BT BENCH ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Lean one end of the shelf onto
a leg. Hand start bolts into the
4 threaded inserts.
Use (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2" bolts.
The legs have come pre-set a tlab
height. If you would like to change
the height, remove 4 screws per leg
and adjust taller or shorter.

STEP 3
Set the opposite end of the shelf
onto the second leg. Hand start
4 bolts to attach shelf
to the second leg. Do Not fully
tighten.
Use (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2" bolts.
TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY
Socket set, Open end wrench set, Cordless drill with
3/8" socket bit (Magnetic recommended).
BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKBENCH
Assembly of this bench will require 2 people.
Read through the assembly instructions to
familiarize yourself with the order in which the
parts are assembled. We suggest that you clear
& vacuum the area where the bench is to be
assembled. It is important that the bench is
assembled in the same sequence as instructed.
HARDWARE
All assembly hardware is provided.

STEP 4
Attach top support braces to the
front & back of each leg.
Note: Some benches will only require
one back brace.
Use (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2" bolts per
supplied brace.
Once braces are attached, fully
tighten the 8 bolts for the shelf.
STEP 6
Set the top on the assembled
base. Center the top both front-
to-back and left-to-right.
Attach the top to the legs using (12)
#14 x 1" Lags.
If front and back braces are
provided attach to the top using
additional #14 x 1" Lags.
Angle brackets are provided for
mounting the top to the leg assembly.
Mount angle brackets to the legs prior
to installing top as pictured in the front
view illustration. Line up the holes in
the legs with the holes in the angles.
Attach using the 5/16” x 3" bolts
with Lock Nuts.
Be sure to fully tighten.
