TG-GMR DESK
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
Electric Hand Drill, Phillips Head Bit, 3/8” Magnetic Hex
Driver Bit, Socket Set and Ratchet.
BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH
Read through the assembly instructions to familiarize your-
self with the order in which the parts are assembled.
We suggest that you clear & vacuum the area where the
bench is to be assembled.
It is important that the bench is assembled in the same
sequence as instructed.
HARDWARE
All assembly hardware is provided.
On a clean surface or blanket lay the top bottom side up.
Attach the legs using (6) #14 x 1” lag bolts per leg.
STEP 1

Attach the top support brace using (14) #10 x 5/8” SPAX
wood screws. Center the brace between the two legs.

Attach the modesty panel using (6) #10 x 5/8” SPAX wood
screws. Once attached, flip the table right side up.

The shelf support risers will be shipped in three pieces.
Attach the back panel to the two sides using (2) #8 x 5/8”
black sheet metal screws per side.
STEP 4

Position the riser assembly on the desks top, take care
not to scrath the work surface. There are 4 predrilled
holes through the work surface. Insert (1) 1/4 x 2” bolt,
(1) lock washer, and (1) flat washer in from the bottom
of the work surface and thread up into the pre-installed
nuts on the bottom of the risers. Do this for all 4
mounting holes.

Position the upper shelf on the risers. Center the shelf
side-to-side and line the back edge of the shelf so it is
even with the back edge of the main work surface. Attach
using (12) #10 x 5/8” Spax wood screws by screwing into
the underside of the shelf.

Insert wire grommets. Your desk is now complete.
Note: If your floor is uneven the desk can be levelled by
adjusting the installed foot pad levellers.
