1. Introduction
1.1. Overview
This document introduces the configuration steps for direct IP calls between i10V and C600.
1.2. Applicable Model
Fanvil i10V and C600
1.3. Before You Start
Step1. Prepare PC, PoE switch, network cable, i10V intercom and C600 phone;
Step2. Connect PC, i10V intercom and C600 phone to the same PoE switch with Network cable;
Step3. Setup i10V and C600’s network, make sure they are working in the same LAN.

2. Operation Guide
Generally speaking, to setup direct ip calls with i10V and C600, after user connect the devices to
the same LAN, user need configure i10V’s DSS key with speed dial and allow direct incoming ip calls
on C600, detailed steps are as following:
2.1. Configurations on i10V
Step1. Open web browser and input i10V’s IP address in browser;
Step2. Input web login username and password, default is admin and admin;
Step3. Go to its Function Key page, setup the dss key with speed dial to C600’s IP address;
Type: Select Memory Key;
Value/Value2: Input C600’s IP address;
Subtype: Select Speed dial
Save the changes, and then when you press i10V’s DSS key, i10V will call IP address in Value option
first; if there is no answer in timeout period, i10V will can IP address in Value2 option.

Notice: by default, the time out period is 16seconds, user can modify it with Call Switched Time
option in Function Key page, Advanced Settings part.
2.2. Configurations on C600 Phone
Step1. Open web browser and input i10V’s IP address in browser;
Step2. Input web login username and password, default is admin and admin;

Step3. Go to its VoIP page, uncheck the option “Enable Strict UA Match”.
Or if you make direct IP calls to C600, it will reject directly.
If you need make speed dial to i10V’s IP address with C600’s DSS key, you can also setup Function
key settings on C600. For example:
Login one C600’s webpage, and go to its Function KeyFunction key page, select one DSS key and
set Memory Key as its Type, input i10V’s IP address in Value option and select BLF/New Call in
Subtype option, apply the changes, then when you press the DSS key, C600 will make a call to i10V.
