BT BENCH ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Insert the lower portion of the adjustable
height leg into the top portion of the leg.
The lower insert has pre-installed nuts
that will line up with two holes in the
upper section of the leg assembly.
Secure the two pieces toghether at
the desired height using
(2) 1/4-20 x 3/4” Flange head bolts
per lower insert.
STEP 2
If purchased attach the lower shelf:
Lean one end of the shelf onto a leg. Hand start
bolts into the 4 threaded inserts.
Use (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4" flange bolts.
Set the opposite end of the shelf onto the
second leg. Hand start 4 bolts to attach shelf
to the second leg. Do Not fully tighten.
Use (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4" flange bolts.
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
Socket set, Open end wrench set, Cordless drill with
3/8" socket bit (Magnetic recommended).
BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH
Assembly of this bench will require 2 people.
Read through the assembly instructions to
familiarize yourself with the order in which the
parts are assembled. We suggest that you clear
& vacuum the area where the bench is to be
assembled. It is important that the bench is
assembled in the same sequence as instructed.
HARDWARE
All assembly hardware is provided.
1/4-20 x 3/4”
Flange Head Bolt
Attach caster to the bottom leg insert plate
using (4) 5/16-18 x 1” hex head bolts,
(8) washers, and (4) nylock nuts.

STEP 4
Attach top support braces to the
front & back of each leg.
Note: Some benches will only require
one back brace depending on the width
and type of top purchased.
Use (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4" bolts per
supplied brace.
Once braces are attached, fully
tighten the 8 bolts for the shelf.
STEP 5
On a clean blanket or pad to keep from
scratching the top, flip the top bottom side up
on the blanket.
Insert the leg mounting brackets into the top.
With the top bottom side up the side of the
bracket with the threaded holes should be facing
up. The brackets will slide under the lip on
the underside of the top. Attach the brackets
to the top using (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4” flange head bolts
per bracket threaded into the pre-installed nuts on
the brackets. Do not fully tighten.
Next install the center top supports in the same
way as the leg mounting brackets. These will mount
using (2) 1/4-20 x 3/4” flange head bolts
per bracket threaded into the pre-installed nuts on
the brackets.
NOTE: The support brackets are also used to attach
the optional under mount drawer. Holes are provided
to position the bracket so the drawer can be mounted
on center, left or right sides.
Once all top brackets are installed, flip the top over and
position it on the leg assembly. Line up the holes in the
top of the leg assembly with the pre-installed nuts in the leg
mounting brackets.
Attach using (6) 1/4-20 x 3/4” flange head
bolts per leg. Finger tighten at first. Once all legs are
installed go back and fully tighten all the bolts in
in this step.

If purchased attach the undermount drawer:
Attach the drawer mounting pan to the
underside of the table by using
(4) #14 x 1" Lags if being mounted to
a wood cored steel top or solid wood top.
If mounting to a steel top with no wood
core use (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4” flange head
bolts into the preinstalled nuts in the
top support bracets installed in step 5.
Attach the drawer to the underside of
the mounting pan by using (4) 1/4-20 x 3/4"
bolts. Remove the drawer from the shell
to access the mounting holes. The 4 bolts
will thread into four pre-installed nuts on
the bottom of the mounting pan.

STEP 6 - Drawer Option STEP 5
Attach two angled brackets to each leg
of the workbench using (3) 1/4”x3-1/2”
hex head bolts and lock nuts. Bolts will
run through both brackets and holes
located at the top of the leg assemblies.
Set the top on the assembled
base. Center the top both front-
to-back and left-to-right.
Attach the top to the legs using
#14 x 1" Lags.
If front and back braces are
provided attach to the top using
additional #14 x 1" Lags.

If purchased attach the lower tube foot brace
to the leg assemblies. Bolt the brace in place
using (4) 5/16” X 2 3/4” HEX HEAD BOLTS &
NYLOCK NUTS. The cross tube of the leg
will be pre-drilled for the bolts.
