back panel (P9).
Rotate the cam nuts so the arrows point towards the incoming cam bolt.
Push back panel (P9) into place and tighten the cam nuts, using a flat head screwdriver.

tighten with a Phillips head screwdriver.

You will need
Attach 1 x left runner track (H11) to left side panel (P3) with 3 x screws (H6).
Attach 1 x right runner track (H13) to right side panels (P4) with 3 x screws (H6),
and tighten all screws with a Phillips head screwdriver.

Insert 3 x big cam nuts (H2) into back panel (P9) and shelf (P5), and using a flat head
screwdriver, turn clockwise to lock.
