3.1.4 VOLUME CONTROL
Allows you to change the volume of the system’s audio outputs:
-LOUDSPEAKERS: control of the master volume of the SCD-600 outputs.
-MONITORS: volume control of the speakers in the base of the microphones.
3.1.5 MUSIC CONTROL
The software allows you to control playback or recording of the USB device
connected to the front panel.
-PLAY: play , pause , stop , previous track , next track , and play mode .
-RECORDING ( ): the signals that will be recorded on the device are as follow: the
microphones, INPUT and MIC INPUT. Requires a maximum 1 TB USB storage
device. Records in MP3 format, 192 kbps at 48 KHz..
NOTE: after pressing the REC button, a disc check is performed which locks the
system for a few seconds and after which recording will begin.
3.2 MICROPHONE CONTROL AND CONFIGURATION
The software allows you to configure the delegate and chairman microphones. To do this, select a microphone
in the left-hand column and all the settings that can be made for the selected microphone will appear to the
right of it.
Each of these settings is described below:
3.2.1 COMPRESSOR AND EQUALIZER
Allows you to individually configure the compressor and equalizer of the microphones.
1.- The parameters to configure the compressor are:
-THRESHOLD: sets the threshold above which the compressor will apply the selected attenuation.
-RATIO: sets the attenuation that is applied to the signal when it exceeds the threshold.
-ATTACK: the period of time needed to apply compression to the signal when the threshold is
exceeded.
-RELEASE: the period of time needed to stop compressing the signal when the threshold is
exceeded.
-BOOST: increase in the signal level of the microphone.
-VOLUME: general volume of the microphone.
-PLAIN: resets the compressor parameters.
-OMIT: deactivates the compressor.
2.- The parameters to configure the equalizer are:
-FREQUENCY: centre frequency of the filter.
-Q FACTOR: quality factor of the equalization band. This changes the bandwidth of the equalization.
