Before you start, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Fitting Instructions and the included components.
Refer to Page 2 for a list of all the components, quantities and tools required.

The side the door opens will determine
which side the ladder will be installed.
If the rear door opens to the right hand side,
the ladder must be installed on the left hand
side of the vehicle as shown.
If the rear door opens to the left hand side,
the ladder must be installed on the right
hand side of the vehicle.
Identify the Ladder Top Clamp and Gutter
Clamp you will use during the ladder
assembly.
Item 1 = Left Hand Side identifier
Item 16 = Right Hand Side identifier
For the purpose of this fitment guide a left
hand assembly and installation will be
shown.
Loosely assemble the Stopper Bracket (Item
12) to the Bottom RH Support and Ladder
Side (Items 2 & 10), using a Rubber Buffer,
M5 x 16 Button Head Bolt, M5 Nyloc Nut and
M5 Nut Cap (Items 13, 14, 15 & 17).
Loosely assemble the Ladder Sides LH & RH
and Bottom LH & RH Supports (Item 2, 8 &
10) using M6 x 16 Flange Button Head Bolts,
M6 Nyloc Nuts and M6 Nut Caps (Items 5, 15
& 17).
Loosely assemble the Ladder Base Assembly
(Item 11) to the Bottom Support Plates
(Item 8 & 10).

Loosly assemble the Ladder Top Assembly
(Item 1) to the Ladder sides (Item 2) using
M6 x 16 Flange Button Heads and M6 Nyloc
Nuts (Items 5 & 17).
Secure the Steps (Item 3 & 9) to the Ladder
Sides as shown using M6 x 25 Thread
Forming Screws (Item 4)
Swing open the Gutter Clamp on the top
assembly. Fit the top assembly into vehicle's
gutter and let the Bottom Support rest
against the vehicle. Align and space the
Ladder Side at the top and the Ladder Side
at the bottom, 70mm away from door frame
edge.
Fully tighten the two M6 x 60 Cap Screws,
clamping the Ladder to the gutter.
Clean the surface area where the Double
Sided Tape rests against the vehicle with
Denatured Alcohol.
Make sure the spacing at the top and bottom
is 70mm from the Door Frame Edge.
Remove the backing tape from the Double
Sided Tape and firmly push and secure the
bottom of the ladder against the vehicle.

Use a little petroleum jelly on screw
threads before inserting. Note these are
Thread Forming Screws.
NOTE: Step Length differs refer to fig 1.1
or 2.5.
Tightening Torque:
M6 : 8-10Nm / 5.9 ft lb - 7.38 ft lb
