Vorsicht
Unerwartete Bewegung von Bauteilen.
Verletzung durch Schlag, Stoß, Quetschung.
Druckluft vor Montagearbeiten abschalten.
Hinweis
Funktionsstörung und Sachschaden durch unsachgemäße Montage.
Sachgemäß montieren (Abschnitt 4 … 6).
Anziehdrehmomente einhalten.

Dichtungen 4sind nur bei externer Steuerluft montierbar.

Kontrolle:

zur Fläche (F) ausgerichtet
–Kanalbezeichnungen 1/3/5

Pneumatic linking of the valves.
3. Safety instructions and notes on assembly
Caution
Unexpected movement of components.
Injury due to electric shock, impact, squeezing.
Switch off compressed air before assembly work.
Note
Malfunction and material damage due to incorrect assembly.
Mount properly (section 4 … 6).
Observe tightening torques.
4. Mounting of O-rings 6/7

Place O-rings 6/7into the
depressions.
5. Assembly of connection block 1

Place connection block 1
on the mounting surface (A).
Push connection block 1
onto the connection
block (B).
Check: O-rings 6/7are
seated in the depressions.
Tighten screws 3.
6. Assembly of solenoid valve 8

Place the seal 5in the de-
pression of the solenoid
valve 8so it is positive-
locking.
Information
Seals 4can only be mounted with external pilot air supply.

Push seals 4into the
orifices (C).
Rotating movement
required during mounting.
Position solenoid valve 8
on the connection block 1.
Check:
–Projection (D) is in the
slot (E)
–Solenoid valve 8is aligned
parallel to the surface (F)
–Channel designations 1/3/5
agree.
Tighten screws 2.
