nutzung des Gerätes diese Betriebsanlei-
tung und beiliegende Broschüre
Sicherheitshinweise für Nass/Trockensau-
ger Nr. 5.956-249.
Bei Nichtbeachtung der Betriebsanleitung
und der Sicherheitshinweise können Schä-
den am Gerät und Gefahren für den Bedie-
ner und andere Personen entstehen.
In jedem Land gelten die von unserer zu-
ständigen Vertriebsgesellschaft herausge-
gebenen Garantiebedingungen. Etwaige
Störungen an Ihrem Gerät beseitigen wir in-
nerhalb der Garantiefrist kostenlos, sofern
ein Material- oder Herstellungsfehler die Ur-
sache sein sollte. Im Garantiefall wenden

– Wenn die Abluft in den Raum zurückge-
führt wird, muss eine ausreichende Luft-
wechselrate L im Raum vorhanden sein.
Um die geforderten Grenzwerte einzu-
halten, darf der zurückgeführte Volu-
menstrom maximal 50% des
Frischluftvolumenstroms (Raumvolu-
men VRx Luftwechselrate LW) betragen.
Ohne besondere Lüftungsmaßnahme
gilt: LW=1h–1.
– Dieses Gerät enthält gesundheitsschäd-
lichen Staub. Leerungs- und Wartungs-
vorgänge,einschließlichderBeseitigung
der Staubsammelbehälter, dürfen nur
von Fachleuten durchgeführt werden,
die entsprechende Schutzausrüstung
tragen.
– Gerät nicht ohne das vollständige Filtra-
tionssystem betreiben.
Das Gerät erlaubt 2 Betriebsarten:
1 Industriestaubsaugerbetrieb (Steckdose
nicht belegt)
2 Entstauberbetrieb (Steckdose belegt)

Mit diesem Gerät können alle Arten von
Stäuben bis Staubklasse M aufgesaugt wer-
den.
Hinweis
Das Gerät ist als Industriestaubsauger zum
Aufsaugen und als Entstauber für ortsverän-
derlichen Betrieb zum Absaugen von trocke-
nen, nicht brennbaren Stäuben mit MAK-
Werten geeignet.
Hinweis
Um zu gewährleisten, dass die Luftge-
schwindigkeit bei der Abreinigung zu keiner
Zeit unter einen Wert von 20 m/s im Saug-
schlauch absinkt, ist das Gerät mit einer Be-
triebsdruckdifferenz-Anzeige und einer
Abreinigungsvorrichtung ausgerüstet.
Hinweis
Beim Saugen dürfen niemals der Flachfal-
tenfilter und die Papierfiltertüte entfernt wer-
den.

schnitt an.
Hinweis
Die verschiedenen Saugschlauchquer-
schnitte sind notwendig, um eine Anpas-
sung an die Anschlussquerschnitte der
Bearbeitungsgeräte zu ermöglichen.
Hinweis
Für den Betrieb als Entstauber für ortsverän-
derlichen Betrieb (Bearbeitungsgerät am
Sauger eingesteckt) muss die eingebaute
Überwachung auf das angeschlossene Be-
arbeitungsgerät (Stauberzeuger) abge-
stimmt werden. Das heisst, dass bei einer
Unterschreitung des zur Absaugung not-
wendigen Mindestvolumenstroms von 20 m/
s der Benutzer gewarnt werden muss.
Hinweis
Die Angaben zum Mindestvolumenstrom in
Abhängigkeit zum Unterdruck befinden sich
auf dem Typenschild.
Ihr Sauger verfügt über eine neuartige Filter-
abreinigung-besonderswirksambeifeinem
Staub.
Wenn Sie die Fernbedienung am Handgriff
mehrere Sekunden gedrückt halten, wird
durch einen Luftstoß automatisch der Flach-
faltenfilter gereinigt (pulsierendes Ge-
räusch).
!Schieber in untere Stellung bringen.

– Beim Aufsaugen von Nassschmutz
muss immer die Papierfiltertüte bezie-
hungsweise der Membranfilter (Sonder-
zubehör) entfernt werden. Es empfiehlt
sich eine Spezialfiltertüte (nass) zu ver-
wenden (siehe Filtersysteme).
– Bei nicht leitenden Flüssigkeiten (zum
Beispiel Bohremulsion, Öle und Fette)
wird das Gerät bei vollem Behälter nicht
abgeschaltet. Der Füllstand muss stän-
digüberprüftundderBehälterrechtzeitig
entleert werden.

– Beim Aufsaugen von Nassschmutz mit
der Polster- oder Fugendüse, bezie-
hungsweise wenn überwiegend Wasser
aus einem Behälter aufgesaugt wird,

– Bei Erreichen des max. Flüssigkeitsstan-
des schaltet das Gerät automatisch ab.

hälter reinigen und trocknen.

