manual to the new owner.
Make sure the desktop is not touching any obstacles or walls and that no obstacles
are in the desk’s path. Make sure all cords are an appropriate length to accommodate
the full range of height adjustment.
Keep children away from desk components. There is risk of injury and electric shock.
Do not sit or stand on the desk frame. Do not crawl or lie under the desk frame.
Do not open or modify any of the components, including the Lifting Columns, Control

Placing objects taller than 20” underneath the desk will obstruct the desk’s
movement and may result in physical damage.
This device can be used by children age 8 or older and by persons with physical,
sensory or mental disabilities or by those who lack experience and knowledge if they
are supervised or were instructed on the safe use of the device and understand the
resulting dangers. Children must not play with the device. Children must not clean or
service the device without supervision.
Voltage Converters Using a voltage converter could cause damage to the desk and is considered
improper use. Resulting damage is not covered by the warranty.
Verify the voltage of the Control Box as labeled to avoid damage. Alternative voltage
Control Boxes are available from Fully.

Safety This document was designed according to the UL 962 Standard for Household

manual. All users have a responsibility to observe the safety instructions. Important
accident prevention advice is found in this chapter.
To reduce risk of electric shock:
1. Always unplug this furnishing from the electrical outlet before cleaning
or servicing.
To reduce risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1. Unplug from outlet before putting on or taking off parts.
2. Close supervision is necessary when this furnishing is used by, or near
children, invalids, or disabled persons.
3. Use this furnishing only for its intended use as described in these
instructions. Do not use attachments not recommended by the
manufacturer.
4. Never operate this furnishing if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not
working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.
5. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
6. Never operate the furnishing with the air openings blocked. Keep the air
openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
7. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where
oxygen is being administered.
10. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove the plug
from the outlet.
Risk of Electric Shock, Fire, and Injury
Review the assembly instructions to confirm that the appropriate critical
components and accessories are being used with the furnishing.
Risk of injury through electric shocks, fires and other malfunctions
If the electrical components of the system are exposed to liquids, excessive heat, or
other potentially damaging external influences, this may lead to injury through electric
shocks, fires or other malfunctions.
- Do not spill liquids onto the handset or power hub.
- Observe the ambient temperature requirements in the technical data.
- Keep the system away from places exposed to direct sunlight.
- Do not use the table system above or below heat sources, in small,
unventilated
- Do not spill liquids onto the handset or power hub.
- Observe the ambient temperature requirements in the technical data.
- Keep the system away from places exposed to direct sunlight.
- Do not use the table system above or below heat sources, in
small, unventilated or humid rooms, near easily flammable materials or
near high-frequency devices (transmitters, radiation equipment or similar).
- Unplug the power cord in case of smoke, smell or unusual noise.
- Do not operate the table system in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- Do not operate the table system if it is malfunctioning.
- Disconnect the power cable if malfunctions occur.

5
Risk of injury through operating damaged products
If the system is damaged, it may no longer be safe to use. Continuing to operate it
entails a risk of injury. Caution must be exercised to avoid system damage, especially
to cables.
- Ensure interconnecting cables are run loosely.
- Ensure all lines and cables are routed to avoid mechanical damage.
- Ensure cables are routed to allow height adjustments without damage to
the wiring
Risk of injury through crushing, pinching or other impact
If body parts become trapped inside the mechanisms of the table, or between the
table and other objects, this may lead to injury through crushing, pinching and other
impact. If the desk hits an obstacle, that obstacle might be damaged (scratching,
marks, etc.)
- If an obstacle is encountered, or there are functional errors, stop
adjustment immediately.
- Make sure adjacent objects are placed at a minimum distance of 1 inch
from the table to prevent them from being squeezed or sheared.
- Make sure that there are safety gaps of at least 1 inch for movable parts.
(this also applies to elements that are attached above or below the table,
hanging from nearby walls, or building fixtures, such as open windows).
Risk of injury through unauthorized repairs
Unauthorized opening and improper repairs can cause danger and voids the product
warranty. Unauthorized or unskilled personnel may not have the ability to avoid injury
while attempting to open or make changes to the product, which may lead to injury
through electric shocks, burns, or crushing.
- Never attempt to open the enclosure of the power hub.
- Only replace damaged components with original parts.
- Contact a professional authorised by the manufacturer to carry out
maintenance or repair
Risk of injury through technical error
The table system has a maximum load restriction and a duty cycle setting, which
are designed to stop the system operating beyond its limits. Once the duty cycle
has been reached (see technical data), the system automatically shuts itself off and
cannot be until a certain time has elapsed. Attempting to override such functions may
cause the system to malfunction and lead to injury.
- Do not exceed the maximum load stated in the technical data.
- If the duty cycle limit is reached, do not attempt to use the table.
- Do not attempt to override safety or system protection functions
