EL-644 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
Ratchet and socket set and wrench set.
Tape Measure
BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE RACK
Read through the assembly instructions to familiarize yourself with the order in which the parts are assembled.
We suggest that you clear & vacuum the area where the rack is to be assembled.
It is important that the rack is assembled in the same sequence as instructed.
HARDWARE
All assembly hardware is provided. Floor Anchor hardware is not provided.

You will require assistance bolting the uprights to
the shelves.
Attach the 6 upright supports to the shelves
using (6) 5/16-18 x 2” Hex Head Bolts,
(12) Washers and (6) Nylock Nuts per upright.
Do not fully tighten bolts.
STEP 1

Attach the 4 cross supports to the shelves
using (6) 5/16-18 x 1” and (6) Nylock Nuts
per cross support brace.
Do not fully tighten bolts.
STEP 2

Attach the 2 lower cross supports (Item 4)
to the shelves using (4) 5/16-18 x 2” and (4) Nylock Nuts
per lower support brace.
Ensure rack is square and fully tighten bolts.