몇Warnung
Bei Arbeiten am Sauger immer zuerst den
Netzstecker ziehen.
Staubbeseitigende Maschinen sind Sicher-
heitseinrichtungen zur Verhütung oder Be-
seitigung von Gefahren im Sinne von
BGV A1.
– Zur Wartung durch den Benutzer muss
das Gerät auseinandergenommen, ge-
reinigt und gewartet werden, soweit es
durchführbar ist, ohne dabei eine Gefahr
für das Wartungspersonal und andere
Personen hervorzurufen. Geeignete
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen beinhalten Entgif-
tung vor dem Auseinandernehmen. Vor-
sorge treffen für örtlich gefilterte
Zwangsentlüftung, wo das Gerät ausein-
andergenommen wird, Reinigung der
Wartungsfläche und geeigneter Schutz
des Personals.
– Das Äußere des Gerätes sollte durch
Staubsaugverfahren entgiftet und sau-
ber abgewischt werden, oder mit Ab-
dichtmittel behandelt werden, bevor es
ausdemgefährlichenGebietgenommen
wird. Alle Geräteteile müssen als verun-
reinigt angesehen werden, wenn sie aus
dem gefährlichen Gebiet genommen
werden.
– Bei der Durchführung von Wartungs-
und Reparaturarbeiten müssen alle ver-
unreinigten Gegenstände, die nicht zu-
friedenstellendgereinigtwerdenkönnen,
weggeworfen werden. Solche Gegen-
stände müssen in undurchlässigen Beu-
teln, in Übereinstimmung mit den
gültigen Bestimmungen für die Beseiti-
gung solchen Abfalls, entsorgt werden.
– Die Ansaugöffnung bei Transport und
Wartung des Gerätes ist mit der An-
schlussmuffe zu verschließen.

Sicherheitseinrichtungen zur Verhütung von
Gefahren müssen regelmäßig gewartet wer-
den. Das heißt, mindestens einmal jährlich
vom Hersteller oder einer unterwiesenen
Person auf ihre sicherheitstechnisch ein-
wandfreie Funktion überprüft werden, z. B.
Dichtheit des Geräts, Beschädigung des Fil-
ters, Funktion der Kontrolleinrichtungen.
– Einfache Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten
können Sie selbst durchführen.
– Die Geräteoberfläche und die Behälte-
rinnenseite sollten regelmäßig miteinem
feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden.

Staub. Bei Wartungsarbeiten (z. B. Filter-
wechsel) Atemschutzmaske P2 oder höher-
wertig und Einwegkleidung tragen.

einrasten.
– Das Absauggerät ist mit einer Papierfil-
tertüte mit Verschlussschieber ausgerü-
stet (Best.-Nr.: 296.961, 5 Stück).
– Bei gefüllter Papierfiltertüte und Unter-
schreitung des Mindestvolumenstroms
muss diese gewechselt werden.

– Das Gerät ist gemäß den gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen am Ende der Lebens-
dauer zu entsorgen.
!Anschlussmuffe (1) passgenau in Saug-
anschluss einsetzen.
!Anschlussmuffe (1) bis zum Anschlag
einschieben.
!Sauganschluss mit der Anschlussmuffe
(1) durch eine Rechtsdrehung fest ver-
schließen.
Hinweis
Passgenauigkeit ist durch “Bajonettan-
schluss“ vorgegeben.
!Papierfiltertüte nach hinten (1) heraus-
ziehen.
!Verschlussschieber (2) nach oben zie-
hen und Papierfiltertüte bei der Heraus-
nahme dicht verschließen (siehe
Aufdruck auf Verpackung des Filterele-
mentes).
!GebrauchtesFilterelementimstaubdicht
verschlossenen Beutel, gemäß den ge-
setzlichen Bestimmungen entsorgen.
!Saugkopf entriegeln und abnehmen.
!Elektroden reinigen.
!Saugkopf aufsetzen und verriegeln.
Hinweis
Tritt eine Störung (z. B. Filterbruch) auf,
mussdasGerätsofort abgeschaltet werden.
Vor erneuter Inbetriebnahme muss die Stö-
rung beseitigt werden.

– When the outgoing air is carried back
into the room, a sufficient ventilation rate
L in the room must be ensured. To com-
ply with the required limit values the car-
ried back volume flow must be 50% of
the fresh air volume flow (room volume
VRx ventilation rate LW) at maximum. Wi-
thout a specific ventilation system the fol-
lowing applies: LW=1h–1.
– This appliance contains harmful dust.
Evacuation and maintenance work,
including the disposal of the dust collec-
tion containers, may only be performed
by specialists who wear the appropriate
protective equipment.
– Do not use the appliance without the
complete filtering system.
The appliance allows 2 operating modes:
1 Industry vacuum cleaner mode (socket
not used)
2 Dedusting mode (socket used)
!Connect the suction hose and insert in-
sert the suction nozzle or connect to the
dust-generating device depending on
the operating mode.

