Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin.
Assembly Checklist
Identify and lay out all of the
components before you begin assembly.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten
screws until the item is fully assembled.
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your
components or hardware if used incorrectly.
! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or
getting components back to front.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your
product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they
will be used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or
website for product care instructions.
! If you are having any diculties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
! Please see page 2 for any safety requirements or weight restrictions.
Make sure you have all the required tools.

Secure 2 x Plastic Glides (H15) to
2 x Legs (P8) as shown by gently
tapping with a hammer. Attach the
2 x Legs (P8) to the Left and Right Side
Rails (P3, P4) using 4 x Large Bolts (H5)
and 4 x Washers (H10), tightening with
the Large Allen Key (H11).

Attach 2 x Threaded Rods (H4)
to Footboard Rail (P5) by turning
clockwise until tight as shown. Secure 2 x Plastic Glides (H15) to Headboard Panel (P2)
as shown by gently tapping with a hammer.

You will need

Insert 2 x Dowels (H1) into
the Left and Right Side Rails
(P3, P4). With assistance, align
the Footboard Rail (P5) to the Left and Right Side
Rails (P3, P4) as shown. Secure the rails together using 2 x
Large Hexagonal Nuts (H6) and 2 x Half Round Nuts (H3), tightening
with the Spanner (H7). Secure the 2 x Legs (P8) to the Footboard
Rail (P5) using 2 x Washers (H10) and 2 x Large Bolts (H5),
tightening with the Large Allen Key (H11).

Insert 2 x Dowels (H1) into the
Left and Right Side Rails (P3, P4).
With assistance, align the Headboard
Panel (P2) to the Left and Right Side
Rails (P3, P4) as shown. Thread 4 x Washers (H10)
onto 4 x Large Bolts (H5) and insert through the Headboard
Panel (P2) into the Left and Right Side Rails (P3, P4) as shown. Secure
together using 4 x Large Hexagonal Nuts (H6) and 4 x Half
Round Nuts (H3), tightening with the Spanner (H7).

Attach the Centre Rail (P6) to the Headboard Panel (P2) and Footboard Rail (P5)
using 4 x Screws (H2). Tighten with a phillips head screwdriver.
Attach the 3 x Support Legs (P7) to the Centre Rail (P6) using 3 x Washers (H10)
and 3 x Medium Bolts (H8), tightening with the Allen Key (H14). Screw the 3 x Adjusters (H12)
into the 3 x Support Legs (P7) and hand tighten by turning clockwise.

With assistance, attach 3 x Headboard Rails (P1) to the 2 x Headboard Brackets (P9)
using 12 x Small Bolts (H9) and 12 x Washers (H10), tightening using Allen Key (H14).

Attach the 2 x Support Slats (P11) to the Centre Rail (P6)
using 2 x Medium Bolts (H8), 2 x Washers (H10) and 2 x
Hexagonal Nuts (H13), tightening with the Allen Key (H14).
Attach the 2 x Support Slats (P11) to the Left & Right Side Rails (P3 & P4) using 4 x Screws (H2),
tightening with a phillips head screwdriver. Ensure the adjusters (H12) on the Support Legs (P7)
are retracted so they are not touching the floor. With assistance, move the bed into its final
position. Once the bed is in it’s final position extend the 3 x Adjusters (H12) on the 3 x
Support Legs (P7) so they are level with the floor.