Safety devices which are designed to pre-
vent dangerous situations must be serviced
regularly. This means that the safety
functions of the devices must be subjected
to a thorough inspection, e.g. checking for
leaks and damage to the filter, and testing
themonitoring function.Thismustbecarried
out by the manufacturer or a trained person
at least once a year.
No outside help is required for carrying out
basic maintenance and cleaning.
The outer surface of the device and the insi-
de of the container should be cleaned regu-
larly using a damp cloth.
The horn (2) sounds when the paper filter
bag is full.
Note
The horn (2) reacts to negative pressure.
!Set the scale (1) to the correct suction
hose section.
Note
You can use this appliance to take up all ty-
pes of dust up to dust class M.
Note
The appliance is suited as industrial vacuum
cleaner and as dedusting device for the mo-
bile operation to take up dry, non-combusti-
ble dusts with MAK values.
Note
To ensure that the air speed during the de-
dusting does not fall below a value of 20 m/
s in the suction hose at any time the ap-
pliance is equipped with an operating pres-
sure difference display and a dedusting
device.
Note
The flat folded filter and the paper filter bag
must never be removed during the dust ex-
traction process.

tive filter dedusting that is particularly effec-
tive with fine dust.
If you hold down the remote control at the
handle for several seconds the flat folded fil-
ter is cleaned automatically by means of an
air blast (vibrating noise).

– The flat folded filter must never be remo-
ved during the vacuuming.
– If the appliance is used to vacuum wet
dirt the paper filter bag or the membrane
filter (special accessory) must always be
removed. It is recommended to use a
special filter bag (wet) (see Filter sy-
stems).
– In case of non-conductive liquids (such
as emulsion drilling fluids, oils, and grea-
ses) the appliance is not turned off when
the container is full. The filling level must
be continuously monitored and the con-
tainer must be emptied in time.
!Set the slide to the top position.
Note
– If wet dirt is vacuumed with the upholste-
ry or crevice nozzle or if water is sucked
upfromacontaineritisrecommendedto
deactivate the "filter free" function.
– If the maximum liquid level is achieved
the appliance is turned off automatically.
– Switch off the appliance and empty the
container.
– After having completed the wet vacuum
operation clean the flat folded filter, the
electrodes and the container and let dry.

Dustextractingmachines are safeguards for
the prevention or elimination of hazards de-
fined in the regulations of BGV A1.
In order to carry out maintenance work, the
user must disassemble, clean and service
the unit, in so far as this is possible, without
endangering maintenance personnel or
other persons. Suitable precautions include
decontamination before the unit is disas-
sembled. Precautions must be taken for lo-
cal filtered forced air ventilation, at the place
where the unit is disassembled, the cleaning
of the maintenance surface and suitable pro-
tection of personnel.
The outside of the unit should be cleaned
thoroughly and any harmful substances re-
moved. Alternatively, a sealed coating may
be applied before the unit is removed from
the danger area. It is important to assume
that all parts of the unit are contaminated
when they are removed from the danger
area.
Any contaminated parts, which cannot be
cleaned satisfactorily, when carrying out
maintenance and repair work, must be dis-
posed of. These parts must be placed in
sealed bags and disposed of in accordance
with current regulations relating to the dispo-
sal of such waste materials.

Danger
To minimise residual hazard risks during
maintenance, the following instructions
should be observed. Wear a filter mask P2
or higher and disposable clothes when car-
rying out maintenance work (e.g. filter chan-
ge).
!Release the container locks on both si-
des by pulling them upwards.
!Dispose of the used filter element in a
dust-tight bag according to the statutory
provisions.
!Removethedirtthathasaccumulatedon
the pure air side.
!Exchange the flat folded filter.
!Close the filter cover, it must lock into
place.
– The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a
paper filter bag with locking slide (order
no.: 296.961, 5 pieces).
– If the paper filter bag is full and the mini-
mum volume flow is fallen short of it has
to be replaced.
– At the end of its lifetime the appliance is
to be disposed of according to the statu-
tory provisions.
!Properly insert the connection socket (1)
in the suction connection.
!Push in the connection socket (1) until it
locks into place.
!Turn the suction connection with the con-
nection socket (1) to the right to close it
tightly.
Note
The accurate fit is ensured by means of a
"bayonet connection".
!Pull out the paper filter bag to the rear
(1).
!Lift the locking slide (2) and tightly close
the paper filter bag when removing it
(see label on the filter element pak-
kaging).
!Dispose of the used filter element in a
dust-tight bag according to the statutory
provisions.
